• Vlatko (5/5): Good location, but poor cleanliness, an unreliable elevator, and a very limited breakfast made the stay disappointing. - The location was good and convenient, although there was quite a lot of noise outside until around 3 AM. Cleanliness was a major issue. It looked like the bed sheets had not been changed before our one-night stay. The building has a very old elevator, and my family got stuck in it once, which was unpleasant and stressful. Breakfast was very basic — essentially just two croissants and coffee.

Frederica was incredibly kind, attentive, and considerate from the very beginning. She made us feel genuinely welcome and was always available to help with anything we needed. Her professionalism and warmth completely changed the tone of our trip. The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. Everything felt carefully prepared and thoughtfully managed. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and we were finally able to properly rest and enjoy our stay. The staff were also excellent throughout the entire experience — friendly, attentive, professional, and truly caring toward guests. We are extremely grateful we found this place at the last minute and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay. Thank you again to Frederica and the entire team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.

• Dennis (10/5): Our stay was comfortable and our host very helpful. - Simple and comfortable! Close to the metro. Helpful host willing to hold our luggage while we walked around before our ferry. Very hospitable! Thankful for the small elevator! It was a bit noisy as you could hear airplanes and some street noise but really didn’t bother us too much. We used white noise when sleeping and did great!

L’absence totale de la responsable, tous les contacts se font par WhatsApp… C’est dommage car on voyage aussi pour avoir des contacts humains. Personne pour vous accueillir… Heureusement les 2  « collaboratrices »( chargées du ménage et du petit déjeuner)étaient sympathiques.

Как дома,четыре спальни и кухня.Нам было очень удобно. недоразумение с временем прибытия, но отель все время был на связи и сотрудник отеля Стефан буквально прибежал чтоб нас встретить. Видно было что искренне беспокоился. Отдельное спасибо ему. На кухне чай ,кофе ,различные печеньки и большой холодильник всегда доступны. Везде было чисто, постель чистый и удобный. Надо понимать, что это 5-и звездочный отель. Есть один момент . Центр находиться 15-20 минутах пешей доступности. Но! Хотя вокруг отеля все обычно,в центр вам придеться идти через кварталы где преимущественно живут мигранты . Кому как,но это настоящий Наполи,и нам было очень интересно.

• Sinead (9/5): - Breakfast was perfect for us with fresh coffee, croissants and yoghurt. The shower was very spacious. Host and staff very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to queries. Room very clean. Metro station is around the corner which is very convenient and super quick to get down to the port area. Extra hooks in the bathroom would be handy but I say that about every bathroom!
• Agnese (10/5): - B&B eccellente, dalla posizione alla camera grande, luminosa con bagno con finestra e doccia. A 100 m dalla metropolitana Materdei linea1. Posto auto privato su richiesta sotto casa a pagamento. La colazione potrebbe essere più ricca ma valida Federica, la host è stata molto chiara e disponibile anche se il check=in si fa da soli ma ti segue passo passo per telefono (molto semplice il tutto). La signora che si occupava delle colazione è stata molto gentile, carina e super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta (ci ha risolto "il problema" di trovare le sfogliatelle e la pastiera chiamando direttamente lei in pasticceria, in centro, fissandole a nome suo.

• Lilit (10/5): - Очень вежливый хозяин, нас прекрасно приняли. До места легко добраться как из аэропорта, так и с железнодорожного вокзала. Рядом находится станция метро, при этом до центра города можно дойти пешком. Чистый, стильный и уютный номер. Особенно приятно, что завтрак был включён.

• Monika (10/5): Great place to stay in Naples - This is the second time we’ve stayed here in Naples. Everything was great: the room, the staff, the communication with the host, and the location. We had a hot water problem on the first night, but it was resolved quickly and the host was extremely helpful and communicative. The neighbourhood is nice, and the metro station is just around the corner.

La Pulizia è ottima, la colazione è ben servita da 2 Signore gentilissime. Forse una pecca c'è manca qualcosa di salato, ma è tutto disponibile : Caffè ,Tisane, Latte, Succhi, ecc ecc, anche se rientri la sera tardi. Consigliato

Ottimo che la metro 1 é vicinissima la doccia aveva l’erogatore principale rotto quindi ho dovuto fare la doccia con il doccino. Appena detto si sono scusati però magari meglio controllare prima. Le indicazioni per il self check in sarebbe meglio darle prima e non all’ultimo minuto. il quanrto non è fantastico ma vernante vicinissimo al centro. Colazione solo dolce

• Radu Zaporojan (10/5): For a short stay it was a great experience of Napoli. - The location is comfortable beacuse it is close to the metro station. It is rather quiet. Has the great Starita pizzeria near. It has a availabe fourchette with cookies, coffee, juice. The breakast is tottaly skipable for those not used to eating just a crroisant and a coffee in the morning. The water jug was not very clean.

• Vera (7/5): carino ma molto migliorabile - Camera carina e pulita La persona che gestisce la colazione/pulizia è invece poco accogliente e quasi sgarbata, ci ha accolto dicendo “non sapevo nemmeno che veniste” come se non avessimo prenotato. Ci sparecchiava mentre facevamo colazione (che tra l’altro è misera e con nulla di fresco), non ci ha offerto nulla né invitate a usufruire delle poche cose presenti, anzi sembrava che alzarsi per prendere uno yogurt o un biscotto fosse per lei una scocciatura. Al momento di pagare la tassa di soggiorno per dare un resto di 50 centesimi era estremamente scocciata e non smetteva di sbuffare. Peccato perché il posto è molto carino e potrebbe facilmente migliorare.

• Larissa de Medeiros (10/5): - O quarto é perfeito pra um casal e filhos! A limpeza é impecável e muito espaçoso. Recomendo muito está hospedagem. Perto tem vários restaurantes frequentados pelos locais, assim a comida é boa e preço justo.

In my opinion the neighbourhood itself is even nicer than downtown, close to a lot of great restaurants and not far from the center The place itself is a little dense. Booking the room we were in, with 2 double beds right next to each other was fit for 4 people, in reality it fit 2, max 3 people. Still, even for 2 people it was a great return for its price

• Bert en Saar (9/5): Aan te raden adres! - Mooie inrichting, super vriendelijke dame die het ontbijt mee in goede banen leidde. Kort bij de metro, dus heel goed gelegen. De drukte van Napels kon er even vergeten worden. De eigenares hielp met het boeken van een taxi. Zeer fijn adres! Het ontbijt was eerder sober (ik heb wel graag een beetje kaas bij het brood).
