- FANG (1/5): - 无法入住，我在入住当天就退房离开了这个民宿，条件太差了，入住后，整栋房子的入户门无法锁住，多次联系房东后，因为圣诞节的原因，房东不在，门锁不上，无法入住，任何人都可以开门进来，害怕不安全，所以退房了，与房东协商后，房东说是在网上订的房间不能退费，希望Booking 严格审核一下这样的房子是否可以用来做民宿出租，16个晚上的钱一分都没退，希望Booking 能协调一下房东，是否可以退回一部分钱，谢谢
