• Enrico (7/5): - La stanza è bella e ben arredata. Centralissima e vicinissima alle attrazioni più importanti. Le indicazioni per arrivare sono state perfette. Letto molto comodo. Stanza di dimensioni corrette per due persone. La colazione è stata gestita malissimo. Ho richiesto la colazione per le 8:30 e si sono presentati alle 8:00 : ho detto che avrei fatto colazione alle 8:30 come concordato; purtroppo però la colazione è stata lasciata fuori dalla stanza appoggiata su tavolino senza che nessuno mi avvisasse. La parte salata (uova strapazzate) si è quindi raffreddata ed era immangiabile. Inoltre c'era una brioche ciascuno e mezzo bicchiere di succo di frutta: il succo di frutta andrebbe servito chiuso e non già versato nel bicchiere. Per la cifra pagata la colazione è stata una brutta esperienza. Stanza poco insonorizzata: durante la notte si sentivano autobus e soprattutto auto che passavano sulla strada

• Alex (10/5): Beautiful room, with the loveliest staff who gave fantastic advice and recommendations - Absolutely beautiful rooms, lovely rooftop space for breakfast, the loveliest staff and exceeded our expectations. Rooms were bigger than we expected and not bad views either. Everything we wanted to get to was within walking distance or easy bus routes. Had a lovely welcome and we were given some great recommendations and advice on how to avoid ‘tourist traps’ and scams. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely, then a room delivery of breakfast on the one day it rained. They were also more than happy to store our luggage on our check out day so that we could make the most of the day before we headed to our next location. Nothing - everything was spot on!

La place à côté de l’hôtel est très très bruyante surtout le soir il y a des restaurants en dessous en terrasse . Pour dormir prévoyez des boules quies .attention il n’y a qu’un ascenseur pour monter les valises et celui se situe au 1er étage pour accéder au 2,3, ou 4 ieme étage

The host Rafael provided great recommendations and local knowledge. He also provided a warm welcome and was there throughout the day continually making sure we had a great stay! Everything was great!

• Alicia (7/5): Wonderful host and location with an unfortunate grumpy neighbor - Our host Raffael was incredible!! He gave us so many recommendations and was very hospitable our entire stay, going out of his way to make us feel comfortable and give us advice. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apt which was clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with the 2 bedroom apt, which was separate from the hotel itself. The WiFi did not work in either of the bedrooms so we had to go to the common area to be able to use our phones. The neighbor was extremely rude and yelled at us several times just for simply talking in our apartment during the day. He came to our door and screamed at us for having a conversation in the living room at normal levels for 2-3 minutes with the door open and also banged on our walls if we talked in the bathroom, which apparently shares a wall with his apt. It was a huge bummer because we felt like we had to whisper in our apt no matter what time of day it was. Raffael was extremely apologetic for these encounters and went out of his way to make up for it. We had family staying in the normal hotel rooms in a slightly different location and they had no issues, so this is only a problem for the separate 2 bedroom apt.

• Ján (9/5): Výhodná poloha ubytovania - čisté a pohodlné ubytovanie. - Poloha ubytovania - všetko dostupné na pešo, bez nutnosti používať dopravné prostriedky (samozrejme okrem cesty z/na letisko). Ubytovanie bolo čisté. Rušná ulica po oknami nám nevadila - na noc sme zatvorili okná aj drevené okenice a pohoda (náš apartmán nemal pod sebou pizzeriu). Vírivka potešila. Potešil aj veľmi pomalý výťah, ktorý sme využívali ráno kvôli raňajkám na terase. Raňajky boli každý deň rovnaké. Mobli by to trochu obmieňať.
• Kaitlin (10/5): Beautiful room with excellent staff! - Rafael was amazing! He was so kind and the recommendations he gave us for the area for different restaurants and cafes that were excellent. They helped us with holding baggage and tips for around the city. The room was beautiful. Really just above and beyond in every aspect. The only downside was it's on a very busy street with alot of sirens when walking to and from the hotel. But with the windows closed we couldn't hear them in our room. It's more something to note for the area then the hotel.

• Killian (10/5): The perfect spot for a great visit in Rome - One of those rare 10/10 gems! The room was really clean and comfortable and offered everything we needed and more. On top of that, the location of the property was beyond our expectation. It was perfectly located with excellent restaurants, cafés, bars and monuments all within walking distance of the accommodation. But above all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and gave us fantastic recommendations on various restaurants, bars and cafés/bakeries for authentic Roman experiences. I couldn’t come up with anything I disliked with the property.

Volveria sin dudarlo. La única parte negativa es que el acceso al primer piso solo es por escalera por lo que gente con dificultad de deambulación o discapacidad puede tener un problema de acceso.

También nos gustaron las instalaciones, limpio, cómodo y bastante amplio. Lo que no lo recomendaría a familias que aún tienen a sus hijos en carro ya que tienen escaleras bastante enpinadas y tienes que subir y bajar el carro ya que no hay sitio donde guardarlo en planta baja. Acceso cómodo definitivamente no es. Todo lo demás genial.

• Martina (9/5): ich würde sofort wieder dorthin fahren, war ein toller aufenthalt! - Lage war perfekt, um alle sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen! zimmer waren sauber und das personal sehr nett! haben eine liste mit empfehlungen für frühstück und restaurants bekommen! frühstück war bei der pasticceria hervorragend und authentisch! Lift war nur sehr langsam und teilweise verfügbar!

• Abigail (10/5): - Beds were big and comfy. Room was lovely and clean. Staff were more than helpful. Couldn't fault the place at all. Well worth the money. It is maybe situated a little bit further out than some people would like but everything is within walking distance. The hotel is situated on a main road so you can hear the cars outside if you have the windows open. The air conditioning is great though so we generally kept the windows closed at night.

• Larne' (10/5): Un piccolo angolo di paradiso nel cuore di Roma! - La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale e strategica per visitare la città a piedi ed é ben servita dai mezzi . Ho apprezzato la cortesia e disponibilità del dello staff, pronti ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta e a fornirci ottimi consigli su ristoranti e attrazioni da vedere .. colazione molto assortita .. La camera era pulita , spaziosa , ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort .. ulteriore punto di forza è la terrazza panoramica che a breve verrà inaugurata , dove godere di una Vista spettacolare.. ideale per colazioni, aperitivi e per l’organizzazione di eventi .. un piccolo angolo di paradiso nel cuore di Roma ! Tutto impeccabile !

Sul retro si nota anche la cupola di San Pietro, davvero molto bello.

La camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort .. pulizia impeccabile .Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, sempre gentile e pronto a dare ottimi consigli sui ristoranti della zona. Il vero plus? Abbiamo avuto l'anticipazione della nuova terrazza panoramica in fase di completamento e che verrà inaugurata a breve : promette di essere un luogo mozzafiato, ideale per momenti di relax ed eventi .. non vediamo l'ora di tornare per provarla! Consigliatissimo. Tutto perfetto.

Nonostante il tempo incerto ho avuto la fortuna di fare colazione in terrazza che offre una vista mozzafiato sui tetti di Roma. Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto comodissimo, colazione deliziosa. La consiglio per la sua posizione centrale, per il servizio impeccabile e per la terrazza panoramica! Tutto perfetto

• Lorella (7/5): Malgrado gli aspetti positivi, tutto sommato non lo consiglierei. - Ci sono piaciuti l'arredo, moderno e funzionale, e la pulizia delle stanze, la cortesia e solerzia del personale. E' positiva la disponibilità di tè e caffè nella stanza. Non abbiamo preso la colazione in stanza, dove c'era soltanto una sedia per due persone. Le stanze del "Palace" sono al piano e accessibili tramite una scala piuttosto ripida e stretta, molto discutibile dal punto di vista della praticità, estetico e della sicurezza. Manca uno spazio comune. Un po' rumoroso con finestre su strada parecchio trafficata. All'arrivo una stanza era fredda.

He gave us a ton of fantastic recommendations as well as history about the area. He was super friendly. The room was bright and very clean. The bathroom was well appointed and large. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed during the winter, so the roof deck wasn't open, but he showed it to us and we thought it was awesome. Would be fun to come back in the Summer time to experience it.

• Mariaelena (10/5): Esperienza bellissima da ripeter al più presto - Accogliente ambiente nel centro di Roma vicino a Castel Sant’Angelo Vaticano, piazza Navona, Campo dei fiori Pantheon etc. Alle spalle di una delle Vie piu storiche e belle di Roma (via dei banchi vecchi). Facendo una passeggiata sul lungo Tevere si può facilmente raggiungere piazza trilussa ed addentrarsi in uno dei quartieri più antichi e caratteristici di Roma:, trastevere, dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato in un epoca ormai lontana. La stanza dove ho pernottato era calda ed accogliente dotata di tutti i confort, molto gradita la macchina per L’Espresso a disposizione in stanza per degustare un buon caffè al bisogno che, per un caffeinomane come me, è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. personale cortese e disponibile Consiglio vivamente.

• DARIIA (8/5): - персонал максимально приятный, рассказали про лучшие места в городе, поддерживали беседу и в целом очень дружелюбные был кондиционер, который работал на обогрев расположение прям в центре и у нас из номера был шикарный вид в номере чисто, все супер, есть стаканы, бакалы, чашки, кофе машина с капсулами и чай - они бесплатные, все остальное платное, есть холодильник ручка отваливалась у двери 😅 и дверца в душе была сломана

• Gislene De Fatima (1/5): Me causou muito stress e fiquei muito insatisfeita pelo descaso do booking.com e da acomodação em tentar resolver cancel - Apenas a localização mas o acesso a acomodação foi bem ruim !! Muita escada o que não foi informado pelo booking.com!! Fui informada de que era um hotel 4 estrelas o que não é verdade!! Me senti enganada com a veracidade das informações!!! Atrapalhou bem o meu passeio infelizmente fiquei muito insatisfeita Em primeiro lugar pensava estar chegando num hotel 4 estrelas.. Estava num grupo de 3 casais já com mais de 60 anos e não tive ninguém nem pra recepcionar.. logo.. era uma acomodação e não um hotel!!! Tentei cancelar a reserva logo que cheguei mas tbem não consegui ..pois não me deram respostas adequadas não atingindo meu objetivo !

• M Cristina (8/5): - La situación inmejorable, todo muy limpio, muchos detalles en la habitación, hasta cafetera de cápsulas . El personal súper atento. Muchos ruido por la mañanas , desde muy pronto había ruido por las zonas comunes.
• Chiara (8/5): - Molto pulita e davvero ben sistemata la casa. I ragazzi di Navona Sky palace poi sono stati gentilissimi. La casa si trova in un palazzo storico poco distaccato dalla sede centrale di Navona Sky palace, i condomini di questo palazzo non sono felici di questo servizio e lo fanno notare. Siamo state più volte aggredite verbalmente solo per essere entrate/uscite dal palazzo. In ogni caso i ragazzi di Navona Sky palace hanno preso in mano la situazione e prenderanno provvedimenti.
• Zoe (9/5): Fantastic I will return . Brilliant staff - Our host was sensational. So helpful from the moment we arrived! He went above and beyond with guidance of the accommodation, area, where to eat and get around. He made us feel so welcome! I was a little dubious about having no facilities like a bar or restaurant in a hotel but no need as the breakfast was delivered as requested and was delicious. The cleanliness was faultless too! I stayed with two young teenagers and the area was brilliant and I felt very safe . I would highly recommend and would love to return ! Thank you so much Some noise from neighbouring room but not too bad
• Lidia (10/5): Esperienza Eccellente - Struttura elegante e confortevole situata al centro di Roma a due passi dal Vaticano, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo, campo dei fiori, facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici con stazione taxi a pochi metri, nonostante l'edificio sia storico è dotato di un comodo ascensore. il personale cortese e competente sempre disponibile ad offrire aiuti e suggerimenti utili. la stanza e gli ambienti comuni si presentano sempre curati ordinati e puliti. sicuramente tornerò in questo favoloso B&B, consiglio vivamente.
• Bashar (3/5): Avoid at all cost - The only thing about this place that was convenient is its location, it is like 25 min walk from Colosseum and 15 to Vatican. There are wonderful restaurants, gelato places, and shops in every corner of the streets surrounding the property. The condo that was offered to us looked nothing like what was advertised on booking.com. The two bedrooms were so small with no space to move around. The entire condo needed renovations. It had broken nightstands and holes in the wall. The sink on first level was decorative and did not work. The closets on first floor are too scary to open as they contained garbage and you feel like they lead to the dungeons. The bathroom needed severe updates, shower was as tight as a shoe box, it was very moldy, and the toilet was stinky which indicated lack of cleanliness. To get to the bathroom you have to go through one of the bedrooms so no privacy whatsoever. The fun part, the bathroom had flies all over its walls. God forbid one person takes a hot shower the next person will have an ice cold shower. The faucet was loose and kept filling the vanity with water that eventually drops on the floor. We blasted the AC day and night at lowest temperature possible and the condo was still hot as the Sahara desert. We also had to turn on two extra fans in one of the bedrooms to keep air flowing through it as AC does not reach it. Also we paid same amount that we would have paid for a hotel to stay at this awful place so definitely never coming back again.
• Alicia (10/5): - Staff was extremely informative and helpful! Room was beautiful just as it was pictured online. We loved staying in the navona area. Would definitely visit Navona Sky Palace again!
