• Letizia (7/5): - Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito e molto carino arredato con gusto. Situato in un contesto tranquillo e giovane. Avendo pochi giorni ed essendo in ferie non abbiamo usato la cucina , piccola ma pulita. La zona è servita di tutto, bus,metro e negozi. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Anche Stella che ci ha guidato per l'arrivo e tutte le informazioni bravissima efficiente, professionale ed educata. 1) Beh per la nostra età, non avere il bagno in camera ma dover uscire dalla stanza era un po' scomodo, e a dire la verità non avevamo capito al momento della prenotazione che il bagno era fuori dalla stanza, ci siamo comunque adattati. 2) Il cambio degli asciugamani almeno un cambio sarebbe stato gradito di più, insieme ad un piccolo asciugamano da bidet,che mancava. Il bagno era attrezzato e dotato di una doccia grande phon e diffusore. Siamo stati bene.

Per accedere all'appartamento tramite ascensore, ci sono diversi scalini senza rampa o appoggio, quindi non è adatto a chi ha difficoltà motorie. Le Suite Superior presentano ulteriori gradini all'interno. Il bagno ha una doccia con un gradino piuttosto alto, scomodo da superare. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato un asciugamano con dei peli, segno di scarsa attenzione alla pulizia. La stanza è fornita di una sola sedia e in bagno non c'è spazio per appendere più di un telo doccia o asciugamano, il che è poco pratico se si soggiorna in più persone. La porta del bagno, inoltre, non si chiude correttamente. Una delle stanze ha il pavimento inclinato, rendendo il soggiorno ancora meno confortevole. L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione della struttura, davvero comoda e centrale. Siamo stati disturbati dallo staff perché alcune persone per un altra suite sempre in appartamento non riuscivano ad entrare in casa.

• Vasconcelos (4/5): Disappointing - First Said on the top of the page that it was full apartment and when we got there it was shared. The Room wasnt clean and had dust on some corners, the clothes of the bed were a bit dirty, said it had and iron for the clothes and didnt have. Resuming the description of the apartment isn't correct
