Cano (5/5): Buena ubicación, pero no permite descansar. - El balcón. El lugar es tal cual como se muestra en las fotos, lo cual se valora. Sin embargo, hubo aspectos importantes que afectaron la experiencia. La losa se encontraba bastante grasosa, lo que da una sensación de falta de limpieza. Además, dentro del precio total se incluye un valor de aseo, lo cual genera aún más expectativa frente a este aspecto. La cobija disponible también tenía un olor extraño y se percibía sucia. Por otro lado, el ruido fue realmente insoportable. Durante toda la madrugada hubo tránsito constante de ambulancias, patrullas, motos y carros, lo que hizo imposible descansar. Entendemos que el apartaestudio está ubicado sobre una avenida principal, pero justamente por eso sería importante que se implementaran mejores ventanas o aislamiento acústico, ya que es un espacio destinado al descanso. Considero que con mejoras en estos puntos la experiencia podría ser mucho más agradable.
