- Patricia (6/5): Lacking the small touches that make you feel welcome. - Nice modern property but was lacking the little touches that you find in most other properties I have stayed in. No shampoo,conditioner or body wash provided. Small amount of soap in dispenser which soon ran out. Only 3 coffee pods provided for the coffee machine even though 4 people staying and no milk provided. Cost quoted for linen hire was quite expensive, especially as it was also an extra charge if you required the beds to be made and having to drive at least 6 minutes to pick up and drop off the keys.

Living area is great all in all a decent place to stay in a lovely location to accommodate a family or group. Beds are all very low and not very comfortable, some stains across bed coverings and couches.
- Margot (7/5): Very modern home, spacious, but probably more suited to longer stays. - Good to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lounge area was very spacious and there were helpful instructions on where to eat etc. Kitchen was well equiped, lounges very comfortable - not saggy. The estate agent who manages the keys was very friendly, but is in another town from the property. Good sound system but didn't use it much. Stains on one of the mattress protectors is not a good look. The rest of the property was very clean and well set up. When I booked I was not expecting to bring my own bed linen and towels. It was not on the description of the property on Booking.com. Half the payment was taken before I could reconsider. I go away for a weekend for a break, and not expect to do 'housework' while I'm away for 2 days. You can hire linen, but for all that you might as well stay in a hotel.
Location was ok, but just a fraction out of the main area, and on the main road.

- Giovannina (10/5): The house at 33 King Street was a great find. Enjoyed our stay immensely. - Location was fantastic. The house was perfect. Neat, clean and a very well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were a great size. Bonus having a washing machine. Would definitely give the place a 5 star. Main bathroom sink needs attention.
