• David (2/5): Terrible experience with the showering facilities - The location I would like to share the following negative feedback despite excellent location. The shower heater was not working from 3 days and despite my request for assistance by texting the owner many times, the issue was not resolved promptly. At one point the owner just texted me, "I dont understand you, from 2 days I came the house and there was hot water. Today alsa we checked the heater...Sorry for the problem but it happens once a 2-3 years. Please let me know tonight." The matter only resolved on the 4th day, with only one last day left in this property. My mum cannot take cold showers and she had to book a separate hotel for 3 days to have access to hot water during the cold weather, thus incurring additional expenses. I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the slow response from the property. I hope this feedback will help improve the service for future guests.
• Justyna (10/5): - Przede wszystkim doskonała lokalizacja! Instrukcja zameldowania dokładna i przejrzysta, nie było żadnego problemu pomimo bezkontaktowego zameldowania. Apartament czysty, duży, przestronny, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Naprawdę świetne miejsce, przy kolejnej wizycie w Rzymie na pewno wrócę tu z przyjemnością. Ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem mogłoby być trochę lepsze, lecz na pewno nie jest to czynnik zniechęcający do ponownej wizyty w tym świetnym apartamencie.

• Angel (10/5): Central and clean - A very nice, spacious, and clean flat overlooking the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. Also very close to Termini station. Communication with the owners is perfect. There is a coffee machine and free coffee. I enjoyed every single moment of my three night stay. Thank you very much!

• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location, comfortable, quiet, elegant, luxurious. Nice kitchen with all the supplies we needed, close to grocery store. Felt very safe and secure. Close to Termini Station - easy to arrive and depart with luggage. We loved the views of the Basilica from the windows.
• Frederick (10/5): Location is everything and this apartment was great for our family of 5. Close to main landmarks which was great since w - Location, location, location. This apartment is in front of Piazza di Santa Maria Maggiore. So many good restaurants near by and easy walking to many of Rome’s most famous landmarks.

• Caroline (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, the apartment was quite big and the price was unbeatable. Our flat was facing the Basilica, so close that you can say hi to people in the line from there :) Plus there was a bar right next the building with amazing food. Everything was perfect.
• Ahmed (9/5): Very pleasant. Great location. - Clean and great location. Lift in premises. Quite roomy. Staff very responsive and provided clear instructions for access. Toilet flush not working intermittently. Would get stuck and either not flush or run water continuously. We only booked for one night so didn’t bother contacting staff about this issue.

• Margo (10/5): An excellent spacious and beautiful apartment to stay in while visiting Rome. - Absolutely beautiful apartment. So clean and well kept. Looks newly renovated. Tiles on the floor were shining. Lots of room, especially if traveling with a family (we were just a couple, and were so pleased with how much space we had). Excellent views of the street from two large windows that could open fully. Three doors to enter to get inside, felt very safe and secure. Very nice kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, and sugar. Would recommend this property! 10 minute walk from train station. I just wish we could have stayed longer than one night so that we could have enjoyed the space a little more. Nothing!

• Sandra (9/5): Superb - Clear and understandable check-in instructions. Location of the apartement is great, Colosseum and train station are just a short walk away. View from the windows is amazing. The apartement is modern, cozy and home-like. The bed was very comfortable. It can be a bit noisy due to the traffic from the street, but it gets a bit quieter during the night so you can have a good night's sleep. Some parts of the apartement could use a little refreshment (scratches / stains on the wall; soap dispensers in the kitchen looked a bit old and worn out; the sponge was also quite old). But these weren't major issues and didn't really affect the overall experience.

Lively neighbourhood so felt safe in the night, at the same time not loud. I enjoyed how easy checkin and checkout was. The apartment was very spacious. Great view from the window.

The check in process was smooth and responses were very quick. - The location was great, very close to Termini station and a great view of the piazza. The building is very nice as well. - The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were all comfortable with nice pillows. The windows didn’t have curtains or had really sheer ones so the light came in while we were sleeping. Other than that, everything was great.
