• Daisy (10/5): Would highly recommend if you're looking for comfort & great location (only 3 mins to train station) - Accommodation was very clean and well kept. Sam who runs the hostel is incredibly accommodating and goes above and beyond to help. Everything you'll need is provided; towels, shampoo&conditioner, laundry, tea&coffee, kitchen condiments etc. Chimu the dog is also a bonus :) Nothing

• Blerida (10/5): Exceptional - This is the most convenient place to stay in Perth! I stayed for two weeks and found it very nice and welcoming, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sam is very helpful and responsive, and his dog is super cute.
• Dean (8/5): Very good - Sam was incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive and accommodating. The house is a little run down and could use a bit of maintenance but it felt welcoming and comfortable
• Patrick (3/5): Bearable! - The host was pleasant. Shared toilet facilities. Smell of domestic cat/dog in laundry. Bed was just a base and mattress on the floor. Pretty hard for an old man with prostate problems to keep getting out of and finding the way to the toilet at the opposite end of the house.
• Cobrakhan666 (8/5): Very good - It was a nice place for a short stay. The bed was so comfy, I would not get out of it. The location was also convenient. The host was super chill and helpful Wooden floor makes alot of noises. I felt guilty when walking towards the kitchen or toilet at night time because the squeaking would wake everyone up

• Isaac (1/5): Bad - Not much at all, looked half abandoned and none of the lights worked in kitchen or lounge room. Massive scary vibes, was not clean either with the bathrooms being pretty yuck. No locks on the bedrooms doors which was not great either. I was staying with a mate and still found it pretty sketchy. Would not recommend for inexperienced travellers or solo females even if you are battling for a place ti stay just pay the extra money and get a nice place

• Cassie (5/5): Passable - Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the train line. The property is cheap and you get what you pay for. Check-in process was easy and bed was comfortable. It is very basic, backpacker style accommodation. Kitchen and bathroom were not very clean.
• Moorghen (2/5): uncomfortable - The location looks like needs a lot of redecoration and maintenance, no lock on bedroom door, no chair to sit in the bedroom, no lock on toilet door, no provision of towels, no bedside lamp . The place looked untidy and I am glad I was staying justfor one night.
• Jenni (3/5): Short. Dirty. - Easy to get to from Claremont station. Clear instructions for how to get into property. The bathroom was SO dirty. The shower didn’t work properly. I wasn’t there for long so didn’t use any of the other facilities.
• Ryan (2/5): Avoid - The location was fine, the place was a complete dive, and the shower was pathetic(the head was broken/taped up and had to hold it in your hand). Not at all acceptable for booking.com place needed a good clean. If you're on a budget, it would be a place for a night or two. Parking outside and leaving was the highlight. Everything
• Rebecca (7/5): Good - Gorgeous dog lives here, friendly and super relaxed hosts. We often had the place to ourselves which was really nice. They gave us a shelf in the fridge and for storage which was a nice touch. Room was spacious, bright and good air conditioning, free laundry. We stayed 5 pretty comfortable nights! Bit hard to rate this as it’s not a hotel or a homestay, so it doesn’t seem fair to judge it by those standards, it’s more like an AirBnB or a houseshare. As you might expect it’s not the cleanest or the best facilities but considerably cheaper than any of the Perth hostels and a great location so can’t complain! Thank you to the family for having us :)

• Ausitraveller (6/5): Cheap shared accommodation - Cheap shared house with a room for your own. Host is nice and welcoming. Toilet was a bit of a walk down the hallway. As a first timer in a shared accommodation it felt a bit awkward.
