- Kazumi (8/5): パース観光の拠点にできる、とても便利な場所にあるアパート - とにかく立地が良いです！レンタカーを利用しなくてもバス停やパースの駅、人気のショッピングストリート、エリザベスキーなどが徒歩圏内なのでとても便利な場所でした。この建物の1階にはフードコートやベーカリーもあるので、朝ごはんを買ってお部屋で食べることもできました。ベッドはとても寝心地が良く、背中が痛くなることもありませんでした。アパートの一部屋なので、キッチンも使えるし、洗濯乾燥機もあるので、必要な時にすぐお洗濯もできて大変助かりました。1週間以上滞在する方、ファミリーにはおすすめです。 アパートの鍵を取りに行かなければいけないのですが、その場所が徒歩20分くらいの距離で遠いのが大変でした。（その日がとても暑い日だったから大変と感じたのかもしれません）
- Lenka (1/5): Great location, but not a great experience - The location was great. Prob one of the worst experiences within my 25+ travelling time. Only 2 days prior got a memo about the key pick-up location: 1.5km away. 1 day before to get a code for the key lock. Not cool when you arrive just before midnight 👎 Drop-off location the same 🤦 Yellow-stained bedsheets and yellow towels that should be white. Absolutely useless and cheapest kitchen utensils that you would never buy, nor use. Multiple messages with instructions what to and not too do: i.e. what temperature to set the a/c on 🤦 There is a fine line between info, and a bit of 'harassment' really... Sofa & sofa chair that you can't sit on. Switches and power points located like in the 80s. Table lamps on the side tables in the bedroom too bright (seriously). The photos definitely didn't reflect the reality..

- Tara (9/5): Would stay here again. - Very quiet apartment complex. Amazing location. Full size kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Cons: No parking, but amazing location. Annoying to have to drag luggage back to the lock box location at end of stay to return key. Also, only one key available. Live tv not available and we don't have accounts, so difficult to watch any tv.
