• Guest (4/5): Bad smell in the bathroom, WiFi didn’t work, good location. - Was easy, they sent the code the day of. While the location is good and the room was clean, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom making it almost unusable. We emailed the host about it but they just let us know they didn’t have another room. They said someone could come by and look at it but it wasn’t fixed. Also the WiFi doesn’t really work in the room. We had to stand next to the door to make it work.

• Henriette Angelica Valentina (6/5): Likevel var vi fornøyd med selve rommet og beliggenheten. - Svært bra beliggenhet. Fint og rent rom. Så å si ingen dekning på rommet, samt fungerte ikke wi-fi. Var ikke klar over at det ikke var en ordentlig resepsjon, noe som gjorde det litt vanskelig dersom man hadde spørsmål. Inngangen var litt vanskelig å finne fram først. I tillegg var det ingen heis, noe som kan være litt dumt dersom man reiser med litt større kofferter.

Occasional foul egg smell would waft through. No city views or any real view from number 4. Very claustrophobic.

Although not an issue for us, there should be, if there isn't already,fair warning about the amount of steps required to get to the room. Very difficult with any amount of luggage. If there was an elevator or easier access, we weren't informed of such.

• Keely (8/5): The location was excellent and very secure. I would only recommend that a blanket be made available in case anyone is co - Location was excellent. I always stay in that little pocket. Close to everything and very safe. I was freezing. There was only a sheet on the bed, so I had to wear clothes as I only had shorts and a t-shirt PJ set. I also used the towels as blankets. It is very noisy, but that is t a complaint - just an observation. It’s always a noisy area and I don’t mind.

• Vera (1/5): Impresentable - La habitacion limpia, comoda. No habia WiFi, solo en la entrada a la habitacion y de a ratos, una vez dentro de la misma ya no te agarraba wifi. El ingreso desastroso, jamas podria recomendarlo . Paredes con humedad, descascaradas, subir 4 pisos muy inclinados con valijas, ese fue mi error porque no lei que no tenia ascensor. Obvio que tanta tele no se para qué si no habia cable ni internet.

Quando lo abbiamo scoperto, l'addebito era già avvenuto. Abbiamo perso tutto e, dal treno, a poche ore dall'arrivo, abbiamo prenotato altra struttura, centralissima e molto più accessibile per CHIUNQUE.

The rooms facing the alley might be different regarding noise, because there is a restaurant downstairs. The room doors are very thin and you can hear the other guests walking down the hallway and in their rooms (TV etc.).
• Agnieszka (6/5): - Lokalizacja wspaniała. Właściwie brak okna w pokoju, ponieważ było nieduże i prawie w całości zasłonięte klimatyzatorem. Wrażenie klaustrofobiczne, bardzo nieprzyjemnie przebywało mi się z tego powodu w pokoju. W opisie jest mowa o deluxe i kwota nie była mała.

• Christopher (2/5): I didn't stay. - great location but I never actually stayed there. I couldn't get the key on first day so had to book into somewhere else, I never used my room. Too many emails will different codes and instructions. Should have all been included in one concise email. It would have been better to bet able to get into the room.

Nos fue un poco confuso saber cuál era la habitación , pedimos llegar un poco antes para dejar las valijas solo y nos dijeron que no. Llamamos al anfitrión y no nos contestó la llamada, solo conseguimos que nos respondan por Mail. las personas que estaban en el lugar cuando llegamos nos ayudaron a identificar el cuarto luego de que nos hayan enviado un mensaje. El impuesto que cobra Italia a los turistas nos lo cobraron después de irnos.

The suite had only 1bar of wifi which constantly dropped out and wouldn’t download anything. the The bathroom from day 1 had a rotten egg smell wafting up through the pipes. I message the property manager and they replied that they would call by but never did. Very poor service and quality.

No anúncio não menciona que o apartamento fica no 4° andar, e não tem elevador. Entre nós temos idosos, que tiveram dificuldade para subir e descer diariamente. Principalmente no dia da chegada e partida, devido às malas. Na minha opinião poderia melhorar a qualidade da roupa de cama e banho, que aparentam ser já bem usadas, desgastadas. Além disso, a limpeza precisa melhorar. Principalmente nos banheiros!

• Van Pelt (10/5): This is a great location and perfect for family. Large living room is a bonus - Location, two bathrooms. No lift and kind of noisy area at night but definitely not a deal breaker for us. The night noise is worth it for the area and I would say don’t let this deter you unless that kind of stuff really bothers you.

The apartment was on fourth floor, up 67 spiral steps. No dish cloths or tea towels provided. Washing machine was broken. There was quite a lot of street noise from the restaurant downstairs and early from builders in the apartment next door. Communication was confused in regards to the tourist tax rates

• Ari (8/5): Wonderful and comfortable stay in central Rome - First and foremost, the location of the apartment is spectacular. It is extremely centrally located and it's only 10 minutes to pretty much any touristy site in the central Rome area. The apartment is very spacious and is comprised of 2 full bedrooms (one has an en-suite bathroom), a 2nd full bathroom, decently sized kitchen, and large living room. The beds are both queen sized and fairly comfortable. There's also a pull out sofa/futon, but we didn't need to use it, so can't comment on its comfort level. Both bedrooms have adequate closet and storage space which makes it feel more like a home where you're not living out of a suitcase. Communication with the property owner was also very good...quick and responsive. First to note is that it's a 4th floor walk up. Given we're all young and healthy, it's not a big deal, but it's an important piece of information if someone has knee or other issues. Also, important to note that there's a restaurant in the alley where the bedroom windows look down upon. In the evenings, it can get quite loud until about 11-11:30pm. Again, this didn't bother us too much as we went to bed after closing hours, but to those with small children or "early to bed" people, this may cause a little discomfort. The 2nd bathroom does not have a shower curtain. It's probably just a "European thing", but it does leave things a bit wet and slippery if you're not careful. The en-suite, however, is just fine. There's also another "quality of life" issue with the en-suite bathroom: after flushing the toilet, there's a dripping sound for about 10 minutes as the tank is filled up with water again. At night, as you can imagine, it can be a bit annoying to hear a loud dripping sound for an extended period of time. Lastly, although there's a clothes washer in the kitchen which works well, there's no dryer. They do provide a hanging rack, but it's not the same as a dryer. Again, probably a "European thing", but to Americans, it's an important piece of information.

Tutto è esattamente come vedete in foto. Praticamente a 20 metri dal pantheon in pieno centro. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Mi è piaciuto tutto, ma l’unico “problema “ potrebbe essere x le persone anziane o chi ha problemi di deambulazione xche’ è al 3 piano senza ascensore.
