• Gianmarco (1/5): - ⚠️ SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE - ESPERIENZA TRAUMATICA ⚠️ Non so da dove cominciare, ma sento il dovere di avvertire chiunque stia considerando questa struttura. Siamo arrivati e siamo dovuti scappare letteralmente nel giro di pochi minuti. La stanza era una vera e propria cantina: buia, maleodorante, con una puzza insopportabile. Come se non bastasse, abbiamo visto degli scarafaggi, in una struttura pubblicizzata su Booking come alloggio dignitoso da tre stelle per qualità. Veniamo al problema principale: la porta della stanza è fragilissima, non offre alcuna sicurezza, non si tratta di un posto sicuro dove lasciare i propri effetti personali. E, dettaglio gravissimo, non si può bloccare dall’interno. Chiunque sia in possesso del codice può entrare in qualsiasi momento. Questo non è un inconveniente: è un problema di sicurezza reale e inaccettabile per chi deve dormirci. Le pareti sono in cartongesso sottilissimo: si sentono perfettamente i rumori della strada, del corridoio e delle altre camere. Zero intimità, zero riposo. Abbiamo dovuto cercare e pagare una sistemazione alternativa all’ultimo minuto, con tutti i costi che ne conseguono. Quando abbiamo chiesto un rimborso, più che legittimo in queste condizioni non avendo soggiornato nella struttura, ci è stato negato con un atteggiamento strafottente e privo di qualsiasi rispetto per il cliente. Nonostante le numerose cortesi sollecitazioni, la risposta testuale della struttura è stata “our position remains unchanged”: nessuna spiegazione, nessuna disponibilità, nessuna umanità. Il colmo? Leggendo altre recensioni, risulta che un rimborso per una comprensibile lamentela simile sia stato concesso a un’altra ospite greca pochi giorni fa per un problema analogo. Mi chiedo quindi su quale base vengono prese queste decisioni? Gli ospiti sono forse risarciti in base alla loro nazionalità?

• Aila (1/5): A waking nightmare - It was located quite close to the city centre (30min walk or 5-10min metro ride) Where to begin? We arrived at 15, the time we were told the room would be ready. We had to wait 30min because the staff were waiting for sheets to be delivered and, once we were able to go in, the floors were still all wet. We were two people, yet we were given only one hand towel and one shower towel to share. No shower mat was given and the shower was not closed off properly; the result was a very wet bathroom floor after our showers. The bed was one of the least comfortable beds I have ever experienced. Still, all of this would have been fine were it not for the noise: the walls were some of the thinnest possible (the same for the door, which did not inspire much safety) and around 00:30 the guests in the room next door decided to arrive and start talking loudly and laughing. They did not stop until past 2am. Given that we were instructed that the property was unreachable past 11pm and that we did not want any confrontation, we did not manage to sleep until around 3am.

Niestety ściany były tak cienkie, że przez cały wyjazd słyszeliśmy jak ktoś się ciągle kłócił, krzyczał bądź różnego rodzaju jęki. Personel hotelu nie zrobił z tym nic, pomimo prośb. Pod koniec naszego pobytu wywaliło prąd i przeniesiono nas do innego hotelu. Nie wspominam pobytu tutaj za dobrze. A materace w łóżkach straszne, każda sprężyna wbijała się w ciało. Nie wspomnę już o pleśni pod prysznicem.

Δεν έγραφε ότι είναι ημιυπόγειο. Στενό το μπάνιο. Καθόλου ηχομόνωση μιας και είναι όλο γύψο σανίδα. Για badget επιλογή είναι καλή περίπτωση μέχρι εκεί.

• Bettina (7/5): - The accommodation is very affordable, and the check-in process was extremely easy. All necessary information was provided clearly in advance. The room is equipped with all the essentials. The doors don’t provide very good sound insulation. The door to Room 1 is slightly misaligned and doesn’t sit flush with the wall. It wasn’t a functional issue since it closed properly, but noise from the hallway carried through quite easily. During the first two nights, other guests were very loud at night and did not respect other guests’ peace and quiet, which was quite disturbing.
• Maud (3/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt an der Metro. Das Bad ist im Verhältnis zum Zimmer sehr groß. Die Zimmer befinden sich im Souterrain. Auf den Bildern werden helle Zimmer vermittelt. Man kann den Bildern nicht entnehmen welches Zimmer man gebucht hat. Zimmer 5 ist dunkel. Das "Fenster" zum Ankippen ist nur zu erreichen wenn man sich auf den Kühlschrankwürfel stellt. Der Hocker war wackelig. Keine Deckenbeleuchtung. Zu zweit würde ich dort nicht schlafen wollen. Zu wenig Platz. Ungemütlich.

• Sebastián (7/5): Buena estadía, con algunas cosas que mejorar - La habitación era bastante cómoda, contaba con baño privado, la ubicación era excelente a pasos del metro, supermercados y lugares para comer, tenía un pequeño refrigerio. La cama era un poco incomoda, tenía los resortes gastados y molestaban a la espalda, en el baño el agua se salía de la ducha porque la pared que la debía contener era muy corta, un día se tapó el baño pero lo arreglaron rápidamente, el ambiente era muy húmedo y había que sacarle el agua al humidificador constantemente, me hubiera encantado que hubiera una pequeña cocina.

• Anežka (8/5): Overall a great value/experience - The location is superb and great value for money, everything went smoothly and the company communicated quickly and with no problem. The check-in is just through a code, so it's nice not to have to worry about the key. We appreciated that there's a kettle and a fridge! Unfortunately the café below plays loud music almost every evening and it could be disturbing to some. Also due to its size, the room and bathroom get very humid very quickly, so we had to have the window open often and use the ac/ventilation - it's not really a problem, but we had trouble even drying our towels etc. without blasting the ac.

Rapport qualité prix très bon. - sol et draps propres - présence d'un dressing ouvert pour déposer ces affaires - localisation pratique : proche du centre, très proche du métro, plusieurs magasins aux alentours, quelques minutes à pied de la colline de Philopappos avec très belle vue sur l'Acropole - hôtes très rapides à répondre et à agir en cas de dysfonctionnements J'avais lu les commentaires avant de réserver, donc je n'étais pas surprise des points négatifs suivants : - logement mal isolée du bruit car collée à la porte d'entrée et fenêtre donnant sur la rue : on entend toutes les personnes entrer dans la résidence et le bruit des passants et des voitures - le lit est inconfortable et il grince beaucoup - les finitions de la pièce ne sont pas terribles et la douche contient du tartre - le logement est à moitié sous le sol, la fenêtre étant au niveau du trottoir - les tasses et la bouilloire sont fournies, mais pas de cuillères...

• Σταυρουλα (8/5): - Το έκλεισα με μια επιφύλαξη αλλά ήταν πολύ καθαρό και τίμιο για την τιμή του! Η τοποθεσία είναι ασφαλής, το δωμάτιο καθαρό με θέρμανση, τηλεόραση, wifi και βραστήρα. Μην σας τρομάζει το χαμηλό κόστος, είναι προσεγμένο, απλώς είναι τα δωμάτια πολύ κοντά μεταξύ τους και οι πόρτες λεπτές οπότε δεν το συνιστώ για μεγάλη διαμονή, για κάποιον που θέλει να κάτσει πολύ στο σπίτι. Είναι για όποιον θέλει απλά ένα μέρος για να κοιμηθεί, να αφήσει τα πράγματά του και να κινηθεί στην πόλη.

• Julia (1/5): Maybe for a very short stay, but not for rest or comfort - Localisation, close to subway This place is fine for students or travelers who just need a place to sleep for one night. However, if you are looking for peace, comfort, and proper rest, I would not recommend it. The apartment is essentially in the basement (all of them are), with pedestrians walking directly above your head. The room door is very weak — at night you can hear everything, and when other guests were trying to enter their apartments, our door was literally shaking. Overall, we decided to change our accommodation in order to spend our time in Athens in a more comfortable and pleasant way.

• jakub (9/5): miły pobyt w dobrej cenie! - świetna lokalizacja, parę kroków od metra i bardzo blisko piechotą do centrum, kilka sklepów praktycznie na wyciągnięcie ręki, nawet czysto, nie było żadnego robactwa, mimo zimna na dworze dało się dogrzać pomieszczenie klimatyzacją, kontakt z obsługą bez problemu, check-in i wymeldowanie bez problemu, zameldować się moglem wcześniej bo pokój był już posprzątany, dostęp kodem do budynku i pokoju wygodny, na miejscu dostępne ręczniki, mydło i pościel, woda ciepła niezależnie od pory dnia, pokój duży i przestronny, miła i spokojna, za tą cenę bajka drzwi od łazienki skrzypiały, hałas z ulicy słyszalny więc lepiej zabrać zatyczki, z sąsiednich pokoi można było usłyszeć innych gości (mimo to ten pokój jest z dala od innych i nie było aż tak źle)

• Anshu (1/5): Not recommend - The location is good and easily accessible via local transport and the place is cheap. The bathroom was not as described in the advertisement and there was no daily clean up room service as promised on site. And the place was damp.

Miejsce, do którego przychodzi się tylko wyspać po całodniowym zwiedzaniu- w takiej cenie i lokalizacji to naprawdę świetny punkt. Brakowało podstawowych naczyń takich jak miseczki, talerzyki, sztućce.
