- Carlos (2/5): Not a very pleasant experience - Ordinary Rooms Floor its too Noisy All bathrrom not comfy at all water mixers idn,t exist , Not value for the money i pIaid At all I wouldn;t recommendt it to anybody not even for a SinglenIght Beds are not Good, air Conditioning didn,t exist only heating water mixing not existing at all
- Adrian S (5/5): - The front door on room 210
Dint close properly at the bottom so on cold mornings the door froze shut and let cold air in
- Shaun (7/5): -
- Tim (5/5): Did the job of a bed for two nights at short notice. No more than that. - Staff were friendly, and room was the cheapest available for two nights at short notice. Room slept 6 so plenty of space. Plenty of parking. Nowhere to sit in the room (no chairs, desks, tables, lounges). No bedside lights meant you had to turn out the room lights and get back to bed in the dark. Bathroom had old non-water saving toilets. Accessing the mud room meant walking _across_ the carpet, defeating the purpose. No recycle bins. No communal areas I could find other than the pub/restaurant, so if you wanted somewhere quiet to work it had to be your room (with no chairs/tables). WiFi only available in pub/restaurants.

- rista1010@yahoo.com.au (10/5): Loved it , well done. Thank you for a great experience. - For the price it was excellent, only point was at I could not talk to a person when booking. that would have been a big help. Internet was not good.
- M Arif (5/5): - There are lots of beds Because it smells bad and there was no Microwave
- Min (9/5): A great place to stay for a family or a group of friends. Plenty of room and clean. - Clean and plenty of room for a family. Seperate shower and toilet. No kitchen.
- John (9/5): - The position in the complex was the best I have had. Have been there several times. Mainly were it was
- McDonald (9/5): Good Fun. - Clen room
Comfy bed
Hot shower
TV Very busy during school holidays but that is expected.
- Gabriel (10/5): -
- Cindy (8/5): - Pizza and the motel rooms are great for the kids. Great waking up to the snow falling this morning. Place is very clean and we only really seen the office lady's. If we go back to the snow next year will definitely stay here again.
- Glenn (8/5): Our stay was pleasant with clean rooms and great location. - The accommodation is nice and clean and spacious. The heating in the rooms is great especially after a long day skiing, it’s nice to come back to a warm room. Not sure why any sort of cooking is prohibited in the family rooms but this is a massive let down especially a family with young children who after spending all day skiing being exhausted and cold it would have been nice to make something small in our accommodation for dinner rather than having to go out in the cold at night to find something, even if there was a toaster to make toast would have been nice. It’s made it really hard to have absolutely no cups or utensils to even make our kids a sandwich or to be able to eat a cup of noodles. A mirror in the room apart from the bathroom would be very handy.
- Kamran (10/5): -
- Kerry (9/5): Close to Jindabyne but nice and quiet. Clean and comfortable. Will return. -
- Anne (7/5): It was an ideal location for our purpose (to support our son run the Kosci100) - I didn’t know that the restaurants onsite would be closed before our arrival. It would have been helpful to know that.
- Dale (10/5): Staff were nice , accommodation did the job ! - Easy parking appropriate accomodation for price point . The Bistro wasn’t open :/
- Gael (7/5): -
- Kelly (3/5): Not for me. - It was quiet The beds were not comfortable for me, and the heating was too warm. Lack of cooking facilities given that there onsite restaurants were closed. There was a microwave guests could use in the laundry area - not convenient.
- Chris (8/5): -
- Gregory (6/5): Reasonable, but disappointing. - There was NO breakfast provided, but it was advertised…very disappointing. The place was far too expensive for what was offered. Not even a toaster provided. Facilities need to be improved.
- Terry (6/5): Good parking. Large room but lacked in room and on site facilities. Friendly Reception. - Room was large but shared with other occupants. Limited in room facilities. Kettle only. No toaster.
Restaurant and bars at the facityvwere closed during our stay.
- Robert (8/5): -
- Benjamin (5/5): Great location, poor facilities. - Location was quiet, and beautiful surroundings being just outside of Jindabyne. The staff are incredibly friendly and there is plenty of parking. The rooms were dark, and the fixtures falling apart. There were no reusable plates/cups/bowls/cutlery minus 5 paper cups (no refills either). The place was falling apart, the shower head literally popped off when I ran the shower, and the sliding door to my room locked very loosely and when jiggled, would unlock. Not great considering I had my laptop setup.
Beds are okay but small, TV is old with no reception for any channels and no smart features. The only facility is a kettle and fridge, there is no toaster, even in the shared facilities where there are two microwaves.
This would all be fine, probably to funnel you into the onsite chargrill and bars they have, EXCEPT, these were all closed for the entire duration of my stay.
I’d probably only return if these are open for business, or if I need cheaper last minute snow accommodation.
- Nick (7/5): -
- Holly (9/5): - How are the beds so comfortable? I slept a like a rock.
Enjoy coming to stay. good location and love watching the kangaroos bound through
- Tony (7/5): -
- Robyn (10/5): Very comfortable stay. - Beds were very comfortable. We were very warm and had everything we needed. We stayed for 1 night while travelling through Jindabyne. I would have loved to stay longer.
- Ros (8/5): - Family sized apartments and being upgraded ... staff were very helpful We had very noisy neighbours one night
- Lee (7/5): -
- Michael (6/5): Convenient, cheap (relatively) and cheerful - Cheap and cheerful. Old dorm style room, no noise suppression.

- Shu (7/5): -
- Harrison (8/5): -
- Sandy (7/5): -
- Marn K (9/5): -
- Abreu (7/5): Good stay overall. - Nice place. Great environment. Bathroom could be renovated.
- Nicholas (7/5): -
- Hornsey (7/5): -
- Luiz (10/5): -
- Gina (4/5): -
- Todd (9/5): Spacious room with good value for money - The value for money and the amount of space in the room Thin walls. The neighbour’s conversation will keep you awake. However, everyone is there to go skiing the next day so generally everyone will go to bed at a reasonable time so they get up to go skiing.
- matt (8/5): Great place to stay been there many times - Good pub The beds need better matrices
- Polly (7/5): -
- Lyndon (6/5): OK for a short stay with focus on the skiing - Check-in process was smooth and the nearby pizza shop onsite was prompt and good also! The rooms and facilities are tired but room was warm. A table and chairs would've been good.
- Amber (7/5): - The girls in the office were great and super friendly. I loved the ticket machine being in the office as opposed to going to perisher office to organise tickets. Kangaroos, clean rooms. A microwave would help. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the room behind you. Our first night a family turned up and the kids were causing the parents grief that was not at all being controlled and we heard it all from 9pm to 1am and then it started again at 6am. Even when the next group turned up you could hear them chatting and I assume they could hear us..it is over priced for what you get.
- Leah (7/5): -
- Jessica (8/5): - How close it was Couldn't have any other food other than pizza and couldn't make anything in the rooms....
- (Dylan) Nhut Hoang (10/5): -

- Kade (8/5): -
- Chris (7/5): You get what you pay for.... - It is far and away the most affordable place to stay near Jindabyne in winter if skiing Perisher etc. Rooms are huge and clean and can fit up to six people. The onsite pub, pizzeria, restaurant etc is excellent. the cook itself steaks etc at the restaurant is an awesome idea nadvery well priced. The room did not match the photos on booking com. It lacked a table of any kind. Bathrooms are adequate but so so cold in winter! Rooms are noisy to both outside & neighbouring room sounds. We were only two in the room but if we had a full group of six, the two chairs, three bedside 'tables', six coat hangers etc would have been highly inadequate. Whilst there is a kettle and fridge, there is no cutlery, crockery or anything useful to even eat breakfast, but presumably it is set up to encourage everyone to eat in their onsite venues.....
- Jules (9/5): Great stay nice people - Easy to get to Bit far from town
- Jo-Ann (10/5): -
- Michael (8/5): -
- Anthony (10/5): -
- Kevin (8/5): Affordable family week end - Price, location. Been here 3 times in 3 months. It’s really good. Came with the family every times and it’s perfect for an affordable and comfortable gateway to the snow! Noise between rooms but it’s ok. Double bed could be renewed. I’ll come back anyway
- Andrew (7/5): Nice big room, beds not too bad but let down by lack of sheets and a 4pm check in. - Nice big room with shower separate to toilet for those busy mornings. The beds didn't have top sheets! Everyone in the room commented on this that it's a bit gross as we don't think the top blankets would be washed after each guest leaves? Check in at 4pm? For the price, that seems late even though the lovely receptionist let us in slightly early.
- RONALD (8/5): - The double bed had a smallish doona which was uncomfortable. The size of the doona.
- Nando (10/5): -
- Aleksandra (10/5): Great place and definitely coming back - It was clean and very warm in the rooms Cold and hot water tap are separated
- Luis Henrique (10/5): -
- Connie (10/5): -
- Linda (8/5): - Convenient. Need more food options and big TV’s in the bar so we can watch the Rugby league.
The reception was terrible.
- david (8/5): - Always good at station
- Lisa (8/5): - Clean warm rooms and on-site restaurant make this a great choice every time The cost is just so high. It's hard to have a family trip at that cost. It's very budget accommodation so it could be a bit more budget price. There are no luxuries or comforts in the rooms and that's ok but the price should reflect that standard of accommodation.
- Roshna (3/5): -
- debbie (8/5): -
- Greg (5/5): Disappointing. - The beds were in terrible condition, mattresses was collapsed and in very poor condition.
I had also book 4 beds which should have included a double bed, but it didn’t.
- Heide (7/5): -
- Suzana (10/5): -
- Rosemary (8/5): - Basic but comfortable, spacious and warm room.
Exactly as pictured in the photos. No complaints, exactly as described.
- Kuljeet (3/5): -
- Raphael (8/5): -
- James (8/5): A great place to stay with nice facilities - Location and facilities The road to get there is awful. Blew a tyre hitting multiple potholes.
- Peter (9/5): - Great dining room and bar. Entertainment, pool tables and ping pong were great. Booked a large double bed and 4 singles but got 8 single beds and no double. Hotel was fully booked so couldn't change rooms.
- Michael (8/5): -
- Artem (8/5): -
- cathy (8/5): -
- Cheryl (7/5): -
- Ekaterina (8/5): -
- Lillian (9/5): -
- Elise (10/5): Always a pleasure. Exceptionally clean. Loved our stay - Pub and restaurant/ take away on site were fab. Grab pizzas and have them in the sports bar.
Plenty of beds in the rooms, heaters did a great job. Everything was really clean It’s my bad for not reading the small print, I saw fridge so assumed there was a kitchen. A microwave in a communal kitchen or bbqs around the property would be great. Maybe there are, didn’t see any near our rooms though.
- Samer (5/5): And saying that will stay again - Location is pretty good. Easy access for staff are great the wildlife waking up in the morning and seeing them kangaroos at your door that was cool. The kids loved it. Other than the walls are pretty thin so you eat everything from Next Door. The heater is a bit too high and trying to adjust. It was pretty hard no tables no chairs to pay so much money just to have four walls in the roof and a couple of beds a bit too much be nice to have breakfast set the tables Dining Restaurant how you going? Waited for 2 garlic bread and chips for one hour.
- Jenny (5/5): Great location but overpriced tired looking bare minimal rooms - The heating is good Room facilities are bare minimum. Wall is so thin can hear next door. Bathroom basins has looks dirty with permanent stains. Very thing looks run down. Our room only have 2 chairs for 4 people
- Connie (10/5): -
- Currie (6/5): - Reasonable cost, good access and warm rooms No microwave. That is hard when there are food allergies
- Janette (1/5): Very disappointing - N/A Quilt does not stretch across two people, kettle needed to be put on floor to use as no working power point at bench level, overall standard more like a workers dorm.
- Connie (10/5): -
