• Erika (8/5): Very good - The host, Juan, was very clear with his instructions and answered quickly whenever we had a question or concern. Check-in was simple and clear. The neighborhood is a little off the beaten path and not as convenient as some other neighborhoods we stayed in Valencia but I felt totally safe with my two children walking around and in the apartment itself. We had an issue and needed to leave earlier than expected and Juan was very accommodating and arranged a refund for us for the time we missed. I would recommend this host and this property.

• Natalia (9/5): Superb - The location was nice; we did everything by walking however there was a bus stop and metro station nearby too. The kitchen was fully equipped (including coffee machine and an oven) so we were able to cook nicely. Another plus was the washing machine which was very helpful for us. The host was very prompt and sent all the information to us in advance making the arriving smooth and easier.

• Calderaro (4/5): Disappointing - Coffee machine. The photos of the apartment were taken with a wide angle lens, they are not real! It is tiny and very dark. The small terrace is internal where the other tenants look out, it is not possible to find privacy. The lock of one of the windows was broken and did not close with the lock. The sheets did not have a good clean smell, they seemed used. We had a problem with the toilet drain, I wrote to the owner who asked me for photos and told me he would come the next day. Since my stay was short I preferred to adapt and the next day (last day of my stay) I did not write to him. He did not care, he didn’t check if everything was okay, zero importance!!! I wanted to use a cup for my milk… they were all dirty, disgusting!!
