• alice (10/5): If it wasn’t for the check in process I’d give it 10++ - An exquisite home away from home. Endless Lake views. Design just perfect, not too minimalistic nor overly dressed or futuristic. Sundowners in the balcony watching sunset anyone? Tick! (Don mind the joggers) Would definitely book it again. There’s a self “precheck in” that you have to do to get your codes to enter, however, you get a direct text message from Gippsland holidays, not from booking.com and you asked to click the link and put credit card information! There’s no other communication either than this. I had to call them for clarity. The ladies on the phone were great though .

• Robert (5/5): A really good accomodation, but the experience seriously marred by the unpleasant “welcome”. - The apartment is generously proportioned, clean and very comfortable, well located with a short walk to restaurants and pub. Perfectly suited to our requirements. I booked through booking.com who know me well, but was denied access unless I provided very detailed ID and credit card details to the letting agent, “for security”. When I said I was concerned for my security and wasn't happy they said “the problem was because I booked through a booking engine and should have booked direct.” I said if they list with a booking engine they should be better prepared for people to book that way. The agent was very unpleasant and the problem took over 30 mins to sort out. Not what one hopes for at the end of a long day’s drive.

• Mike (9/5): Most enjoyable - Location and views. Great living area and balcony. Bathroom not partitioned off from bedroom.
• Lara (8/5): We had an amazing stay - this apartment was ideal for a short stay with everything close by. - Good communication from host. Location was amazing - fabulous lake view, easy walk to shops/cafes/pub. Short drive to golf course and hot springs. Well equipped kitchen, great outdoor deck to enjoy the views. Not that I expect the host to provide for us, but a suggestion would be to leave a couple of basic pantry staples like tea, coffee, small UHT milk - just to get guests started.
• Kathleen (10/5): Fabulously comfortable in a picturesque location - Beautiful view, loved the balcony, quality fittings and decor, great location The wifi works the TV but the 2-3networks that come up on phone are not the unit 4 nor the password working on those other networks so effectively no wifi for phone use.

• Subhan (9/5): We were treated with peace, tranquility & fresh air. - The visual connections of outside from the living/kitchen. Large windows views of the lake was fantastic. The balcony was exceptional overloooking into the lakes with birds, ducks & swans. We wished there was a laundry and hair dryer in the facility. Also there was no pathway from our unit to the rear of the unit where boats were harbouring.
• Valya (9/5): Beautiful view, quiet stay and very comfortable. - The lake view was awesome There were not basic kitchen items like tea and coffee nor small milk in the fridge. The TV was not working.

Very close to main centre and directly across from a beautiful water view with lota of birds and lovely sunsets. Very peacful and relaxing. Large apartment with a very well kitted out kitchen (included air fyer, slow cooker, sandwich press as well as usual kettle and toaster etc) and conformatble furniture. Very comfortable bed. There was no hair dryer or toiletries, besides a couple of small soaps (which would have been fine if it had been clear in adavance that this is the case so I cold bring my own). The bathroom is open to the bedroom (toilet has a door) which is not idea with more than one person.
