• Marucci (8/5): Muy bueno !!! - El personal siempre se mantuvo en contacto con nosotros dándonos teléfonos ante cualquier duda y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. Tiene muy buena ubicación, te ofrecen bocadillos y infusiones. Mi habitación contaba con un balcón con mesa y sillas como también caja fuerte. El baño nos pareció muy chico, una persona de contextura grande no entraría fácilmente, al bañarse el agua moja todo el baño ya que no hay una separación entre la ducha y el resto de baño. Pero de todos modos se ve todo muy lindo y nuevo. El televisor no tenía para YouTube ni Netflix o no lo supimos colocar.

Per una trasferta di lavoro è più che sufficiente. A poca distanza dalla Stazione e da Porta al Prato. Zona tranquilla e sicura.

• Ramona (5/5): We did not meet our host in person but she was kind and helpful via text and phone call - We liked the location. Walking distance to most sites. The beds were uncomfortable and the walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbors on both sides very loudly.
• Stephanie (4/5): Unpleasant, unclean and overpriced - We had a small balcony The outside of the building appeared to be locked up. We then saw a small notice on the next door building asking us to telephone a number. The person then asked us to put a number in to a key box next door. This was all done remotely and the key was newly cut because we had a struggle to make it work. Two flights of stairs through and old and dusty building to arrive at another door. This led to a kitchen area with some rooms. Our room was v small and the beds uncomfortable and basic. Bathroom was old and not v clean. Thoroughly unpleasant experience suitable for only the most basic of accommodation for backpackers. For a few euros more we have really nice clean accommodation in Rome so this basic place is overpriced and understaffed. We saw no one from start to finish. Horrible!

• Grace (8/5): Cute little stay - Location was great- about 15 mins walk to tourist areas. The shower was great/modern bathroom. We had a very simple room which was very small, but it was comfortable enough and we spent most of our time exploring. Great to have a little fridge in the room and the bed itself was comfortable. The room was very small and amenities were hard to access- no bowls/cutlery/glasses even in the shared space. Very limited soaps/shower products. We had a room with the bed pushed against the wall and for two people it was extremely cramped. Completely fine if you’re out travelling most of the day but both is us injured ourselves trying to navigate the small room.

• Chris (9/5): Perfect for an overnight stay - Really good communication from the host. Room was suitable for an overnight stay. We were able to leave our bags no problem which was greatly appreciated. The towels were a little on the small side and slightly run down but other than that no problems.

The room was quite small and very humid (toilet was always very wet and could not dry properly). The bed was not the most comfortable (two single mattresses combined together).

Not very walkable from the train station as I had hoped. But we took a taxi back and it only cost 14. E Bathroom window didn't have shades, but used a towel for privacy.

• Christopher (3/5): Certainly not impressed - The building as you would expect in Florence City is very old. Inside it has been renovated and appears clean and tidy. We stayed 10 nights and after 4 began to feel ill. The room itself is small and compact and everything felt damp including the bedding. The window if left open allowed an influx of mosquitos so had to remain closed. At one time I considered leaving and accepting the losses to book into a local hotel, but availability was against us. I have used Bookings for best part of 20 years and can't remember leaving a bad report on a property. I'm sure the property are trying their best but sadly for us it left us with bad coughs and other problems. The last night there I slept as best I could on a cheap plastic chair rather that sleep in a damp bed. I am not impressed and Bookings needs to pick up it's game letting places like this.

• Lisa (6/5): Pleasant for a short stay but location not suitable for solo travellers - The room was nicely decorated and presented with plenty of natural light and the bed was comfortable. Once I'd negotiated the main road in front of the building it was a simple walk into the historic centre of Florence. I found the location off-putting at first, being on an extremely busy main road with a convoluted route (6 crossings) in order to get across safely. The WiFi was pretty weak in the room but did work for basic browsing. The price was far more expensive than other places I visited on the same trip for the same quality but I suppose that's Florence!
• Angeliki (7/5): Good - The location was very convenient, close to the train station, and we were able to walk to the city center easily every day. We appreciated the free snacks in our room, as well as the bottled water, tea, and coffee available in the common kitchen. The lady who checked us in was polite and very helpful. Upon arrival, I couldn’t find the entrance—just a locked door on the street with no doorbell or clear directions, so I had to call the owner. The linen smelled strange, like it hadn’t dried properly, which made the whole room smell unpleasant. The window shutter didn’t close, so the streetlamp and daylight made it hard to sleep. Noise was also an issue as I could hear every footstep and door opening/closing in the apartment. On several occasions, cleaners tried to enter the room early in the morning, even while we were still in bed. On our last day, despite check-out being at 10:30, they knocked on our door repeatedly before 9 a.m., urging us to leave.

There was no curtain or window covering in the bathroom, so if someone walked by, they could easily see you having a shower. It made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Pillows were terrible - too flat.

It’s hard to find the lockbox and front door for the first time using maps, instructions could be a little more helpful, the ground floor needs better lightning. The ‘double bed’ was just 2 single beds pushed together being covered by the same sheet + blanket, not the best sleep.
• Ying (6/5): Pleasant - The host was friendly and welcoming. There was free bottled water and snacks. Bus stops nearby but you will have to jaywalk all the time because of bad design of roads. Detailed instructions for self check in. Walking for the tram station to the property can be tricky. There was one night when the power went off for a while due to use of multiple appliances. The room was extremely small, with almost no space for moving around. The mattress was very uncomfortable, with one side lower than another.
