- David (1/5): Worst experience ever - . It’s between two homeless shelters behind a store with 20 homeless aggressive junky’s you had too deal with stayed one night and left didn’t even ask for a refund just wanted to put the experience behind me

- Dieulando (10/5): I was a great 5 day experience - I loved it It’s so close to homeless people
- Mohammad (10/5): Stayed here when I moved to Moncton. Place reminded me of home and I would def stay here again. -
- Clint (8/5): Comfortable, easy access to all stores, near homeless shelter but, not bad - I enjoyed the fact that we’re able to have access to everything an Appartment has. Cooks a lot of our own meal due to this, loved the fact we had the washer and the ac was nice however limited. The porch had a set of cameras that had a alert system that would sound every 2-5mins and the amount of homeless people hanging around the area made me uncomfortable and only having access to street parking only adding to that. Last thing to add is, their were not extra garbage bags, cleaning supplies was limited so we had to go out and buy these things in order to clean the place has we were required but, was charged a cleaning for when booking so not very happy about that.
- Natalie (7/5): Comfortable and staff welcoming and quick to help, they were gracious to accommodate. - The property is reasonably priced and centrally located, close to many activities, shopping, & restaurants. The staff are quick to respond, understanding and helpful. The issue with this location is the large homeless population. They are everywhere and many under the influence of drugs, they will most definitely be sitting within 10-15 ft of the door hunched over passed out, muttering to themselves all hrs of the day. They didn’t cause us any trouble, just unsettling.
- haouari (8/5): - Bien Tout lo
- Douglas (8/5): Good location and space for what we needed. Responsive host. - Great location for our purposes. Comfortable and functional. The unit needs some attention aesthetically & cosmetically. Some of the radiators has rust spots and there were some chipped paint spots on the walls.
