Guest (1/5): Todo mentira. - Ubicacion incorrecta. No se corresponde con el anuncio. El sitio esta a 30 bloques de donde se anuncia. Solo tiene un baño. Te engañan para dejar un deposito en paypal que no sé si devolverán. Habia una eviction notice en la puerta.
Manoj (7/5): Good property but security deposit refund will take forever (2 months and still conunting days) - Cleanliness and promptness of the owners in responding and furnishing the missing things (like an iron, or an additional heater etc.) The property asks for a refundable $350 security deposit which they claim will be refunded within a week or so after checkout. But that's not true. Like the other review mentioned, it takes forever. I stayed there in Jan, and 2 months later, they haven't refunded the security deposit.
Lordeiro (6/5): It was good, because it was a walk, but they say it's 5 minutes from Times Square, but in reality it - very good space It's been more than a week and they haven't returned my deposit insurance in the amount of 350 dollars, they haven't even given me an answer, until now.
