• Simon (8/5): Very modern aparment. Good location. - Very modern and safe. Has all you need in kitchen. You also have washing machine. Two toilets, so If 4 people are staying is very nice. It could be cleaner.

• AlejandroPareja (9/5): - It takes a short walk from the flat to get to Serdika. The flat is modern, equipped with AC and with full functional kitchen. The doorbell did not work during our stay

I'd recommend to anyone visiting Sofia, as it's great value for money. We were unlucky with the weather (cold and rainy), but lucky with the apartments we rented! Everything was great.

• Dawid (10/5): Don't look any further! - What a great place to stay! Host is very nice and helpfull, great contact. Appartment is nicely located, in quiet and safe area, close to the city center. There is big supermarket five minutes walk from the accommodation. Inside the appartment is brand new, you find there everything you need. I don't think there is a better place to stay for a few days in Sofia (and believe me, I looked)

• Joanna Gucman (7/5): Disappointed by the reviews - Nice apartment in good location in the city center. Walking distance to shops, cafes etc. There is everything you need for a short stay - kitchen utensils, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and even more like washing machine. There was one big bedroom with a good size bed and a livingroom with a kitchen annex and table for four. The host was helpful and responsive. The apartment is located on the airplanes landing route, so it was loud even at night. Also the walls and door were rather thin so you could here neighbours talking or coming back late at night. It was rather cold inside, but you can always use ac to heat it up like we did. Another thing is that it could be cleaner. The kettle was burnt and smelled realy bad - the owner gave us a new one. Also the toster was rather dirty. There were also some used slippers in the cabinet and the washing sponge for the dishes should be replaced for new ones. It lacked some paper towels and there was not ehough toilet paper. The bathroom seemed to have some pipe issues because it smelled poorly.

• Thai Bao (7/5): - The location of the apartment was great for Sofia sightseeing. Communication with the host was quick and checking in and out of the accommodation was effortless. We found the AC heating to be a bit weak for the winter temperatures. There were electric heaters left outside of the apartment but we didn't know they were a part of the accommodation provided. The electrical socket in the bathroom seems faulty and kept pulling away from the wall, which felt a bit unsafe. The right side of the bed has quite a loud creak whenever someone moves. We struggled with the TV; the remote was very unresponsive, and when we did get it working, the audio was significantly out of sync with the video.

Едно допълнение,което в никакъв случай не бих казала ,че е недостатък по-скоро усъвършенстване-може да се добавят комарницки за летните дни и обувалка.

• Dolores (10/5): Fantástico - El anfitrión contactó con nosotros con antelación, y nos dio indicaciones muy claras de cómo acceder al apartamento; estuvo disponible durante toda nuestra estancia y se preocupó por nuestro bienestar. El dia de la salida nos permitió dejar el equipaje en el apartamento incluso hasta después de la hora de check out, ya que nuestro vuelo era por la tarde. El apartamento está en un edificio impecable, nuevo y muy tranquilo. Es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días de la ciudad y sus alrededores. Las camas son muy cómodas y hay suficiente ropa de cama y almohadas de repuesto. Hay un gran armario con un gran espejo. El aire acondicionado funciona genial, así como el resto de electrodomésticos (calentador, horno, secador de pelo...). Incluso había plancha y un kit de costura! Es muy luminoso y tiene hasta un balconcito. La calle es tranquila, pero se encuentra a pocos minutos andando de todos los lugares de interés. En pocas palabras: no podríamos haber hecho elección mejor para nuestra estancia.

Стопли се чак в края на престоя ни. Нямаше никъде никакви килими, според мен за зимния период е добре да има. Подът беше леден навсякъде. Чистотата не беше много на ниво, дори във фурната беше забравена неизмита тава.

No estaria de más que pusieran paños en la cocina ya que no habían. Las calles de acceso al apartamento desde la estación de metro de Sedika están muy muy mal. Cuesta mucho ir por ellas cuando vas con maletas.

Sofya' yı yürüyerek severek gezdik. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. SOFYA ya tekrar gelirsek yine ilk tercihimiz burası olacak.

• James (9/5): Sofia is a hidden gem of a city and so is Didi's Apartments. - Near new accommodation. Modern fit-out with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Apartment is located in a generally quiet suburban area and within easy walking distance to the centre of Sofia. Our host, Trajan, was first class and helped sort out a booking glitch (my fault). He couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended. There is some urban renewal underway which means some construction noise, but not intrusive. Beholds good things for the area going forward. Nothing else worth noting.

• Nataliia (9/5): - Центр міста. Комфортні апартаменти біля центра у 10 хвилинах. Було затишно. Бойлер вмикається кнопкою вимикача. Апартаменти невеликі, але зручні. Єдине - потрібно враховувати, що зліт та посадка літаків буде прямо над головою. Трохи шумно, потрібно звикати. Паркування платно, але ми приїхали у вихідні, тож парковка була безкоштовною. Магазин поруч, працює кожен день.

• Valentina (9/5): Amazing flat for a good price - Beautiful flat in a nice position in Sofia, close to the centre. Very well equipped, quite clean (we only found a few spider webs next to the windows) and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. It is just a suggestion but the bedrooms are missing some furniture to place things on, like a bedside table or a small cabinet or even just a luggage stand. It would also be useful to have some kitchen towels in the kitchen.

Location great too, in quite a cool district too - lots of street art & not far from some cool, independent bars, restaurants but still just a 10-15 min safe walk to the centre As others have mentioned curtains in one bedroom are quite thin. & the sun rises directly in through the bedroom window. If you need darkness to sleep either take eye mask or use the other bedroom

• Katharina (9/5): Superb - A very cozy and modern flat in an amazing location, with comfortable beds, a lot of light and very quiet. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The flat needs a deep dust cleaning and we would wish to have thicker curtains.

• Ag (1/5): MOST DIRTY APARTMENT I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. AVOID - On arrival we were very dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness, as we found somebody else’s two pairs of very dirty sleepers, a dirty T-shirt and jumper inside the wardrobe, also a pair of dirty socks inside the washing machine, and the sofa bed had a disgusting stain on it. This was the place where one of the guests had to sleep, but couldn’t cover this dirty stain, as the bedding sheets supplied were far a single bed instead of a double bed (it was a double size sofa bed). We arrived very late at night and there was no hot water, as the boiler was switched off and not instructions were left to inform us where the boiler switch was and that we had to put it on for an hour in order to have hot water for everyone, so we were unable to have hot showers on our arrival. This situation is unacceptable for a touristic residence, as you expect hot water at all times. The oven was not working at all, so we ended up having to throw away the food we had purchased to cook, a waste of 25 Eur. The TV wasn’t working either, as the message on the screen stated “No signal”. In the kitchen, one of the saucepans was dirty. There was also in the cupboard an empty (half an inch left) small bottle of oil that had expired in May. The apartment didn’t have complimentary arrival essentials, i.e. a couple of coffee capsules, tea and sugar to have a hot drink on our late night arrival. Communication response from the apartment’s manager was very bad, as she ignored the messages we sent regarding the issues we had with the electric items not working. The standard of this property was unacceptable, as it was very deficient for all the reasons stated above. P.S It is a shame that I can’t attach more photos (only allowed 4) as evidence of my statement.

• David (10/5): Perfect place to be in Sofia - The apartemnt was perfect. I have never stayed in such a nice apartment. The apartment and the builing are brand new. The furniture is high quality. The owner gave us all the details a day before how to collect the key. They provided also baby cot. In the kitchen you have all the things for cooking. They also have two aircons. One in living room and one in bedroom. And the good thing is they work seperately. I would deffinately stay here if I would come bach to Sofia.
