• Pacolicera (6/5): Comodidad muy justa. - Situación y actitud del propietario, estuvo muy abierto a las solicitudes. El apartamento es muy incómodo, para ser un apartamento turístico podría dedicarle mucho más inversión para mejorar la estancia.

• Korol Fedor (1/5): Not a bad flat but terrible management - The flat was spacious enough and clean. On the third day the hot water and the stove stopped working. The owner did not respond to messages and calls. So for the half of our 6-day stay we could not shower and cook at home. Booking also did not respond to support requests. Can't recommend the property in which basic necessities stop functioning and no one is there to fix them. Another problem was parking - although this is not the owner's fault, but the information could be useful: there is no parking available nearby. All the free spots are taken 100% of the time (and this was off-season), and closest paid underground parking (25 euros a night btw) is about 15-20 minutes away by foot, so not very comfortable when bringing suitcases.
• Claudette (8/5): Un apartamento con lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. - La ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena. Tiene lo básico para pasar cómodamente la estancia por la ciudad. Las camas son cómodas, por la cocina tiene lo básico, aunque el baño es pequeño funciona bien. El edificio es un poco antiguo, se siente un poco de humedad, el apartamento está en el tercero y no tiene ascensor pero se va subiendo poco a poco.

• Jaime (8/5): Buena relación calidad-precio - Me gustó la ubicación que es muy céntrica y cerca de la playa. Además, es muy económico. Es un tercero sin ascensor y está poco equipado (no tiene tabla para cortar por ejemplo)

• XAVIER (8/5): Cómodo dentro del apartamento, sufrido del portal hasta el tercer piso. - El apartamento es muy correcto, limpio, cómodo y con suficiente espacio para 4 personas La accesibilidad es muy mala. Es un tercer piso con escaleras viejas y sin ascensor. Ha sido un buen entreno. A tener en cuenta si se tienen dificultades físicas.

• Joaquin (5/5): - Lo mejor es la ubicación, cerca de las playas. El anuncio no avisa de que es un tercero sin ascensor, y eso, con las muletas y niños pequeños, teniendo en cuenta lo antigua y bajita que es la barandilla... Una aventura bastante estresante y agotadora. Baño muy pequeño y estrecho.

• Jennie (4/5): Would not recommend a stay - parking availability, no lift and hot water issues. - Once inside, the apartment was comfortable. Clean, beds fine. Location OK near to waterfront. Alberto responded when contacted re Wifi access and lack of hot water.. Description said "free parking on street". We couldn't find any parking nearby so we had to illegally park outside to drop off luggage. I then checked in on my own while my husband circled the blocks to find a park - 3 blocks away. There is no lift and 3 long and very narrow flights of stairs to carry all luggage. No written instructions in the apartment. Hot water did not function after the first couple of hours, consequently NO SHOWERS POSSIBLE. Alberto apparently tried to fix this but it did not last more than one hour.
• Kyuseok (8/5): Very good - Spacious, well equippef. Parking has to be done in street parking. It was not easy to find parking space.
• Adrian (9/5): Superb - Good location, very clean and everything was very easy to use. There is no elevator, so it can be tiring to go up and down the stairs with luggages. In the same building there were construction works at another apartment during the daytime (when anyway we were exploring the city, so no problem for us) but maybe for who wants to stay at home can be hard to manage.
