• omar (1/5): Il peggiore della mia vita - Posizione "In anni di viaggi di lavoro intorno al mondo, non ho mai vissuto un'esperienza così vergognosa. L'inizio è stato un incubo: bloccato fuori dalla stanza per un guasto alla porta, sono stato lasciato a dormire sul divano della reception per tutta la prima notte. Nonostante questo enorme disservizio, alla fine del soggiorno il personale ha preteso con assoluta maleducazione il saldo completo della tariffa. Il resto della permanenza non è stato da meno: pulizia della camera inesistente (mai rifatta in 4 giorni), un ristorante di una bassezza disarmante e il servizio colazione così inefficiente da permettermi di consumarne una completa solo una volta. Da evitare assolutamente

• Ali (6/5): Bad experience - Cheap Hotel I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was very small and the bed was not comfortable at all. The shower was broken and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was also not working, which made the stay inconvenient. Housekeeping was not good — towels and bed linens were only changed once a week, which is not acceptable for a hotel. The breakfast was also very limited with only a few items available. Overall, the facilities and service did not meet expectations, and I hope the management improves these issues for future guests.

• Dora (8/5): Rent room, behagelige senger, hyggelig personale og passende beliggenhet i forhold til avstand til flyplass og offentlig - Rommet var rent og behagelig varmt. Skrivebord for å jobbe og til og med sofa gruppe på et standard dobbelt rom. Veldig hyggelig personale og variert frokost selv mot slutten av serveringstiden. Oppholdet var bare for et natt og for denne korte tiden var det ingenting å mislike. Bare et forslag - det er fint hvis det finnes et « Ikke forstyrr» skilt som kan henges på døren for å unngå overraskelser for både gjester og rengjøringspersonale.

• Anouar (8/5): - The hotel itself was okay, but it had a cozy and welcoming feeling. What I really loved was the staff they were absolutely spectacular. Everyone was amazing: the night shift receptionist, the cleaning lady, and the driver who took me to the airport were all very kind and helpful.But The person who gave us the best treatment and truly made us feel at home was Yoana. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely the sweetest. Her hospitality made a big difference in our stay. The WiFi was a bit slow.

• Nadia (6/5): Decent little hotel close to the airport and a Metro station. - A convenient little hotel minutes away from a metro station. Beds were very comfortable and front desk person was exceptionally polite and professional. Room was tiny and could use a reno/refresh or at least a very deep clean but altogether not bad for the convenience of staying close to the airport AND a metro station. Location is in a residential area between several apartment buildings and not visible from the main road, but that wasn't an issue for us.

• Владислав (8/5): Elate plaza - Приветлив персонал, добра закуска с хубава кафе машина, удобен безплатен паркинг, малък подарък за довиждане. Много хотели използват изкуствени олекотени завивки - явно е изгодно, но аз лично не се чувствам добре с тях.
• Борислава (7/5): - Беше удобно, топло и комфортно в стаята. Закуската беше добре. Хотелът е на хубаво място, лесно го намерихме и е близо до магазини, ресторанти и метро. Асансьорът се чуваше изключително много през нощта и ни събуждаше при всяко използване. Закуската не беше богата, но все пак се нахранихме.

• Marinela (8/5): - The location was great. The hotel is located 2 min from the metro station. Very close to it has a big supermarket and a Happy restaurant. The room was big and clean. The bathroom needs urgent renovation. The toilet seat and the shower cabin are broken. When you take a shower in the middle of the bathroom a small lake is formed. The water stays because it can't go to the pipe. Also the heating is not working very well and the isolation of the room is poor. You can hear the elevator and also people from the other rooms. The mattress and the pillows must be changed.

• Antonios (9/5): - Το προσωπικό ήταν απλά εξαιρετικό!!!!! Όλο το ξενοδοχείο πραγματικά στηρίζεται σε αυτούς τους ανθρώπους.. Παρα πολύ καλοί!!!! Το πρωινό ήταν καλό και η τοποθεσία δίπλα ακριβώς στο μετρό! Τα μπάνια χρειάζονται μια καλή ανακαίνιση. Δεν ακολουθούν τις υπόλοιπες παροχές.
