• HIROSHI (7/5): - 清掃はよくされていると思います。 玄関に用意されていた全てのスリッパの裏に大量の髪の毛が貼り付いていて、使う気になれずとても気分が悪くなりました。他が良かっただけに最初の印象がとても悪く非常に残念でした。

• HIROKO (9/5): 心地良いなあ - 綺麗に清掃されていて、過ごしやすかったです 施設ではないですが、行くまでの道が狭くぶつけそうでした。ですので、出かけるのが億劫になりました
• Ru (10/5): 以日本住過，CP值滿高的！ - 廁所和淋浴間是分開的，不用搶廁所，雖然廁所沒有洗手台，但出來還有廚房可以洗。有洗衣機和冰箱，廁所也有乾燥功能，很滿意！！附近也有7-11可以逛。房間很多間，也都能調溫度，棉被很溫暖～ 樓梯較小，客廳在二樓，28寸能抬上來，只是樓梯抖，需要壯丁抬上來。

It’s clean and it’s very comfortable. It’s a pity that the drying machine didn’t work but there’s a laundry rack in the terrance to dry the clothes so it’s still okay.

• shirai (8/5): 最高に楽しい旅でした！ - 3階建てで子どもたちは楽しそうでした！またわんこを連れて泊まれる点もとてもよかったです。放し飼いOKなところがあまりない中で本当に助かりました。閑静な住宅街で過ごしやすかったし最高でした！コンビニも数分で着きますし駅やスーパーも近いのでよかったです。 1階和室のエアコンがやや効きにくかったこととテレビの接続があまり良くなかったことくらいです。が、滞在中はほとんどテレビは見なかったので支障ありませんでした。
• ANNA (6/5): 特に可もなく不可もなく - 自宅のように過ごせたこと 歩いてすぐの所にコンビニ。スーパー等が あったところ ウーバーイーツも宅配可能だった 道が狭すぎて前の無いハイエースでギリギリ 駐車出来たところ。 2階にリビングだったので昇り降りが 結構きつかったのと階段が意外と急に 出来ていたので小さい子は危ないかもです。 パッと見綺麗な家だけど細かく見ると風呂場も汚れだったり 手が抜いてあるところが多々あったので 潔癖な人は不向きですね クリーニング代が高くて宿泊代自体は 安いのに割高に感じてしまった

• Lie (9/5): 典型的な外資系オーナーのもつ投資物件らしく、場所は良いけれど設備は『とりあえず揃えました』 - オーナーのレスが早い。チェックイン時間の変更も数分以内に返信してもらえて助かりました。 場所が観光地にちかくて良かった。道頓堀まで17分。 徒歩圏内にコンビニ、スーパー、食事所も多く便利！ 冷蔵庫があまり冷えない。 次の日が万博訪問予定だったが、冷凍室に入れたペットボトルは凍らず。 小さい氷冷室にいれた保冷剤は凍っていたが、冷凍庫としては、充分に冷えていない。 一階の和室の敷布団が本当に薄くて、背中が痛くなりました。 下駄箱、誰のものか分からない運動靴があり怖かった。 キャラクターの装飾が沢山あったのですが、キッチン前に吊り下がったアヒルが埃まみれ（掃除が難しいことが分かるので、あえて置かない方が） 読み古した雑誌などは、あまり触りたく無かった。 ゴミ箱の分け方が日本語でないため？？でした。

• Xinyu (8/5): Home away from home - It was clean and very homely, almost like a home away from home. The neighbourhood was very quiet and it felt like we were part of the residents there. Since we drove, the location was about 15 mins away from the main city area, Dontonburi etc, so it was relatively accessible. We enjoyed wandering around the neighbourhood on foot and got to experience some more local restaurants and cafes that were quiet and amazing. Very well equipped with laundry, cooking and shower resources so it really felt like we were returning home at the end of our travels. The pillows were quite flat, but nothing we cannot manage. The stairs are also quite steep and the rooms are on the third floor, but again, not too bad!

• Marija (10/5): Awesome place! Recommended! - I loved how spacious the apartment was. It was super clean and very well equipped. The location is good since it is near the train station, around 7 min walking distance. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. All in all a very pleasant stay.
• Pamela (9/5): Comfortable - The place was clean and neat, which I really appreciate. There were many adorable toys too, and my children were entertained. I like that this place accepts dogs. The springs on the bed were not so good, so our sleep was not so comfortable. Futon was thin, so we didn't use that either.

• Grace (10/5): Exceptional - Place is so clean, spacious and has all that you will ever need. It is also just few minutes away from station and convience store. Also close to some restau, fast food, and supermarket. Worth it! Superb! Hope they can provide shave/razor and more toothpaste next time but not a biggie :)

The place is nicely located next to a rather big train station but still in a seemingly quiet neighborhood. The price was unbeatable for the value brought. The futon bed is a little bit thin.
