• Sedfrey (6/5): Average - Very close to everything and train station. Room was average but fine knowing how expensive around city No room service, stayed for 6 days and didn’t even clean our room once or even changed our towels.

• Martí Roma (7/5): Bona ubicació - L'apartament està molt ben situat i rodejat de locals comercials i botigues. És just per a dues persones, potser té la mida correcta si viatges sol. En global, un allotjament molt funcional amb un llit molt còmode. Les instal·lacions potser han quedat un pèl velles, tot i que funcionen bé,i la mida de tot l'apartament és més aviat petita i justa si viatges amb un/a acompanyant.

• SOWON (1/5): 다시는 갈 일 없음 - 없음 PLEASE DO NOT STAY THIS HOTEL THIS IS NOT EVEN HOTEL 세탁기와 타월이 있다는 숙박업소 조건을 보고 예약을 했는데 두개뿐인 타월은 심하게 냄새가 나서 사용을 하지 못할 정도였다. 또 2박을 예약했는데 수건여분을 제공하지 않는다. 제공 받기 위해선 일본 회선의 전화번호로 직접 연락하여 말싸움 후 받아내야하는 수고를 소비자가 부담해야한다. 형편없는 서비스. 전화 응대도 매우 불친절(세계에서 가장 불친절) 심지어 세탁기 있다고 홍보해놓고 남은용량이 거의 없는 세제통만 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 전화응대에서 세제는 당연히 제공되지 않는다고 일축. 오히려 적반하장으로 화를 당했다. 방음도 매우 형편없다. 저녁엔 번화가의 소음으로 인해 전혀 잠을 잘 수 없다. 침구류의 먼지가 굉장히 많아서 재채기와 기침이 끊이질 않는다. 세탁이 제대로 안된 것 같다. 에어컨 소음도 상당히 큰 편. 이곳에 오는 모든 투숙객들은 인생 최악의 경험을 할 것. 절대 이 곳에 투숙하지 마십시오. 인생 최악의 실수. / / I made a reservation based on the conditions of the accommodation that there were washing machines and towels, but I couldn't use them because they sㅕmelled bad. I also reserved two nights but they didn't provide extra towels. To be provided, consumers have to directly contact the Japanese line's phone number and pick up the trouble of having to argue with it. Poor service. Even the phone calls are very unfriendly (the world's unkindest) and there is only a detergent container that has little space left after promoting that there is a washing machine. Nevertheless, they dismissed the offer of detergent as a matter of course. Rather, they got angry because of the rejection. The sound insulation is also terrible. I can't sleep at all in the evening due to the noise in the high street. There's so much dust in the bedding that I can't stop sneezing and coughing. It seems like it wasn't washed properly. The air conditioner noise is also quite loud. All guests who come here will have the worst experience of their lives. Never stay here. The worst mistake of your life.

• Brodee (10/5): Comfortable, affordable, central and overall wonderful. Next time we come back to Japan we would definitely book again!! - The location, such a great spot on a great street. Although we were in a central location, we weren’t able to hear any noise at night. It was really comfortable. The shower head is quite low down, but that’s only because my partner and I are both really tall, but we made it work and it wasn’t an issue.

• Chen Segev (9/5): - Very cozy apartment, in a lovely neighborhood with lots or restaurants and shops nearby. A lot of room for storage and all different facilities. Wi-Fi was a bit faulty.

Though we didn’t stay out late… - contactless check in. Easy and clear instruction - as informed to host, will be good to have a clearer/safer instruction on checkout key handling situation.

• Francesco (7/5): - Perfect location, in a Korean neighbourhood and 10 minutes from Shinjuku. It's also a little bigger than other Japanese apartments. It's in the basement but it's ok... The furniture is dated, to say the least

Walking distance to train station and all Shinjuku main streets Our air conditioner leaked water for the first 2 days then stopped, also made weird noises. There was mould on the shower curtain but other then that the facilities were good and had all appliances you need.

We were so pleased when we were told we could check in early but the room was still messy from the prior users. When we replied and said we’ll come back after 3pm the host was dismissive. Upon return it was still dirty but at least there was no evidence of prior use.
• Heythem (8/5): Very good - The location is great 👍 less than 5 min walk to the Yamanote line (shin-okubo) and less than 10 to okubo station. The internet connection is pretty bad!

• Katejduncs (7/5): Affordable, great location and easy to find. - Netflix on the tv was great, spacious compared to lots of other accommodation, handy umbrellas provided and good heating/cooling air con. Check in was easy. Towels were very small and no bath mat or tea towels in the kitchen. The mattress is a little lumpy but we slept fine.

• Gary (7/5): Overall it was good, but the accommodation was expensive for what it was. - The size, the kitchen, the location was central. It felt very retro. The area was quite busy during the day. It was located in the basement floor, so it was a bit dark and chilly. Also it was old and some basic repairs could be done to make it look better.
• Chelsea (4/5): Disappointing - the location of the place was alright, just a short walk away from Shin-Okubo station. i had booked two rooms; one for my spouse and myself, and another for my parents-in-law. all of us agreed that the rooms were just ok, maintenance was just very bare minimum. the area of the apartment is quite rowdy and noisy. we couldn't sleep for a few nights due to the noise from outside. the apartment was also really small, and rather expensive. we felt that there wasn't much value for money.
• Govert (4/5): Meh - Nice location if you want to be in the middle of the busy area. Not great for us because it was so jam-packed in the street that we could hardly get our small trolleys through the crowd to the train station. Very basic apartment, not very clean and absolutely zero communication/help from the owners, despite an emergency situation. In our 3 and a half weeks in Japan this was our least favorite spot.
• Masakazu (5/5): Good location but no internet connection. - Good location, close from station and Shinjuku town. Close from famous Korean culture street. Smartphone almost no signal. There is Wifi in the room but slower than smartphone. Sometime I had to out to connect internet.
• Myfanwy (8/5): Awesome place will come again - Location is amazing. Cute and cozy apartment with everything you need Mattress is a bit worn and lumpy and could do with being replaced but we were honestly so tired we could sleep on anything.
