- Holly (10/5): - What a fab little gem! We stayed here for the weekend as we where working at London card show - owner was very kind in letting us use the parking space before check in time (we had an early start).
This property was spotless, comfortable and the area was quite.
Also a pleasant 20min walk to the Excel, just around the corner from a cheeky shortcut that lead to an overpass for pedestrians. Will definitely try and book again for next time we are that way.

- Momodou (9/5): Overall it was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. - Nice modern decor, safe space for children. Biscuits and water were left which we appreciated! The property was very clean and comfortable. No spare sheets or blanket for the sofa bed.

It's very male bachelor style apartment, we still loved it. We were mentally prepared not to expect Japanese level cleanliness, so we were fine.

Entrance was overgrown, with litter on grass area generally untidy. Doesn’t give a great 1st impression.

There was free parking right outside property which was amazing. The house was so clean and modern. I wanted somewhere to get away while on my work break and it was perfect. I would book again! Nothing loved everything.

- Thea (8/5): Very good - It was an excellent and very quiet location, and the beds were very comfy. The apartment was very cold, it would have been improved by having the heating on for a few hours before we arrived, but we just put the storage heaters on as soon as we arrived.
- Harryo (10/5): A spacious, private apartment in a beautiful location and quiet area for London - It was a beautiful location, very quiet, safe and right next to a lovely park. We stayed here as we were attending a two day conference at the London ExCeL so it was a perfect 20minute walk or 7min taxi to the conference centre. Very clean, great size and private entrance also. Host was very contactable and kept you in the loop when required. The sofa-bed was quite hard, but cannot detract from the property as it is what you would expect from a sofa-bed!
- Diego (4/5): Experience worse than expected - The house was clean, big enough for 4 people, modern and with all the necessary such as towels, tools and so on The position of the house is comfortable for Excel, but that's it. There is no supermarket (or market), no restaurant that you can reach by foot. The house is beautiful but be aware you will need an uber or a bus to buy everything. That's our fault actually, since we could have look for services around before booking. For this reason, the price for this house is higher than it should, in my opinion. In addition, there is a 250 pound deposit to pay, and good luck in having it back. I had to stay behind it for more than a week, going on insisting, calling the customer service. It's a pity, since the host was available at first, but then disappeared

Request for damage deposit to go to unknown bank, no option to cancel room without a charge and host wouldn’t resp - No comment Poor communication, pin to key box wasn’t supplied, request for security deposit of £250 for one night stay… to go to an unknown or unverified account.
Booking.com couldn’t make contact with the host to resolve so we had to book another hotel and the host has refused to refund
We received a message 4am in the morning after the room had been cancelled apologising they were out of the country and to try contacting them via WhatsApp
Be very wary of this host!
I would suggest finding somewhere else - this is the first bad experience we have had with booking.com and unless we get a resolution we will be taking our custom elsewhere

- Charles (8/5): Good facilities - great location for Excel - clean and quiet. - Clean and well looked after. Having a subtle fragrance in the property is a nice touch. Excellent shower and good facilities My only advice is to put a couple of trays in the kitchen as my guess is most people will eat while watching tv and the lounge table isnt a dining table

- Salihah (10/5): Perfect little flat in a convenient location. - The location was great. The flat was very clean and tidy. It had all the amenities required. We had issues with parking as there was limited parking outside the flat and neighbours were not happy about us parking immediately outside.

I won't use Booking again - The owner was quick to reach by phone The problem I encountered had nothing to do with the property or the owner, but rather with Booking.com. This location was suggested after my previous booking was canceled. After spending two hours on the phone with Booking.com support, I ended up choosing this place. When I arrived, I discovered there was a £250 damage deposit required, payable via bank transfer, which I couldn't do. As a result, we had to leave and lost the entire fee. Additionally, we had to find alternative accommodations on our own. When we requested a full refund from Booking.com, they claimed it was mentioned in the Important Information section. This was the first time I encountered such a deposit payment method (bank transfer instead of credit cards). Keep in mind that every time you have to contact Booking.com support team by phone, there is a 20min of waiting time.

- Tom (10/5): Exceptional - nice and clean accommodation that is less than 10 minutes from the train (DLR). The trip to the center takes about 20 minutes, the docks 10. It is a low brick house in a green area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Communication with the owner is fast and pleasant. We spent 4 days with our family and we were very satisfied. We would love to come back sometime. nothing was wrong, we were satisfied with everything

When you are a bit less mobile, the entrance might by a bit tricky for you, and its also upstairs.
