• Karina (9/5): - We had such a lovely stay. The team was incredibly warm and welcoming, huge thanks to Sarkes, Spartak, and everyone else for making us feel at home. The lake views are absolutely beautiful, and the bungalow stays warm and cozy even at night. Thank you for the hospitality and the great memories ❤️
• Kateřina (7/5): - Moc hezka chaticka hned u jezera. Vecere i snidane byla chutna. Krasne vyhledy i plaz. Pri prijezdu jsme se necitili uplne vitani(ale to je asi armensky standard). Snidane az v 9:30. Pokud chcete virivku, musite si ji objednat den predem. Neni dovoleno si brat jakekoliv sve jidlo s sebou - v kuchynce jsou pouze hrnky. Cesta byla plna vymolu a neoznacena.
• Tatiana (9/5): Amazing place for an escape - The location is wonderful, the house is comfortable, food is delicious! The curtain in the shower was too short, so the whole bathroom floor was covered with water, it was slippery and hard to clean this water.

• MARYNA (10/5): Отличное место для приятного времяпровождения на Севане, особенно летом. - Расположение: 10/10, потрясающий вид на озеро Севан, прямо из кровати! Приветливый персонал, приятное общение. Хорошие домики, все просто и лаконично, чистая приятная ванная комната, удобная кровать, было тепло и уютно. Обед/ужин можно заказать по меню, цены средние по Армении, все вкусно. Завтрак включен, на любителя (фото прилагается), но голодным не останешься. Доп услуги: баня 20000 драм, купель 10000 драм. Были не готовы к тому, что с обеих сторон от этого места нет больше никакой инфраструктуры (что странно для такого «туристического» места). Одни заброшенные/полузаброшенные здания, заборы. Последние минут 10 дороги - разбитая, все в ямах. До Севанаванка пешком не добраться (далеко и дорога не располагает к ходьбе), яндекс-такси может и не приехать (ценник 600-900 драм), по таким дорогам никто ехать не хочет.

Видно, что здесь всё делается с душой. Остались только приятные впечатления, обязательно вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать вас друзьям! Спасибо за отличный отдых ❤️

• Maria (10/5): - Очень красивый вид на озеро, вежливый и внимательный персонал, милая территория, в домиках чисто, мебель хорошая, все удобно и все расходники есть. Красивая подача на завтрак, также заказывали ужин в отеле, все было вкусно, приготовили быстро. До отеля смогли доехать на легковом авто без проблем, грунтовая дорога подразбита, но проходимая с обеих сторон. Проблема не в самой дороге, а в видах пока по ней едешь - но это не вопрос к отелю, на Севане в целом инфраструктура в стиле девяностых: заборы, сараи, бытовки, оборудование на общем пляже как в пионерских лагерях, может ещё из-за того что не в сезон - смотрится это все так себе. Наш отель на фоне окружения - десятизвёздочный. Просто имейте ввиду, что за территорию отеля пешком не выйдешь. Ну и вокруг есть бездомные собаки (как и везде в Армении), на территории этих домиков - собак уже две, тоже имейте ввиду. В целом у нас остались позитивные впечатления от посещения, любоваться Севаном в этом месте можно бесконечно.

• Maksim_NN (10/5): Красивый отель с красивым видом на Севан - Отель очень понравился! Представлен несколькими домиками, расположенными прямо на берегу Севана. Заселение быстрое. Альберт помог принести чемодан в номер, обо всем рассказал, оставил свой номер телефона при необходимости возникновения вопросов. Домик просторный, со всем необходимым. Окна панорамные, от пола до потолка с очень красивым видом на Севан. Внутри все чистое, сантехника новая. По меню вечером приносят ужин. Выбор большой, блюда вкусные. Можно есть прямо на улице, за столом на крыльце дома, в 10 м. от берега. Завтрак утром с 09.30 тоже приносят в номер. Мы попросили принести немного раньше. Завтрак тоже вкусный и сытный. Утром - красивый вид на Севан и горы в тумане. На территории отеля есть баня, джакузи (не пользовались).

Завтрак входит в стоимость и он прям ооочень сытный (на фото видно + огромная яичница еще). Территория чистая, ухоженная, красивая. В общем, рекомендуем на все 100!

• Heidi (8/5): Relaxing and cozy stay in the spring surrounded by nature! - Don’t let the bumpy road on the way to All Seasons fool you! Once you get there it is a beautiful location right on the lake. The cabin was cozy with a floor to ceiling view of the lake. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing! That bumpy back road to get there is slightly uncomfortable. The cabin could have been a little more well stocked with dishes and extra bedding.
• Fedor (9/5): - Хороший отель, чистый, красивый, большая ухоженная территория (в отличие от соседей), прекрасный дружелюбный персонал, баня на берегу. Вкусно готовят. Номера достаточно просторные, большой санузел, горячая вода с хорошим напором. Недорого. В целом нам понравилось. Нет ресторана/бара. Завтрак начинается в 10, ужин можно заказать до 2дня и получить в номер до 19.30, потом просто всё закрыто и никого нет. И вокруг тоже всё закрыто - купить что-то невозможно после 7. Для тех, кто планирует поездки по Армении (потому что в самом отеле делать нечего) - неудобно. Найти отель сложно, указателей нет, дорога плохая. Баня тепло не держит, нужно постоянно топить и лить воду на камни, душа или какого-то обливного ведра рядом нет. Сам Севан - очень мелкий в этом месте, окунуться в воду невозможно (ноги отмерзают, вода +4)

• Sydney (8/5): Lovely short stay by the lake - Great facilities on the lakefront, they had a Sauna available to book and nice food delivered to your cabin. Accommodation feels very modern and clean, we were able to use a taxi app to get a driver to take us to the peninsula to see the local sites nearby very easily. The access road to the property is gravel and not very developed but don‘t let that put you off you can just drive down slowly and there is a sign for the property. We also told the hosts our arrival time and someone met us at the front. For English translations we communicated with the manger online via booking who was very prompt in responding.

Есть поздний заезд- нас встретили уже в одиннадцатом часу вечера, проводили, все объяснили, в номере есть чайник и чай- кофе. Отдельный плюс- это душ с хорошим напором воды! Чистота в номере, что очень приятно. Мы были в марте, но, несмотря на огромные панорамные окна, в номере было тепло! Спасибо за теплый прием и уютный ночлег на берегу невероятно красивого Севана! От трассы к гостевым домикам идет проселочная дорога- будьте к этому готовы. Не хватает лампы у кровати или какого- то другого нижнего света для уюта. Завтрак начинается в 9.30, а нам надо было уезжать раньше- не смогли насладиться завтраком. Завтрак входит в стоимость, поэтому деньги теряются. Лучше было бы, если можно было бы доплатить за завтрак по приезде. К чаю в номере не кладут пакетик сахара- иногда он очень бывает нужен. Какого- то печенья тоже не предлагается. Поэтому, если вы приезжаете поздно, возьмите с собой что- то минимальное для перекуса. Кухня закрывается в 19.30. Но это все детали, которые ни в коем случае не затмевают прекрасный вид , который открывается из огромного панорамного окна!

• Elyra Faith (7/5): Wonderful Lake View and Helpful Service! - We booked the family bungalow and had a comfortable stay, even though it was just for one night. The lake view was wonderful and truly added to the experience. The staff were accommodating and did their best to communicate despite the language barrier. Water refills are available upon request and free of charge, especially since outside food is not permitted. It would be great if the bathroom floor maintenance could be improved, since water easily spreads after using the shower.

• Ralph (10/5): Perfect Place for Lake Sewan - The view from our bungalow directly onto the lake was beautiful. The manager takes good care of his guests. Upon arrival, we were able to choose our dinner for the evening from an extensive menu. The trout with side dishes was delicious, and the breakfast in the morning was also great—the best we had on our trip through Armenia. We would stay here again anytime. • Nina (10/5): Отличное место для отдыха - Коттедж расположен на самом берегу озера Севан. Территория ухоженная, рядом с домом растут сосны, по утрам слышно пение птиц. Совсем рядом, напротив коттеджа находится песочный пляж. В доме есть все необходимое. Кровати удобные. Сотрудники очень гостеприимны и внимательны к отдыхающим. На территории есть ресторан. Завтраки вкусные и сытные. Можно также заказать обед или ужин.

Room was comfortable and well equipped. Dinner (ordered at the bar, eaten outside room) was tasty and good value. No curtains on top half of windows meant room got very bright very early. Otherwise, can't fault it.

• Jordan (10/5): Stay at Sevan lake - The property is brand new and is well-equipped. It is very close to the Sevan lake that you can even see from the accommodation. The place is also very calm which is good to relax.
• Priyanka (9/5): Superb - All Seasons – Sevan surprised us every bit. The view is pristine; the resort is neat and tidy. The staff is warm and always with a smile. 🥰 The accommodation itself is very cozy and welcoming with ample number of heaters in the rooms for the cold, 24 hours hot water and with the staff always around to help. The place is laid back and slow and away from the hustle bustle of the city life and reflects every bit in the town – remember to have your google translate going because you will need it- as we met only 1-2 people( other than at the airport) who speak English. Albert the man who runs the show is always available on the phone and helps you with everything needed. He even helped us get cabs too when we wanted to go around. 🙂 If you are an animal lover – look out for the two lovely friendly and cuddle-loving dogs with their pups. They love their treats, so make sure you have some scraps for them too 😍 There is nothing not to like - however, currently, they are working on power back-up and getting a restaurant/kitchen going on the property - so just need to be patient if placing a food order or if the power is cut off due to any issue

However, it is better to stock up on food and drinks in advance, there are no shops within walking distance.

• Pedro (10/5): We had a great time here. - The location is great, right in from of the lake, the only problem is the road to reach the hotel, but it’s worth it. The staff is very helpful, they have a contact of a restaurant that delivers food. The view is very nice. There’s nothing around , so if you need anything you need to have a car or call a taxi.
• Michael (10/5): Beautiful, secluded and peaceful - The cabin was beautiful, clean and warm. It was equipped with everything we needed. Albert, the manager, and the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything we needed. As there was no restaurant on site, they made sure we were able to order delicious food from a nearby restaurant. Our 6 year old daughter also loved the playground, beach and swings.

• Lou (10/5): The ambiance is perfect if you want to relax while also having fun. - The place is overall really great! But the best thing I like is that all rooms have lake view. We went there during winter, so watching the snow meets the lake from our room was so nice! I can only imagine how awesome it would be during other seasons, specially spring.

• Vera (10/5): Cozy and modern place, stunning views - The place is very well organised and you have stunning views of Lake Sevan. We just stayed one night so difficult to rate all features of this place but we were very satisfied with our choice. The guesthouse for 4 people was clean and warm featuring a French window overlooking the lake, it had everything we needed. There was an option to order breakfast which we didn't use. It would be nice to have more clarity about the policies, as we didn't get any clear information regarding wifi from a person who greeted us on our arrival. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

• Isidora (8/5): Very good - Houses are very pretty, as well as the common area of the complex. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. There is no wifi and bed mattress are really firm for our taste. It is accessible only with car or taxi.
