• Brooke (2/5): Avoid this place, unhelpful and rude staff. Location is great but not worth the issues that come with staying here! - In a perfect location surrounded by shops and restaurants! The people who run it + the facilities. We had issues with the room letting in so much air that it was causing the loudest noise in the bedroom and being unable to sleep. In addition, the property admin asked for a video to an email address which I sent however was undelivered, however still wrote “upon review, no issues” (LOL) among other issues in the apartment such as no power in the bathroom. They also sent us on a mouse maze to get the keys as well as charging $100 to use the car park that is vacant anyways. We will not be staying at this place again and would avoid avoid avoid if thinking about!

• Suzanna (3/5): West facing sauna with NO AIR CONDITIONING. - View and location were great, but I would never stay here again. Unable to contact owners. Concierge in lobby unhelpful. Air condtioner not working. Poor substitute given- only cooled one room, the rest were a sauna. Apartment poorly maintained. Many things in need of repair. FYI, an empty honey bottle and vegemite jar do NOT constitute condiments. 3 tissues left in a box is NOT enough for a 4 day stay. Expected to wash dishes and take out rubbish. I could go on.... • Sharon (1/5): They are frauds that take your money and will not refund as promised. - There is nothing to like about this property. You have to pay a $300 key deposit prior to arriving. Their T&C's state that will refund the deposit within 14 days of checkout. It is now nearly 3 weeks since checkout and I am still chasing the refund of the $300 key deposit with no response from the owners. I do not recommend staying here. • Tania (6/5): Look if it wasn't for the horrible bed, I'd rate 4 stars. Collection of keys heavy rain was drama! - The view is excellent and the apartment is well equipped The main bed was like sleeping on a brick! I have now a back ache after 4 nights. Apparently the other double and single were okay.
