• Andreja (9/5): Lepo stanovanje na odlični lokaciji, v katerega pa je problem priti - Zelo prijetno in moderno malo stanovanje na res odlični lokaciji. Težave z wifi-jem, ki so jih sicer drugi dan odpravili. Bolj zoprne pa so bile težave z vstopom v stavbo - sicer dobiš podrobna navodila, ampak zaslon, na katerem naj bi odtipkal kodo za vstop, je nemogoče ‘oživeti’, če ti nekdo natančno ne pokaže, kje in kako pritisniti. Ob 10h zvečer sem 20 minut skušala ‘priklicati’ številčnico na zaslonu in se że spraševala, ali bom morala spati na ulici, ko je k sreči slučajno prišel dol nekdo od stanovalcev in mi pokazal, kako pritisniti. Naslednji dan ni bilo težav, ker sem točno vedela, kaj storiti.
• Jorge (9/5): perfect location. - It was all I needed in the right location. If you want to be in the groovy area of town, this is the place. The place is clean and spacious, perfect for a single person or couple.
• Florian (10/5): Parfait pour quelques nuits - L'emplacement exceptionnel, en plein coeur de la vieille ville ! Parfait pour tout visiter à pied. Le logement est très bien aménagé, la literie confortable et le balcon offre un plus pour se détendre au soleil ! Hôte très aimable et instructions précises. Rien, tout est bien.

• Eleonora (8/5): Struttura bella ma un po’ cara - L’appartamento è molto moderno, in una posizione centralissima e ha una terrazza molto grande. É possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente in un garage convenzionato a poche centinaia di metri. Il bagno é molto piccolo e diviso dalla stanza solo da una porta scorrevole (c’è poca privacy). Il letto é una piazza e mezza, due persone corpulente faticherebbero a starci. Rumoroso per affaccio del terrazzo sulla strada principale.

• Jane (8/5): Just right for a short stay. - Very smart, modern apartment with a nice balcony in an excellent location for the old city and transport links. Comfortable bed and linen. The complimentary water was appreciated. We had significant difficulties with the street door as the description provided was not at all clear. A saucepan would be a useful addition, but otherwise a well equipped kitchen.

• Alunelu69 (10/5): Central Nicosia cu parcare gratuita - Apartament spatios cu living si dormitor situat chiar in centrul istoric al Nicosiei. Comunicarea cu proprietarii a decurs excelent iar check in ul l am facut rapid. Marele plus este parcarea subterana gratuita pe care proprietarii o asigura fiind la aproximativ 150 m de locatie. Livingul cuprinde si zona de bucatarie care era dotata cu tot ce este necesar mobilierul fiind nou si de calitate,bonus masina de spalat rufe cat ai cuptorul. Fiind situat la etajul 4 vederea este mult deasupra celorlalte cladiri invecinate si de pe balcon se poate vedea departe pana spre muntii din partea turca. Apartamentul este intr o cladire situata pe o straduta paralela cu celebra strada.Ledra iar accesul catre partea de zona de sparatie cu Nicosia de nord se face la.pas in circa 5.minute. Zgomotul produs de un ventilator de extractie amplasat pe cladirea de vis a vis care se aude doar de pe balcon ,dar asta nu ne a deranjat .

• Walter (8/5): Perfecte locatie - Locatie is perfect, midden in het centrum. Gratis parkeergarage op nog geen 5 minuten lopen. Alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Airco in zowel de slaapkamer als de woonkamer. Appartement lijkt nog vrij nieuw, mooi groot balkon. Glazen deur in badkamer was niet handig, vooral in de nacht kon je geen licht aandoen als je naar toilet moest.
• Veravera21 (9/5): - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione al centro vicino a tutto. Cucina attrezzata. Arredato in maniera moderna. Host sempre disponibile per consigli. Parcheggio sotterraneo disponibile a 4 minuti dalla struttura. Molto carino aver lasciato acqua, cialde caffè olio e sale. Lo consiglierei Mancava un tavolo con delle sedie interne, presente solo all'esterno sul balcone ed un piccolo tavolo davanti al divano. Volendo lo spazio all'ingresso non mancava. Appendini assenti in bagno e letto alla francese.

• Bérénice (10/5): Un endroit parfait dans le centre de Nicosie - Le logement est parfaitement situé dans le centre du vieux Nicosie. À 5 minutes de la partie Turque de l'île qui est aussi facile d'accès. Il y a plein de restaurants et de commerces autour. La dame du magasin de tissu en bas est adorable et nous avons beaucoup échangé avec elle, avons reçu des conseils pour nous restaurer, nous balader. C'était super -

• Antoninofrancesco (10/5): A nice apartment with everything in the city center of Nicosia - Everything, the apartment had everything. Phon, washing machine, all also if you stay one week. Also the terrace was real nice, perfect to do an aperitif at the night! I recommend it for sure!! Nothing
• Olga (10/5): - El apartamento esta situado en una calle paralela a la calle principal. Tiene tiendas y restaurantes cerca y es una zona turistica de la ciudad. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía de todo (champú, gel de baño, toallas, cafetera). Nos dejó café, té y algo de leche y agua fresca ( que con el calor que hacia fue un gran detalle), el AC funciona bien y era algo necesario. Es un sitio tranquilo.

• Nathan (9/5): Great find in old town Nicosia - Great location, walking distance to all Nicosia old town spots. The balcony is large and the views from there were amazing. It had everything we needed, such as an AC, washing machine, fridge, etc. The place was cozy and comfortable and clean. Communication with the hosts was smooth and they promptly answered all the questions we had. The parking space was also a plus. There could be a few more hanging spaces. The bed was comfy, but it could be a bit wider for a couple. The entrance for the building looked a bit dodgy, although the flat was very safe.

• Elenbf (9/5): cosy apartment - small cozy flat, perfect for few days stay in nicosia, clean, new, nice balcony with view of the city it is located in a pedestrian street but the parking is only 2 streets away so no need to worry about parking space great place opposite to it for food and drinks in stoa klokkari(evroula and pieto!) the elevator was not working, but during my stay i could see woring installing a new one. ac in the living room a bit outdated, makes lots of noise but didn't have to use it
• Freek (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment in the city center of old Nicosia. It had more than we needed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was real nice and had a heated mirror. Even after a long shower it wasn’t covered in moisture. Attentive lady at the parking helped us with our card.

• Harriet (9/5): Superb - Brilliant apartment centrally located. The real bonus is the included parking in a nearby car park. The apartment was spotless with a spacious balcony with views over the city. The communication with the host was excellent and an easy check in. The lift is currently out of order and looks like it has been for some time. As the apartment is on the fourth floor this should be warned prior to arrival.
• Tompel (9/5): Superb - perfect location, super appatment, personal touch... soundproof windows will be nice as there is a lot of noice from the street duiring the night,
• Wayne (10/5): A perfect spot for a city centre hideaway break. - The apartment was extremely well fitted out with everything we needed for our stay. We had views out over the roofs of the city and to the North from our 4th level balcony. The central location, yards from Ledra Street made it perfect for eating and sightseeing in the old city and the free underground parking was perfect. I would hope to stay there again if we have the opportunity to visit Nicosia. The lift was not working while we stayed at Sky View which was a bit of a nuisance when we arrived and left but would not put us off staying there again such was the quality of the apartment and it's central location.
• Anna (10/5): The host is super nice, the location is perfect, free parking - At the begging the apartment was not cleaned but the host immediately sorted everything out and refund me the whole amount. It was really nice and professional. The location is great, the downtown with free parking. The bed is super comfortable. The apartment has everything you need. The only problem - it was a bit noisy in the night. But it was expected in the downtown. The elevator didn’t not work, but it’s not the fault of the host.
• Panicos (7/5): Central - Nice apartment - clean and well appointed, everything functional inside. The lift was out of order - the apartment is on the fourth floor so it was hard work going up on the stairs with luggage.
• Narcis (9/5): If opportunity arise, we gladly return to Nicosia. - Cleanliness, location, communication with owner, balcony with a view, apliances, etc The elevator to 4th floor was a "work in progress", hope will soon be fixed.
