CARLOS (5/5): Decepcionante por la limpieza. SUCIO. - El apartamento está muy bien decorado y es agradable tal y como aparece en las fotos, la cama es cómoda y el edificio está en buen estado. La ducha es buena. La zona es cercana al centro y a muchos puntos de Milán. El problema principal es la limpieza del apartamento, casi inexistente, restos de comida de anteriores estancias en mesas y manteles. Algunos utensilios sucios. Colillas. Muchas pelusas en el suelo y suciedad general. Lo más antihigiénico es ver como estaba el protector del colchón. Lleno de pelos y restos de otras personas. Tuvimos que quitarlo y dejarlo aparte porque daba verdaderamente asco. Me ahorro las fotos que son muy desagradables. El baño tiene un fuerte olor a desagüe y el WC interior está sucio. Si no hay sofá (cosa q se veía en las fotos) al menos debería haber dos sillones o butacas para poder sentarse o descansar. No un banco decorativo. No hay amenities o algo de gel de ducha o jabón, en cambio si hay lavavajillas para los platos. El velux del baño no puede abrirse pq el mando está deteriorado por fuga en las pilas El acceso con el link del móvil es incómodo aun describiendo en el anuncio q luego habría llave para apertura. La persona encargada no mostró mucho interés en cómo estaba nuestra estancia. Es una pena que un apartamento tan bonito, no cuide el más mínimo detalle en esas cosas que arruinan la estancia.

eleonora (9/5): Due giorni a Milano - L'appartamento è molto carino e accogliente, esattamente come si vede nelle foto, al terzo piano di un palazzo storico del centro (segnalo senza ascensore). l letto era comodo, gli arredi curati. La posizione è vicina a via Sarpi e prossima alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici, in una zona con tutti i servizi. Per me è stata una buona esperienza, lo consiglio e, se avrò necessità, lo prenderò in considerazione nuovamente. Le istruzioni per il self check in un pochino macchinose, ma assolutamente nulla di troppo complesso. La finestra della camera, di mattina, non ha le tende spesse per oscurare la luce. Per il resto tutto perfetto.
