- Guest (10/5): Un gioiello moderno nel cuore di Firenze - Questa casa è davvero splendida: moderna, ma incastonata in un palazzo storico nel cuore di Firenze, con viste incantevoli che conquistano subito. L’ascensore aggiunge un tocco di comodità, e l'ambiente accogliente mi ha permesso di godere di un soggiorno rilassante, nonostante alcune recensioni meno favorevoli da ospiti spagnoli. In particolare, ho apprezzato i letti estremamente comodi e la pulizia impeccabile degli ambienti, che fanno davvero la differenza. L’accoglienza è stata gentile ed esperta, e la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri, inclusi un set cortesia e attrezzature di qualità. La consiglio con entusiasmo a chiunque voglia vivere la magia di Firenze! niente
- Martinez (1/5): No esta preparado para ser una estancia agradable de vacaciones - Ubicacion muy buena Anfitrión rudo. Llegue una hora tarde por problemas de trafico y avise y cobraron 35 euros de extra. El acceso al apartamento con maletas es dificil por haber cuatro tramos de escaleras y dentro del apartamento también hay tramos con escaleras. En el apartamento no habia ni servilletas, ni aceite, ni sal, solo 4 capsulas de cafe y 4 de azucarillos. No son dos habitaciones es un loft con dos espacios para dormir pero la habitacion principal es el salon por lo que no existe la privacidad. No habia lavadora (tampoco lo pone en la decripcion), tampoco plancha , la pedi y me la trajeron ald ia siguiente. La presion del agua es muy mala, no puede haber dos grifos abiertos al mismo tiempo. Elchampu y/o jabonería hay que dejarlo en el suelo de la ducha porque no hay donde colocarlo, etc.., no esta preparado para ser una estancia placentera y de vacaciones. Por cierto check out a las 10 am!!!! y te piden que saques hasta la basura...
- Yolanda (6/5): Incomodo apartamento para familia con hijos - Es un apartamento bonito, bien ubicado, pero poco apropiado para familia con hijos. Facilitan un único juego de llaves. Para acceder al propio apartamento, además de la puerta del portal, hay dos puertas, que son necesarias las llaves para entrar y salir del apartamento Tiene ascensor que no llega hasta el rellano, unas diez escaleras, pero además tienes otras 10 escaleras en el interior del apartamento. Las escaleras para acceder al segundo dormitorio no son cómodas, y son difíciles para los niños. Las barandillas no son adecuadas para niños, ya que presentan grandes huecos. El aseo esta junto a la cocina y no cierra correctamente. Todo el espacio es abierto,, dormitorios y cocina, y la cocina carece de campana. En la información pone que facilitan artículos de aseo, y únicamente facilitaron 3 sobres de champú para 6 días, y dos rollos de papel higiénico.
