• Shane (9/5): Place was great, location was great, well connected by public transit, host was amazing, place was clean. Would highly r - Not too far from the city centre, nestled in a quiet neighborhood which is accessible by tram, bus or walking. Place has a big patio, host was veer responsive. Very noisy neighbour above that started their family social activity after 11pm and went on until 3am for the entire stay duration.

• Michał (3/5): The experience overall was not good. Bedroom smells of mold - I didn't really like it The main problem was that the bedroom smells terribly of mold. We had to take the linen to the living room bed which was not very comfortable. The linen also smelled of mold but less than the bedroom. The only wardrobe is in the bedroom so you probably won't use it because of the terrible smell so you'll have to keep all your things in your suitcase. There was also many smaller problems: The internet connection was constantly failing, and the times when it was working it was only 1Mbps so lagging terribly, if you plan to work remotely from here, it's best to use mobile internet. the walls are very thin and each night around 23-1 there was a child crying and playing above the apartment. trash can was tiny so you have to keep the trash outside. In the kitchen area there is no space for plates and cups so they are kept all the way in the living room The apartment is very cold at night. The shower is tiny, it's hard to fit there. no shower gel or dishwashing sponges and many other smaller inconveniences

• Hannah (4/5): Bedroom had terrible smell - The location was amazing and the check-in check-out was easy. Host also easy to communicate with. Wi-Fi was great. We didnt use the aircon due to the extra charge and just set up the floor fan instead. This was early Sept and we managed fine. Felt safe and secure. A proper hairdryer (not those terrible hotel-type ones fixed to the wall). The main bedroom is downstairs with no windows. The smell in the room was terrible - damp and musty. Some people could possibly "get used to it" but we had to hold our breath every time we went down there. The layout of the place makes it impossible to air the room out. The bed sheets and pillows also seem to be stored in the cupboards down there. So while the sheets were clean, they smelt the same as the room and there was no getting rid of it unless you washed them thoroughly. The stair case to get down to the bedroom is so rickety and unstable, my boyfriend was so worried he was going to break them so avoided it the whole time. Think about then carrying your 30kg suitcase down them. In addition to the awful smell we had genuine safety concerns. So we took the musty bedsheets upstairs to the pull out couch and used that instead - somewhat better but the smell stayed the whole time... Also, we paid for a double bed not a pull out mattress. Pretty disappointing. I tried really hard to like the place despite this but unfortunately, there were just too many weird things that all added up to it being a pretty strange stay - whole peppercorns in the pantry but they're not in a grinder... so it's just whole peppercorns on your food? The toilet roll holder kept tipping upside down and the roll would fall off, the hand-towel holders in the bathroom kept falling out of the wall, the washing machine is super convenient but it's set into the kitchen cabinet in a way that you can't fully open the tray to put the washing fluid in it, cleaning products just sitting openly on top of shelves which didn't do much for the atmosphere of the place, they had olive oil so we didn't buy any but turned out the bottle was empty... This place could be really good but a few critical things that need to be addressed and some small details that aren't major but would go a long way for the feel of the place.
• Amy (7/5): Nice place - Close to bus stops. Had a good kitchen to make food and also the washing watching was really useful. WiFi was good. The bed was uncomfortable and the neighbours were really loud one night at 1am until 3am shouting and moving furniture. A little out of town also

• Alex (8/5): A comfy apartment in a central yet quiet part of Florence. - A comfy apartment in a central yet quiet part of the city. Alissia is friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The kitchen is well-stocked which is great if you like cooking your own meals. It's a perfect location for a couple looking to explore Florence. The staircase to and from the bedroom is a bit rickety and unsecure. It ultimately was safe but I think it could do with a little maintenence is all.

• Diem (8/5): cute apartment that's good for your stay in Florence - -quiet apartment and there is a gate which made it feel more secluded -15 minute walk to the main attractions and for the price - we felt it was good -wifi is excellent (did a zoom class and had no issues) -host communicated fast and it was easy to get the keys - there is a nice outdoor patio area which we didn't use since it was cold. -very cute kitchen and there was a washing machine which was nice -located 12 minutes away from the train station -shower drain didn't really drain properly -very narrow stairway down to the bedroom - also felt shaky ( which makes bringing your luggage down a pain) -walls are thin - we heard a lot of noise coming from the neighbors so if you're a light sleeper -bring earplugs -there are mosquitos - best to wear long sleeves -some areas of the apartment feel dusty and not cleaned but it wasn't too much of an issue -decorations are different from the photos and it's now more empty -there is a musky smell in the bedroom area- which might be due to poor ventilation? but you do get used to it.
• Marianne (8/5): Perfect for our needs. Would recommend and return - Really cool apartment, funky lay out. The bedroom downstairs with the looking window for light was fabulous! It had everything we needed and more, the host had provided coffee and other essentials we hadn’t thought of so that was a nice touch. Loved the outside seating area as well. We had a 20 minute walk anywhere we wanted to go which was fine for us as we like walking The only critique we have is the stairs going down to the bedroom. They were quite wobbly and had loose wires sticking out at some parts
• Ana (4/5): Disappointing - The size of the apartment was good. Good location (near a tram station). The haird dryer was broken. We had ants in the kitchen. Low natural light in the bedroom. Stairway access to the bedroom was flimsy.

Host knows about this but didn’t provide appropriate instructions. As water leaks near the power outlet, it is very dangerous. 2. Mosquitos - repellent should be provided and checked regularly. • Jeremie (4/5): Not very good, but terrace is nice - Terrace No soap for shower or garbage bags provided. Bed sheets were not properly laundered & had a smell. Check in/out times were unclear, claims it was communicated in messages, yet accepted our request to check in early. In the description clearly states “leading onto a terrace, this air-conditioned apartment” yet wanted us to pay €5 to use the AC. Finally, felt as though we were bothering the host when communicating with her. In fact she declined our initial call to her when in town, but later accommodated us after we had to call back twice. Overall would not come back to this unit, after having spent a night elsewhere in Florence prior to our stay which was much more accommodating for the same price.

• Enwee (9/5): Good central place in Florence - Very nice place. Most things were thought of. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of hanging space. Smelled amazing. Access to the roof was also pretty cool! And the neighbours have cats, which is a bonus. The host was also very communicative and had very clear instructions to follow.
