• Hernan (8/5): Lindo estudio en zona de Puerto Madero - la seguridad del garage no sabia de mi ingreso, tuve que esperar 10 minutos que una persona del alojamiento baje y se suba a mi auto para ingresar al garage, lo cual me pareció muy extraño y no habia sido anticipado en las instrucciones el ingreso, el desayuno tampoco es muy bueno

• Angie (8/5): Un departamento muy lindo con mucho potencial! - El departamento es bien amplio, las camas cómodas, tiene linda vista y está bien ubicado. El desayuno hay que tomarlo en un bar a una cuadra y está bien. Vino una chica a recibirnos ante de entrar al estacionamiento y nos acompañó al departamento y dio indicaciones para ingresar con un código. Hay que revisar un poco la limpieza. Cómo sugerencia cambiaría las alfombras por otro piso que sea de más fácil mantenimiento. Sumaría algún aromatizador en cada ambiente para hacerlo más cálido, y también indicaciones de cómo prender la TV.

The accommodation is in a prestigious, secure, new area of ​​Buenos Aires, from where it is a good starting point for sightseeing everywhere. Uber is available, the price is affordable. The apartment itself is large and nicely furnished with lots of closets and everything you need, including a washing machine. We highly recommend booking here, you won't be disappointed.. • Stephan Konig (4/5): - Quarto bom, limpo, amplo e bem localizado. Tive que trocar para um hotel logo no primeiro dia, o local não possui café da manhã e os locais ao redor abrem todos muito tarde. Como era uma viagem a negocios não tem como ficar sem comer de manhã. Além disso fiquei apenas 1 dia hospedado, e não consegui reaver o dinheiro das demais estadias ou qualquer tipo de desconto. Acabei pagando dobrado para minha semana em Buenos Aires.

• Bruce (8/5): - Modern unit, secure and in a good spot. Not far to walk to Plaza De Mayo. About 20 minutes. Good restaurants nearby or just across the bridge. Area felt very safe although we thought BA was pretty good overall. Road access closed due to works but probably only temporary. The carpet in the bedroom needs cleaning. An ironing board would have been handy.

Nice restaurants within walking distance Pool wasn't available, nor were we informed of this until 2 days prior to arrival. The room could use some TLC to address peeling wallpaper and daily wear issues Included breakfast was available using vouchers for a local restaurant. However, their open hours didn't work well with our travel schedule.

The location is a short walk to Puerto Madero with it’s numerous bars and restaurants. The room is like a hotel suite and very comfortable and spacious with all we needed. Nothing to dislike.

Stayed five days and each day coming back felt like home. Had a special request for Valentine's Day and the Staff went above and beyond to fulfill the request.

Close to the river and the city buses as well restaurants. It was a walk away from Plaza de Mayo which is in the city centre. The toilets were noisy and hard to flush. The shower in the second bedroom was difficult to operate.

Excellent location in Bueno Aires. We could walk to many of the sites. We were disappointed that we could not use the pool at the complex. It was beautiful weather and we could watch people by the pool and swimming but it was not opened for non-residents.

• Michael (8/5): Modern flat with stunning view - The modern and clean flat, nice big bed, great view (5th floor), 2 nice pools with a bar, perfect situation close to the river with shops and restaurants plus good wifi and excellent service by Ignacio. Breakfast unfortunately poor for the price paid. Street noise during night quite significant.

You can enjoy the green spaces and silence and also quickly reach the city center with great movement and many points of interest. Naza and Nacho, in addition to giving us instructions and welcoming us, helped us choose the best restaurants in the area to visit since we stayed only a few nights. I would love to stay here again when I return to Buenos Aires.
• Florencia (10/5): Exceptional - With just a few minutes walking you can reach the gastronomic district and take walks along the dam until you reach the Puente de la Mujer, located in the best area of ​​Puerto Madero for my taste. In addition, it is very close to a large park with views of large buildings. The apartment, charming and aesthetically decorated in every detail, is super comfortable. The whole experience was great, and I would stay here again without hesitation.
