Es un lugar tranquilo, apenas para pasar un par de noches y visitar el pueblo Pueden mejorar dos cosas: la luz del balcón no se puede apagar y las cortinas no son blackout. Las luces se apagan automáticamente en la madrugada, lo que para nosotros es un desperdicio de electricidad. La cama crujía en cada movimiento lo cual es molesto para dormir.

- Chloé (6/5): Un séjour en soit satisfaisant notamment grâce aux installations sur le rooftop mais entaché par quelques détails d’ordr - Le rooftop était idéal pour passer une soirée et le personnel du restaurant était au petit soin et très sympathique. Il y a eu une méprise sur le prélèvement du prix de la chambre qui aurait dû se faire en amont et ne l’a pas été, bref un malentendu financier qui nous a un peu cassé notre ambiance vacances à l’arrivée. Puis, dans notre chambre, les chasses d’eau de 2 toilettes sur 3 ne fonctionnaient pas, heureusement que nous ne passions qu’une nuit. Enfin, aucune bouteille d’eau n’a été mis à notre disposition alors que l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable. Quand on en a demandé au restaurant, on a tenté de nous les faire payer. Étant donné la chaleur et le fait que nous étions 4 voyageurs, je trouve dangereux qu’un service aussi vital que de l’eau potable ne soit pas inclus.

- Pamela (3/5): Horrible - La verdad nada Cdo llegamos nuestra habitación tenía vista a una Pared (Atrozzzz) pedí cambio y todas las que me mostraban eran feas finalmente accedí a pagar US 100 más para una un poquito mejor. Resultó ser que la habitación tenía mal olor que salía del baño fue horrible la experiencia. Encima carísimo en proporción a lo que hubiese salido un depto precioso en un condominio.

Housekeepers did very good job as well, especially yesica she was super nice, very kind, helpful and she did amazing job my room always was spotless ,nice and clean . - Michi98 (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt zentral in Bayahibe, direkt nebenan gibt es eine Pizzeria. Mein Zimmer ging zum Innenhof, somit war es sehr ruhig, ich konnte die Balkontür über Nacht geöffnet lassen und habe keinen Ton gehört. Der Balkon ist übrigens recht groß. Das Hotel ist super sauber, alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt Toast, Croissants, Marmelade, Käse, gek. Schinken, Müsli, Muffins.... Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im 6. Stock mit Blick über Bayahibe. Im 6. Stock gibt's auch eine Dachterrasse mit einem kleinen Pool. Ich bin sehr angenehm überrascht von der Ausstattung und dem Komfort eines 3* Hotels in der Landeskategorie. Ich kann es bedingungslos weiterempfehlen für einen Kurzaufenthalt, einen mehrwöchigen Urlaub würde ich hier allerdings nicht machen, zu weit weg vom Meer. Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

- Gabriele (8/5): Chicos chicas gruñona y chic@s dulces y amables - Un hotel cómodo, donde el personal fue muy amable en especial las chicas encargadas del desayuno Vanesa y Amelia, chicas gracias porque hicieron de nuestro despertar muy placentero con el rico café y sus lindas sonrisas. No me gustó que nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicionado ni funcionaba la llave del lavamanos pero que los recepcionistas escucharon nuestra petición y nos cambiaron a una habitación bastante cómoda donde olvidaron las toallas😅 pero no impidió que lo pasáramos bien... Igualmente muchas gracias por escucharnos y acoger nuestras necesidades
- Linoska (6/5): Una estancia regular. - El desayuno sobre todo los cafés y croisants y las atenciones del personal que en esa área labora. El espacio para acomodar la ropa. El área del techo muy acogedora y linda vista. Hay opciones cercanas de restaurantes para almorzar o cenar. La orientación de la cama respecto al televisor, se sentía muy acorralado. La tapa del inodoro estaba despegada, el portapapeles también. Solicitamos arreglo pero no pudo hacerse ese día del todo y no volvieron más. No ponen en la nevera una cantidad adecuada de agua para tomar.

- Cesia (10/5): Excelente Hotel, volveremos!! - Excelente hotel, 100% recomendable. La ubicación está perfecta, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía. El precio es muy conveniente en relación a la excelente calidad del servicio. Fuimos un grupo de 6 amigas, en 3 habitaciones y todos los días se preocupaban de la limpieza y cambio de toallas. El personal fue siempre muy amable, dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, en especial Gerald y Franchesco. Y los desayunos simplemente exquisitos, con gran variedad, rico café y productos frescos. La piscina y la terraza la disfrutamos mucho también. Sin duda volveríamos!! Nada, todo fue perfecto.

- Marla (10/5): - This property was clean, modern, the staff very friendly, and the free breakfast out of this world. We ate in the restaurant one night as well and the food was good and well priced but the waitstaff was phenomenal!!! GREAT service. Thank you Amelia and Angel Jesus!!!

- Fernando (8/5): - Es un hotel bien ubicado con personal muy amable. La habitation cuenta con un balcón muy cómodo. Deben mejorar un poco en el desayuno, los últimos dos días no habian croasanes. Pero el personal de la cafeteria suele ser muy servicial. Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta que de las habitaciones vecinas se escucha todo. Pero una vez mas, calidad, precio esta muy bien.

- Moiz (8/5): New Hotel- Not bad - When I went we were the only people staying at the hotel. But the staff seemed like they had to do us a big favour for a basic thing like hot water. The breakfast was really good. TV didn't have Netflix or anything. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable
- Sarah (10/5): - Carla is amazing and friendly. She went to a restaurant to get me food since the restaurant was opening at 7 and I was hungry and I am diabetic. She should be a manager because she also works in the bar and did a pinacolada. I am very happy with the hotel.

The manager when consulted about accommodating, knowing that we had an extra room (due to illness) and requested an upgrade, was reluctant to give us a better room despite having multiple vacancies. It would have been an easy solution to please a guest. They finally gave us a halfway solution. Again, having the rooms available, the manager could have found an easy way resulting in a better review. The hotel is new but we found multiple issues, cracks on walls, defective toilet, tv didn’t work. Breakfast was great. Excellent service. Again, great staff, not so good manager.

- Subaran (8/5): Very good - Yes Breakfast was good. But if you stay for more than 4 days it needs to be change. Is the same every day. The Toilet did not flush good but they handle it.
- Axel (10/5): Angehme Übernachtung - Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für eine Nacht, beide sauber und zweckgemäß. Zimmer 1 mit Balkon zur Straße einwandfrei, aber ab morgens recht laut. Zimmer 2 mit Mini Balkon nach hinten, Blick auf Nachbargebäude, leicht muffiger Geruch, aber deutlich leiser. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück auf Bestellung und gut. Dachterasse mit gutem Ausblick. Wir sind zum netten Strand gefahren, ca 3-4 Minuten
