• kim (6/5): Prima - De locatie was top, dichtbij de piste en alles wat je nodig heb. Hygiene had beter gekend, wij hadden de zakdoeken van de vorige mensen op het 2e plankje van het nachtkastje.. verder was het gewoon niet zo schoon stofzuigen? Ik vraag het me af? Denk snel met de bezem erdoor

• Freidl (8/5): - Die Lage des App. ist sehr gut Ein ständiger rollender Lärm von Mittag bis am Abend, wahrscheinlich durch eine Bowlingbahn oder Ähnliches. Sehr selten, dass die ganze Woche niemand nachfragt, ob etwas gebraucht wird. 1 großes und ein kleines Handtuch für ein Woche mit Sauna ist im App. zu wenig. Bettauflagen sehr instabil.
• Janina (5/5): Gute Lage, der Rest mittelmäßig - Die Lage des Apartments ist optimal. Man ist mitten im Geschehen. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal. Das Einchecken ist extrem mühsam gewesen. Mir wurde weder die Nummer der Wohnung noch der Code der Keybox mitgeteilt. Bei der Help Desk Telefonnummer ging natürlich keiner dran. So standen wir vor verschlossener Tür. Zum Glück nahm sich eine junge Finnen uns an und versuchte es nochmal bei der Nummer. Nach langem hin und her bekamen wir die notwendigen Nummern. In der Wohnung angekommen mussten wir erstmal die Betten beziehen, die Spülmaschine ausräumen und etwas putzen. Die Wohnung war sehr oberflächlich geputzt (wenn überhaupt): Im Bad war’s dreckig, im Schrank war Dreck und der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon quoll über (sogar auf einem der Balkonstühle lag eine Kippe). Alles in allem eher mittelmäßig.
• Janet (8/5): Perfect location with all the facilities we needed. - Great instructions and easy to gain entry into the property A change of bed sheets and clean towels would have been nice as we stayed for 10nights. We were only supplied 2 small towels and 2 large towels for the duration of our stay. We were left 2 single sheets, 2 pillow cases and 2 single duvet covers which had to also last us. But these are minor details ..... this property is clean, warm, with everything that you need for your stay in this beautiful place. We have been visiting Levi for 10 years and will continue to do so
• GÜL (1/5): - After an 8-hour journey, we entered this room at midnight (00:00), and we had informed them beforehand that we would arrive late. They knew about it in advance. The location is very easy to find. When we entered the room, we were met with a huge shock: the room had not been cleaned. At that hour, we couldn’t find anyone to contact. Nobody responded to our desperate pleas for help. That night, we had to stay in an incredibly filthy room, and we couldn’t sleep at all. We just sat on the couch and closed our eyes. At 10:00 in the morning, one child and two women knocked on the door. The child was incredibly unruly, screaming and crying loudly. He even kicked the door while knocking. When we opened the door, he was pulling one of the women by the collar while screaming and crying. They said they had come to clean the room. We got ready and left the room to go skiing. When we returned, we found that they had only left clean sheets for us. The rest of the room was still filthy. There was still a lot of dirt, hair, and debris on the floor. They didn’t even have a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. Instead, there was a brush, a broom, and a dustpan in the room for cleaning, which we were expected to use ourselves. I rightfully requested a refund for the first night via the Booking app, but they didn’t respond. Taking a shower in the bathroom was impossible because the room had a major drainage problem. When you turn the water on, you must turn it off within a minute, or the water easily spreads to other parts of the room. It takes at least 3–4 minutes for the water to drain, making even taking a shower a huge struggle. In summary, the location is the only good thing about this place. The management and operations are absolutely terrible. It was an unforgettable, horrible 3 days for us. I would never recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste 1700 euros and ruin your 3 days. • Ryan (7/5): The apartment/location was great - The location was great, very easy to get to the slopes, buses and shops. The apartment had what we needed for our stay and was secure. The noise from the ten pin bowling, even though we were in the top level it was so clear through the walls and could go on until midnight so ear plugs are a must! Communication in regards to the property was hard work.

• ANGELIQUE (8/5): nice appartement and location, very confortable, modern and cosy. Just problem with noise of bowling - Location in the center is very fine. Confort, clean and équipement are very good We hear all the day till midnight the bowling even if we were at the 3rd floor
• Julija (10/5): Amazing place, enjoyed sauna very much! - All, the place, communication with stuff. Great view, locker for the equipment very nice. 💙 Would be nice to have a washing mashine in case of staying longer than 1 week.
