- Scott (8/5): An excellent apartment in a quiet, convenient area with only minor issues related to the host. - The apartment was located in a quiet alley just a very short walk to the main streets (walkways?). It was very clean and modern. Everything worked as it should. We were surprised to be required to provide 5 euros per person cash immediately upon entry by the host. He called it a tariff. The host also seemed abrupt in his text communications with us but that may have been a language/translation issue.

Property was easy to find and Stefano went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable even providing fresh fruit and water. Thank you for allowing us to drop off our bags early, for rescuing our packet that got erroneously discarded, and for the great recommendations for coffee and dinner. Everything was perfect.

Even water in the fridge, fruit for the kids, coffee. Absolute cleanliness, all appliances work, air conditioning, internet. Very cozy apartments, as well as a pleasant, hospitable host Stefan, who even prepared a tourist route for us. I really liked it, if I'm in Venice again, I'll definitely be here.
