• Marcelo (4/5): Para salir de copas bien, tienes el local dentro de casa. - Ubicación Llegamos y estaba sin limpiar, falta de limpieza y lo más importante hay un local de copas pared con pared.

Nos dijeros que no podían hacer nada, así que tuvimos que buscar cómo ir a Sevilla en el último momento. Lo entendemos, pero consideramos que en situaciones como esta habría que ser un poco más empático. El nuncio pone 4 camas, cuando en realidad una matrimonial y dos literas. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas al exterior. La cafetera italiana no vale para inducción y tienen inducción...
• Wendy (7/5): Prima - Locatie is top en appartement bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Had wat schoner gemogen, veel stof en wat dode insecten onder het stapelbed. Als je er een week verblijft, zoals wij, dan zou een nieuwe set handdoeken fijn zijn, we hebben ze nu zelf gewassen in de aanwezige wasmachine. Ook een set thee en keukendoeken was handig geweest

• Margot (8/5): - Nice spacious apartment, great size balcony. Near Triana bridge and Triana market. We stayed for 5 nights. We could have done with extra towels. No hand towels or drying towels in the kitchen. No reply, when we asked if we could stay on a bit longer. This was offered to us the day of arrival as the apartment was not ready at the arrival time.
• Angelika (7/5): Blieb ein wenig hinter den Erwartungen zurück - Die Wohnung war bei unserem Aufenthalt im September 2025 offenbar gerade frisch renoviert worden (es roch noch leicht nach Farbe). Schön ist der große Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Zugang zur Terrasse. Hervorzuheben ist auch die gute Lage, zwar am anderen Flussufer, aber die Innenstadt ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Da wir mit dem Bus an- und abgereist sind, hatten wir einen nur kurzen Fußweg zum Busbahnhof. Gute Dusche. Kommunikation und Check-in haben einfach und unkompliziert funktioniert. Wie sich auf den Fotos trotz der gut gemachten Aufnahmen schon andeutete, ist die Wohnung sehr dunkel. Die einzigen Fenster gehen von Wohnraum zur Terrasse, die Schlafzimmer bekommen nur wenig Licht durch kleine Fenster zum Lichtschacht. Wir waren froh, dass wir nicht im sehr beengten und dunklen Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett nächtigen mussten, das hätten wir als sehr beklemmend empfunden. Die Terrasse ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet (keine Auflagen für die Stühle, ein kaputter Sonnenschirm). Von Fluss sieht man aufgrund des Sichtschutzes nichts. Das Restaurant nebenan ist, wie bereits in einigen anderen Bewertungen angegeben, wirklich sehr laut. Wir reden hier nicht von Besteckklappern und Gesprächen der Gäste, sondern von lauten Flamenco-Veranstaltungen mit Geschrei am Wochenende bis in die Nacht. Unter der Woche belief es sich dann auf normale Restaurantgeräusche. Bei geschlossenen Türen hört man davon im Schlafzimmer wenig, aber dafür haben wir kein Apartment am Fluß gebucht.

• Ola (9/5): The perfect place for a tourist stay in Seville - Great place, the terrace exceeded our wildest expectations, the photos do not show how pleasant it was to spend time there. The location is perfect, the contact with the host too, I would come back to this place next time I am in Seville. The lack of hangers in the bathroom makes it not very functional.

• Valery (1/5): Terrazza de Triana was a terrible experience - Nothing We stayed at Terrazza de Triana for two days during rainy weather, and it was the worst experience ever. The main issue is the leaking roof, which caused damp stains to appear on the walls. Even in dry weather, it’s clear that the plaster is swollen, and mold has grown in the corners. The most disgusting part – in the storage area above the door, we found old photographs covered in black mold. The room has a terrible damp smell that just won’t go away. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here: cobwebs and a thick layer of dust in the corners make it look like the apartment has been abandoned for a long time. On top of that, there’s a very noisy bar nearby, with loud music playing late into the night.
