Nos deu dicas de lugares para jantar e deixou leite, cafe, bolachas deliciosas e croissant para nós! O lugar era extremamente limpo, cheiroso e tinha uma vista maravilhosa do terraço! Vimos um lindo por do sol de la! Tinha também lugar para estacionar o carro! Gostamos bastante da estadia! A localização é proxima do centro antigo, sendo possível ir a pé, porém o apartamento fica mais no alto e há muitas escadas (do centro antigo para o apartamento).Se estiver com pessoas mais idosas ou com dificuldade de mobilidade, talvez seja um problema se nao estiver andando de carro. Se não tiver problemas de mobilidade, é um apartamento ótimo!!! Outro ponto é que poderiam trocar a cortina do banheiro por um box, seria um pouco melhor! O sofá cama nao era muito confortável. De resto o apartamento era excelente e voltaria a ficar la!!!

• ELIANE (10/5): Logement tout équipé, paisible, avec vue imprenable sur la ville côté port - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison pleine de charme, avec grande terrasse privée, idéalement située dans un endroit paisible, entre le port et la vieille ville — un emplacement parfait pour tout faire à pied tout en profitant du calme. Le logement est très propre et la cuisine est parfaitement aménagée, avec en plus des condiments de première nécessité à disposition (huile, vinaigre, sel, sucre, thé, etc.), ce qui est vraiment appréciable à l’arrivée. À notre arrivée, une délicate attention nous attendait sur la table avec des petits gâteaux, ainsi qu’une bouteille de lait et une boisson à l’orange dans le réfrigérateur — un accueil vraiment chaleureux et soigné. Un vrai plus : une place de parking extérieure nous était spécialement réservée, située juste en hauteur de la maison, ce qui a été très pratique, stationnement en toute sécurité ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Mention spéciale à la maman, particulièrement attentionnée, qui veillait régulièrement à notre bien-être avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! Aucun point négatif ! Tout était parfait 👍

• Angelika (10/5): Pobyt bardzo udany :) - Gdy dojechaliśmy na miejsce nie tylko gospodarz czekał na nas z kluczami, ale również włączył wcześniej klimatyzację, by pokój był schłodzony, w lodówce czekała na nas schłodzona woda i sok, a na stole czekały różne smakołyki jak winogrona, ciasteczka czy rogaliki. I to był początek niezwykle miłej gościny. Gospodarze naprawdę zadbali o nasz komfort. Mama gospodarza mieszka poniżej stąd w razie potrzeby zawsze mogliśmy się do niej odezwać (domostwa są połączone zewnętrznymi schodami - typowa zabudowa w tym mieście). Jest bardzo serdeczną osobą i miło było z nią porozmawiać kiedy tylko nadarzyła się okazja. Apartament jest dobrze wyposażony, nie brakowało nam niczego. Można spokojnie przyrządzić posiłki, w aneksie kuchennym jest wszystko co potrzeba. Była zapewniona kawa i herbata oraz cukier i mleko także tutaj nie trzeba było już się o to martwić :) Wszystkie pomieszczenia były naprawdę czyste i zadbane. W sypialni duże łóżko i szafa, a salon był z wyjściem na taras, który rekompensował wejście po schodach na tą ulicę (idąc pieszo od autobusu najszybciej jest dojść sporą ilością schodów jakich nie brakuje w Dubrowniku), widoki z tej wysokości były świetne plus taras oferował piękne zachody słońca. Kontakt z gospodarzem jeszcze przed przyjazdem był całkowicie bezproblemowy. Dojście do miasta jak i do portu było dość szybkie.
• Pyt (10/5): Een super leuk verblijf met een heel vriendelijke host. - De communicatie ging heel goed met de eigenaar, hij heeft ons het adres (gps-coordinaat) verstuurd via whatsapp, omdat er is maar een parkeerplek waar de gasten mogen parkeren (parkeren is heel moeilijk in de stad). We mochten al eerder aankomen naar de parkeerplek. De moeder van de eigenaar bracht de sleutels en zij is zo vriendelijk, met vertrek hebben we elkaar geknuffeld net zoals family. Het was heel gezellig bij hun en we hebben onze eigen gigagroot terras. Het appartement was heel comfortabel, beter kan ik me niet voorstellen. Alles was super.

• Julie (10/5): Excellent host, clean spacious apartment with excellent views - The apartment was large and well priced, very clean and everything you needed, There was a large terrace, but it is covered with a rod of leaves, so no sun, the view of the sunset from there is spectacular. The Host, Miran kept in touch and was very helpful. It was appreciated that he supplied milk, Juice and a bottle of water to get you started and some delicious home made cakes and locally grown grapes. Although only a 10 minute walk from a supermarket and bakery you have to navigate a couple of steep staircases. If you are fit and prepared to walk it’s not an issue, you could get Ubers, we choose to walk.

There is water, milk, juice in the fridge. There is Croissant and grape on the table. It has everything you need
• D'Alessandro (10/5): ALOJAMIENTO EXCELENTE CON VISTAS PRECIOSAS - Departamento muy limpio, amplio, cómodo, muy bien equipado, con lavarropas, con provisiones para desayunar. Parking gratis. Una terraza con unas vistas preciosas de la ciudad, del puerto, del mar. Miran, una anfitriona excelente!! Muy simpática y amable, nos ayudó con el equipaje, con los taxis, nos convidó uvas de su quinta. También su hijo muy atento. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a unos 20' caminando por un camino agradable hacia la ciudad vieja ( se sugiere volver en taxi ó Uber ). Nada.
• Claude (10/5): Fantastique coucher de soleil!!!! - La gentillesse de notre hôte, et ses conseils afin de rejoindre la vieille ville sans prendre notre véhicule, un petit chemin pittoresque fort agréable. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la belle terrasse avec vue sur la ville et un petit port avec le soir un coucher de soleil formidable autour d'un apéritif. Rien, tout était parfait.
• Emma (10/5): Fantastisch appartement met vriendelijke eigenaren! - Het appartement ligt buiten alle drukte, maar met een uber ben je binnen no time (onder de 10 minuten) in de stad. Je zou het ook kunnen lopen, dan ben je ongeveer +/- 20 minuten bezig (let wel op: er zijn heeeeeel veel trappen 😉) verder is het appartement heel schoon en netjes. De eigenaren zijn echt heel vriendelijk en Miran heeft veel kunnen betekenen voor onze invulling van onze tijd in Dubrovnik. Hij denkt leuk mee met uitjes, plaatsen om te eten etc. Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanbevelen!!! /

We also very much appreciated the air-conditioner. Every thing was thought of for a comfortable stay. We even were given grapes and beer to enjoy. Also all the pantry supplies you would need. • Sivasubramanian (10/5): Perfect Location for a Stay at Scenic, Sensational Dubrovnik - The location was stunning. From the elevation, we got a delightful panoramic view of the whole of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic sea - with grandstand seats to some gorgeous sunsets every evening from the balcony. Lovely. Like any other place in Dubrovnik, we did have to climb up and down stairs to reach the apartment - which was tiring after a long day's sightseeing. But that can't be helped, no matter where you stay in this town, you'll climb! The apartment itself was wonderful. Spacious, very comfortable, with all modern conveniences and super clean. Our hosts were extremely friendly, and I would love to return for another stay simply to meet them again. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

• RAUL (10/5): Una relajante alternativa para visitar Dubrovnik - Es un apartamento estupendo para una pareja, moderno (con wifi, aire acondicionado...), limpio, confortable, tranquilo y con una enorme terraza sombreada por una parra. Las vistas son excelentes hacia la parte moderna de Dubrovnik y con bonitas puestas de sol. Mediante una agradable caminata de 30 minutos se llega a la Ciudad Histórica. El parking es muy cómodo, accesible desde la carretera principal. La familia propietaria es muy agradable y están pendientes de que todo esté bien.

• Mili (10/5): Lovely apartment - We had a great stay at the apartment. The rooms were clean and modern. Our host Miran, was very helpful and greeted us when we arrived to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His family, who live in apartments below us, were also very friendly and attentive. Miran suppled us with juice, water and a light breakfast which was very much appreciated. The view was spectacular…having the outdoor terrace was a big plus! It was good having a parking space. There were a few steps to the apartment but we managed as a result of for the view and having a safe parking spot.

• Linh (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place. It is about 20 minutes walking from the old town. The view of the big terrace was amazing and we really enjoyed having breakfast and afternoon tea there. The host left us with a welcome pack when we arrived (pastries, chocolate, coffee, juice, milk, etc) in addition to everything that we needed like olive oil, tea, salt, sugar, etc. We felt just at home. Well equipped for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine. It’s quite a climb from old town, but we didn’t mind. We are hikers and loved the walk. Ubers are pretty cheap if walking/climbing stairs are not your cup of tea..
• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - Updated apartment with a modern touch and feel, well equipped kitchen (including a washer - our stay was too short to take advantage). Location was as expected, (I wish it was a bit closer to the old town, but for the money it was great), we had no problem walking to the old town - about 20 minutes down hill, typically we were too tired to walk back after several hours of climbing old town stairs, uber ride was under 10 euro.

• Didi (10/5): Exceptional - This is home away from home. Miran and his family are fantastic hosts. Miran has thought of everything that you may need. The location is perfect. The apartment is amazing, great location, fabulous size, decorated beautifully, equipment well maintained and even with complimentary water, coffee,croissants, juicy and milk for our little one. The terrace is just marvellous with natural green shade with the stunning view of marina Dubrovnik . Couldn't recommend it more and we will be coming back and staying here when in Dubrovnik again.

• Oksana (10/5): Exceptionally pleasant experience in Dubrovnik - It was an exceptionally pleasant experience in Dubrovnik; it's a pity we only stayed for two nights. Our host Miran left us many treats, sweets, and beer in the fridge. On the second day, I fell ill and had a high fever; the woman helped me as if my own mother were caring for me, with everything they could and even more. We are extremely grateful for such a warm welcome and your care. 🧡 PS. Miran recommended Banje beach 🏖 to us – a fantastic place with crystal clear water; just visit it!
• Ken (10/5): Worth the trip. Stairs in Dubrovnik can be an issue but Uber will bring you around. Dubrovnik is stunning - Beautiful view, everything you need. Miran was excellent with advice on trips and even sorts some for you. His father Denis is a gentleman who picked us up and brought us back to the airport even getting up at 4am to do it, saving us a lot of stress. You could not ask for a quieter area. And again that view wow. Mirian’s mother is also lovely, had cakes for our son on arrival, coffee and juice for us . I can’t say enough about the hosts they were excellent and the apartment has everything you need. Nothing
• Edgars (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment. Quiet neighbourhood at the top of the Dubrovnik. Great terrace, with wonderful sunset view over bay and other islands. All clean, gentle and helpful owners. Ability to cook at home, when you see prices for dinner at city is tip top!
• Siobhan (10/5): Warm family welcome with spectacular sunset views! - The views are amazing! Even better than the photos on the website. Probably one of the best places in the city to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the city and islands (see photos). We came home every evening and sat out and enjoyed the sunsets with a glass of local wine (or beer donated by our generous hosts)! The location is a short walk away from the main tourist drag so it was very quiet at night - great sleep assured in a big comfy bed. Every morning we woke up to the sounds of birds.I particularly liked looking out in the morning over the fruit and vegetable terraces all around. With the vines hanging from the roof and lemon trees to the front, it was idyllic to stay in a city apartment surrounded by nature. A special thanks also to our wonderful hosts, Denis, his beautiful wife and their son Miran for making us feel so welcome. With the family living in the apartment downstairs, grandma in the apartment next door and even our own Dubrovnik cat visiting, we felt like part of the family:-) Denis was waiting to pick us up from the airport late at night and got up at 4am to drop us back to the airport. Miran organised the most wonderful trip to the Elephite islands (see photo) and was very responsive to any questions. We couldn't have asked for more! All the steps! But then again that's what you expect in Dubrovnik - the old city and the city walls are full of steps so no matter where you go there will be steps! The apartment is about 20 minutes walk (mostly downhill) to get into the old town and about 10 minutes wallk (downhill) from the Marina. It is on a height looking down on the city, ideally located to see the sunsets but not great for climbing back up at the end of a long day sightseeing. Other tourists tipped us off that the best way to avoid the steps was to take an Uber - at just over €4, similar to the local bus price but no steps! Definitely the way to go. The apartment itself is not the biggest but is good value for the price and perfectly equipped. The terrace on the other hand is huge and again well equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy the view! Highly recommended.

The location is far from the old town, considering that Dubrovnik is on a steep hill. However, the views from the apartment's terrace are stunning. The host is very kind and helpful. It's a bit far from the city center and just by the nature of Dubrovnik as a city, the streets are narrow and difficult to drive around.

• Alextop1 (9/5): Superb - parking which was on the road but dedicated. Parking is a huge problem in Dubrovnik. The view from the balcony was really good. Everyone there tried their best to help us. Everything was working and felt really hospitable. I would recommend staying there. The way to and from the old town is 20-25 minutes on foot using stairs. That was clear so we knew that beforehand. Also walking through those steps you can see really nice view.
