Kein Wasserkocher , keine Kaffee Tassen. Möbel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnungstür in schlechtem Zustand. Nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Sieht doch anders aus, als auf den Fotos
• Morgane (8/5): Perfect to stay couple fo day in Medano - The Appartment is quite nice with a lot of light, that is perfect to stay couple of days in the area. The host was really friendly and helpful. The location is great just in the center of El medano
• Stefan (2/5): - Wir haben nicht eingecheckt. Es handelt sich um eine private Wohnung in einem mehrgeschossigen Haus in einer Seitenstraße. Ungepflegtes Treppenhaus mit wenig vertrauenserweckenden Menschen (Mietern?). Wir hatten wohl die Beschreibung nicht richtig gelesen 😕

• Helge (6/5): Preis-Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis! - Das Appartement liegt zentral, nicht weit zum Strand, in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und ist mit einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet. Sergio war sehr freundlich und hat gut auf Kontaktaufnahmen reagiert Minimalistisch ausgestattete Küche mit schmutzigem Geschirr. Die Schranktüren waren teilweise verzogen, der Gasherd hat keine Zündsicherung. Kein Trockentuch für das Geschirr. Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schlechte Matratze
• Elodie (8/5): Séjour agreable - L'appartement est bien situé a proximité de la plage et des commerces. L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Il est de bon rapport qualité prix Il est compliqué de stationner a proximité car peu de place mais comme dans la plupart des villes de Tenerife. Au mois de janvier j'aurais supporter une couverture supplémentaire pour dormir.

• Vera (8/5): Small and quiet accomodation for couple or family with a child. - Communication with host was absolutely amazing. Location very good, near the sea. Shops, restaurants nearby. Airport Tenerife south not far. This is a flat on the level 4, no lift available. Consider that if you have trouble with steps. No small bin in the toilet. No normal kettle provided, however there is a machine for cofe drips.
• VAJENTE (8/5): Arrivée à Tenerife - Très bien place proche de l aéroport.Propre. Très bonne communication avec l hôte. Proche de l ocean. Bonne qualite/prix Assez haut sans ascenseur.dur à accéder avec une valise de 20kgs(si il n y a pas d homme pour la monter)

Das liegt wahrscheinlich an dem Ort in dem alle Fer - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und hat einen schönen Balkon außerdem ist sie charmant. Sergio ist sehr nett und antwortet gleich. Bei unserer Anreise war kein Klopapier im Badezimmer. Außerdem ist die Küche nicht besonders gut ausgestattet.

Very noisy :( Since there is no air conditioning in the apartment, the windows are open. It was difficult to fall asleep. You can hear neighbors, dogs, people from the street. Airplanes (but this is specific to the city)
• Miles (10/5): Great location, great value, great host - Fantastic location, great host with excellent communication There are stairs to the 4th floor, which can be a challenge if you are traveling with lots of luggage or with small children. It is usually impossible to park nearby so this location works best for people who are using the bus or a taxi/shuttle from the airport.
• Hannah (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay at Médano Beach Blue - Located only 3 walking minutes from the next bus station, 5 walking minutes from the beach and several supermarkets within 5 minutes waking distance. The furniture has definitely seen some years but everything was functional and very, very clean, so no problem at all. Charming design of the flat. The bed is comfy, the balcony is sunny during the whole morning until lunch time, there is equipment to cook and the fridge and freezer have a good size. As the apartment is located very close to the airport, planes are quite loud of course, but there were not as many planes as I had expected. Also, no flights during the night, so sleeping is not a problem :-) The conversation with the hosts was very quick and I had no problems at all, the keys were easy to find and so check-in and-out worked well. The couch was not very comfortable to sit on, so I chose the armchair - no problem for me. However if you travel with 4 people, maybe something to consider.

• Подберезная (10/5): Super! - We really enjoyed our stay in El Medano and in these apartments, the owner was very kind - we checked in earlier without any problems, there was a flight in the morning, to the beach - 2 houses, 3 shops nearby. We rate all parameters 10 points. We recommend! We had a great time!
