• Francisco (10/5): - Tanto la casa como el trato recibido por los dueños de ella han sido increíbles. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar se una estancia comodísima, muy tranquilo en estas fechas. Si volvemos a Mojacar ya sabemos donde quedarnos.
• Mónica (10/5): Para volver - Un lugar para volver. Alojamiento limpio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar buena estancia. Tiene acceso piscina y además un patio interior si se quiere más intimidad. Los anfitriones amables y disponibles para cualquier consulta.
• Silvia (10/5): - El porche y el jardín que da a la piscina. El apartamento tiene de todo. La urbanización es muy tranquila, pero se puede ir andando a la zona de ocio y a la playa. Estefanía ha estado atenta a lo que pudiéramos necesitar y nos ha dado recomendaciones de restaurantes de la zona. El check-in cómodo.

• Marta (8/5): Hemos estado muy a gusto - El apartamento es una monada. Todo muy amplio. Está todo bastante nuevo y la decoración lo hace muy acogedor. Las camas nos resultaron muy cómodas. El trato de Claudio y Mónica impecable.

• Esther (9/5): Un paraíso a nuestro alcance - Nos gusto sobre todo lo atento que estuvo el anfitrión, nos indico sitios para comer, visitar y rutas turísticas a desarrollar, prestando su servicios en cualquier momento a cada pregunta, para repetir sin dudarlo Nada a destacar, todo fue a nuestro gusto.

• carmen romero (4/5): Decepcionados - Aunque el apartamento tiene mucho potencial, la limpieza es muy, muy mejorable, los mosquitos y "otros" insectos no nos dieron tregua y aunque hay mosquiteras, tienen desperfectos (en dos de los tres huecos al exterior) por lo que la única forma de que no entrarán era tener todo cerrado. Además existen humedades en la zona baja de las paredes, sobre todo en el dormitorio principal, con su correspondiente olor a humedad. Una pena porque con un buen mantenimiento todas estás cuestiones son solucionables. Estefania encantadora pero sin ofrecer soluciones (limpieza).
• Noelia (10/5): - El alojamiento era maravilloso, disponía de absolutamente todo, no echamos en falta nada, Estefanía la anfitriona nos recomendó muchas cosas y siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudarnos en absolutamente todo junto con Maika también una persona muy agradable. La piscina está justo en frente y la playa a 10 min a pie, la única pega que podría poner pero que no depende del alojamiento es la piscina que estaba como un caldito de caliente y con el calor que hace por allí no se agradecía jajajajaj pero nada, todo MARAVILLOSO!!!! Volveremos sin dudarlooo

• Owen (4/5): Good pool/location. Poor property management. - The pool area is faultless. Well maintained and perfect for children. The local residents seem friendly. Once we had cleaned the apartment, we felt it was a comfortable space. One bed is really comfy, the second bed is more like a camp bed. Very comfy couch. Air-con functions well but does not vent into the second bedroom. It was a 5 min walk down into the town. The apartment was not clean when we arrived and felt as if it had been vacant for a while (musky and damp). We had to wash and dry all the bedding (there is only 1 set) as it was grubby and had glitter on it, and mop all of the floors inside and out. The walls in most rooms have damp and mould creating a strong smell. The front outside seating area had been made home by the local stray cats so the seats were covered in hairs and muck. We complained to management and requested some fresh bed linen, this arrived three days after our request and was single bed linen so did not fit the beds, we had to buy some in the end. The person who meets you on arrival only understands very little english (which would not be an issue if there was any information available at all in other languages at the accommodation for us to read) and just shrugged at the issues we pointed at and said 'I do not understand'. She also turned up late when we arrived, and early when we left. There is no welcome book or guide in the apartment so we didn't know if there were spare keys, if there was a check in and out process, how to access the pool (which is tricky) or pool times or how any of the appliances (including the gas bottles) or the water tank worked, or who to call in an emergency. The back terrace furniture is worn and grubby, we did not use it for the entirety of our stay. All of these concerns were explained to the management of the property but all brushed off. Apparently they can't do anything about the local cat 'community', the damp is just a problem in the area, and the terraces are dirty because of the wind... Such a shame as with a bit of care this accommodation would have been perfect.
