• Elizabeth (10/5): Comfortable, clean and quiet - We were after a room for one night as a place to get out of the city and move onto the next place. This served our purposes well. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which was handy as there were no other places close by. They also did breakfast. The guy on the desk directed us to the cheapest petrol in town. Quiet room, very clean, Nothing really, it served a purpose and that was what we required.

Reasonable price. Food good. Sheets lovely. Had a bath in my room and a booster oil heater which was great as I was cold.

We had pork knuckle and chips, both of which were extremely dry and unappetising. Luckily my starter of green beans with ham was very filling.

• Guest (1/5): No vuelvo ha quedarme aqui - Limpio y comodo Mi habitación está encima de el restaurante y al lado la terraza.las ventanas son muy viejas y se oye todo.la música de la terraza muy alta y estuvo encendida hasta las 10 y media de la noche y luego después de cerrar se quedaron de charla en la terraza hasta muy tarde.no tienen un poco de tacto.

• INSTALACIONES (7/5): Para dormir y poco mas - camas muy pequeñas , y cierran muy pronto el servicio de cafeteria y no hay sitios donde picar algo Que a las 11 de la noche no hay de nada .
• Willem (3/5): Nooit meer! - Kamer was ruim en schoon Eten echt een verschrikking! Slechtste wat we na 4 weken Spanje hebben meegemaakt. patat slap en vet, vis en vlees smakeloos. Houdbare yoghurt uit een potje. Personeel te druk achter de bar en amper tijd om hotelgasten te helpen. Bedden piepen en kraken. Vanwege verbouwing is het trappenhuis onverlicht. Niet te doen in het donker! Dit hotel raden we af.
• Alfred (8/5): Prettige overnachting. - Combinatie van hotel met restaurant en bar, al om 07:00 uur open voor ontbijt. Goede kamer, goed bed. Aardig, behulpzaam personeel. ‘S Nachts rumoerig voor het hotel. De eerste verdieping wordt gerenoveerd. Wij waren op de tweede. Het duurde daardoor wel erg lang voordat onze douche warm werd.

• Aitor Bermejo (6/5): - La cafetería Estaban de obras y entre semana a las 8:00 comenzaban a tirar y picar tabiques...luego las estancias entre las habitaciones sé oía la televisión de la de al lado...están reformando. Pero no pudimos descansar bien. Nos tocó sufrir las obras... Esperemos que para la siguiente, hayan terminado
• Raúl (6/5): El ruido hace muy difícil descansar - Las facilidades que dan para guardar la bicicleta a los que viajan con ella. El ruido hace muy difícil descansar. Las ventanas son de cristal simple, por lo que cualquier ruido del exterior se oye como si estuviera en la habitación. La terraza está justo debajo de la habitación con un altavoz con reggaeton, que es como si estuviera metido en la habitación y el hotel está junto a una carretera y gasolinera, por lo que pasan tractores y camiones cada poco. Por la tarde-noche el ruido de las mesas, sillas y clientes de la terraza hacen muy difícil dormir. Y a las 7:30 de la mañana comienzan a dar golpes los obreros que están reformando el primer piso. Sólo espero que tras la reforma insonoricen las habitaciones.

El hotel está en una gasolinera, al lado de la carretera principal y no está insonorizado, el ruido es constante entre las 6.oo am y la 1.30 am, pero ruido de verdad, no un leve murmullo de coches.. Lo peor es que laS habitaciones no están aisladas. Pasamos una noche terrible ya que en la habitación contigua se alojaba el cocinero del hotel ( segun el personal de cafetería), con la televisión encendida desde las 5.00 am se escuchaba a tope, y a pesar de que nos quejamos, no sé pudo hacer nada. La limpieza del baño era cuestionable, con pelos y partículas extrañas en el baño y aviso: el hotel está en obras, no tiene ascensor ni aire acondicionado y las puertas, muy viejas, no funcionan adecuadamente. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen, se aprovechan de la falta de opciones de la zona, pero si podéis, evitarlo a toda costa.
• Pablo Antonio (8/5): Hotel cómodo y con buen precio para conocer la zona. - La habitación, aunque muy sencilla, es grande y está muy limpia. Es muy bueno el desayuno de la cafetería. Si te gusta desayunar salado, este es tu sitio. Aunque no molestaban, estaba en reformas.

• Gabriella (3/5): Nicht geeignet für Pilger, die einen anstrengenden Tag hatten und in Ruhe schlafen möchten. - Zimmer renoviert und hell. Hübsche Spender für Shampoo und Duschgel. Essen und Trinken zu bekommen, ist kein Problem. Die Pizza war sehr gut. Der Ventilator, der vonnöten gewesen wäre, funktioniert e nicht. Außer einem Stuhl keinerlei Ablagefläche. Draußen Sitzmöglichkeiten zu der Bar. Musik, Gelächter, dauerndes Stühle schieben hielten an bis 1:30 Uhr. Fenster nicht isoliert, obwohl ich sie bei 30 Grad geschlossen hielt.
• Ashley (6/5): Pleasant - The Hotel was immaculately clean despite going through a refurbishment and the food was excellent. Fully appreciating that you can only book in at 16:00 we are walking the Camino and arrived 2 hours earlier (impossible to time walking) sweating etc and were told we had to wait which we understood. Other pilgrims began arriving and we waited outside having food and drinks. We actually got to our room at 16:40 after multiple visits to the bar counter and each time we (and others) were asked to wait. When we noticed other people getting keys a number of pilgrims went to the counter to ask for their keys. When we went to ask at 16:40 we were originally told to wait again then one of the bar team pointed to our key...it appears the room has been ready a while. We felt that attentive staff would have come to us and the other pilgrims to say it's now okay to check in rather than leaving us outside in the heat. I fully appreciate the bar staff were busy all afternoon and it's not their fault but I would suggest they would give a vastly different experience if they improved their systems of operations... should they so wish. It's the only part that let the hotel down - really bad checking in experience. After 35 days in different hotels each night we sadly ranked this as the least best. Hope it was a one off because everything else was fine...it's just for what we wanted the check in was important.

• Gertjan (8/5): Staff was super in spite of the flood - Very clean and friendly staff. During the night the waterlines broke. The staff worked hard to get everything dry again while they also prepared our breakfast. Super! None.

• Christine (7/5): Rooms were clean and comfortable but check in needs to be earlier. - We could not get into our rooms until 16:00. We arrived at 12:00. It would be so much better if checkin was at 14:00.
• Rob (8/5): Very good - I upgraded room to twin double (at extra cost of course) because single was too small. Staff was nice enough to let me use frig for a couple of hours, as well as loan a coffee cup (no containers in room). Not bad view Bar downstairs wasn't too noisy and not a problem (can always close windows) Upgraded room was more spacious which I needed Bed comfortable WiFi was weak, sporadic, and,.at times, non-existent ... very disappointing for price paid for room - I'm an American journalist doing a series of articles on cycling in Portugal and Spain for several American magazines, so WiFi was an important feature I needed for this stop. Bad or no WiFi Dark hallways without auto lights - so you have to be careful while trying to find a wall switch if you don't want to fall
