• SANDRA (9/5): Adoramos estar no Via Margutta. - O proprietário Emanuele, muito solicito e simpático. A localização excelente. Quarto com bom tamanho e muito confortável. Capricho nos detalhes. O lugar muito lindo e agradável. O chuveiro com pouca pressão e com dificuldade para aquecimento da água. Muita escada para acesso ao quarto.
• Mikhayil (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment on Margutta Street. It had everything I needed, with all the amenities thoughtfully provided, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient. The location was especially impressive. The atmosphere was relaxing, and it truly felt like a perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place. The hosts were great — very welcoming and helpful — and the check-in process was smooth and easy, which made the arrival completely stress-free.
• Frederic (9/5): - L'accueil , le calme ,l'emplacement (metro à moins de 5'),le quartier animé ,restaurants (Eddy et CHEZ BABETTE ) excellents , boutiques de luxe , Petit déjeuner très léger ,viennoiseries emballées . Escalier pour arriver à la chambre 40 marches , facile à monter .

• Daniel (9/5): Bästa läget, mysigt boende, charmig trädgård och hjälpsam ägare. - Fantastiskt läge, hjälpsam och väldigt tillmötesgående ägare, helt rätt för en långweekend i Rom. Smidig in- och utcheckning. Närhet till riktigt bra restauranger för såväl frukost som middagar. Kan inte komma på något som inte var tillfredsställande med detta boende.

• Harper (9/5): Excellent stay while in Rome. The host, Emanuele was so very helpful in assisting us with everything - A nice retreat to return to in the heat of the day. Location is ideal and quiet. A larger, dorm room size refrigerator would be nice. You will need to go out for breakfast or purchase grocery items.
• Kim (10/5): Great to have a peaceful hideaway in the centre of Rome - It was well located and really well appointed. The way in through the garden created a magical experience and the host was delightful We loved it but you need to know there are steep steps up to the entrance

• Carole (10/5): Quiet, comfortable and great location - Location was perfect, the owner was very accommodating with our five hour delay in flights and was waiting patiently to let us in when we arrived. the space was adequate for the two of us. The bathroom was lovely and the quiet atmosphere was great. I was warned about the breakfast they supplied due to restrictions on hygiene. Everything was wrapped in plastic and was not very tasty. The coffee was good. I wish they had been able to give us more variety in the breakfast items.

• Wallace (10/5): Exceptional - Emanuele was great! He met us at the apartment when we arrived and oriented us to the neighborhood. About 500 steps in one direction to Piazza del Popolo, and the same in the other direction to the Piazza di Spagna ... the Spanish Steps, a metro station, and a lively area of shops and cafés/restaurants. We stayed only two nights this visit, but are already looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

Emanuele is very helpful and very friendly and place is kept very clean and is quite spacious for two. the breakfast is non existing and poor quality, only packed croissants and supermarket fruit juices in the fridge. we ended up having breakfast out everyday spending at least 50 euro for two.
• Alessandro (10/5): Brilliant, warm, lovely - the apartment is located in a wonderful position. it is cozy and well equipped and with all comforts. it is also very clean and silent. it was not a problem for us, but the apartment is placed on top of a quite steep stairs. Again, not an issue, but if you have walk problems, it might require a bit of effort to be reached.

• Npg (10/5): Excellent place to stay, very convenient, hosts were exceptional! - Location! Location! Location. Just about everything was within walking distance. Great communication from hosts. The gardens were delightful. We weren't enthralled with the box of breakfast foods not because they weren't good - they were. With all the cafes close by, it was better for us to have fresh croissants rather than packaged.

• Poirier (10/5): We will be back. - The rooms were quaint and perfect for a couple to stay at. it was great to make our own coffee tea in morning before we started our day. very clean. easy to locate. close to anything you want to do. the host was amazing from day 1 with helpful restaurants which were amazing and a map to get you started on a great vacation. there isn’t anything.

Apartment is well situated in the heart of Rome close to the Spanish steps and Piazza del popolo, equipped with all amenities needed. Apartment is in a picturesque complex very quite and "Roman" in the famous artistic street of via Margutta. It was not a problem for us but bear in mind there are some steps to climb to the apartment. Maybe less suitable for the elderly.

• Martin (10/5): a spot in beautiful garden that is shared by wonderful hosts - A garden in the middle of a bustling city. My hosts were most welcoming and took such good care of me. The place is very clean, smells new. Great attention to detail like the sheets, toiletries, espresso machine etc. Can’t wait to be back in Rome! that I couldn’t stay any longer.

• Nofar (9/5): perfect - The apartment is located in a perfect location. A very central location in a quiet and magical street. The room is big, very clean and cozy. Emanuel gave us excellent treatment, devoted time to explanations and was simply charming. It is highly recommended! We will definitely be back The breakfast was packaged and not fresh, so we gave it up

Everything was provided by the owner . everyday Emmanuel came and cleaned and refilled supplies . Emmanuel was an incredible host even arranged a taxi from the airport . he recommended places to see and eat and helped us with taxis . this was our favourite place that we stayed on vacation nothing

It was like having our own flat The fact that we couldn’t stay 4 nights, had to return to London for a funeral and Booking.com would not refund us for 2 nights which the owners didn’t charge us for.
