Important Information
The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access.
The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out.
Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready.

Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.
In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance.
A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights. For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing.

- Rosario (9/5): Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole, Malaga è una città bellissima - Il palacio Vegafuente è una struttura fantastica con in architettura veramente bella. La camera molto bella,pulita, ma con poca luce.

- Julia (8/5): Decent for a short stay - The bedroom and the bathroom were clean. Located just on the outskirts of the central town area so it was fairly quiet. Fully equipped. Really nice to have a washing machine that also served as a dryer. Located in an alleyway where we often found dog poos (not the property’s fault but still dampened the experience). Couch and chairs in the living area were not super clean - just from age and usage (doesn’t help that they were white so it was extra visible). Swarms of flies were often in the building courtyard area. All windows looked out to another unit (via courtyard area or otherwise).

The public areas were stunning and the complex smelt amazing on entry! The location was brilliant, very central and the staff were so friendly and helpful, always being only a message away and they were always very quick to respond to any queries. Nothing! Location is about a 10 minute walk from central but very quiet and peaceful. First room had an issue but customer services moved me and were excellent at every step. I would recommend avoiding the ground floor as can be noisy with people coming and going past your window but very accessible if that is your need. Beds are memory foam which I found very uncomfortable but I am not fan of memory anywhere.

- YVONNE (5/5): Fabulous Malaga,fabulous appartments,cleaning let it down - Appartment was beautiful and location spot on 👍 We arrived late at night to thousands of dead flys all over floors had to sweep up after a very long day and still they were everywhere,we then found them in the cups in cupboards 🤮 Cleaners came next morning and calleta homes were very apologetic saying it was weather 🙄 as I said you do not get that in aday they said they cleaned the day before,not acceptable,it took all the shine off our 2 nights in malaga as all I was doing was in contact with company to sort it out 🥲 I have received 10% off the bill which in my eyes a joke,there we go what can I do 🤨

- Cristina (9/5): Charming Historic Room in Center Location - Beautifully renovated room with great respect for the building’s historical character, featuring brand-new furniture and a modern kitchen. The location is excellent, right in the historic center and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the pedestrian area. However, there is very limited natural light, as the windows face an interior courtyard, and the access street feels a bit unusual.

Which was disappointing. It was clean, but there was an overwhelming smell of damp. Every time other rooms flushed the toilet or ran there water you could hear it very loudly in our room. I asked for fresh towels but they never appeared.

- Kristina (8/5): Lovely place in a great location with online access. - The house and apartment were beautifully renovated, spacious, very clean and cheerful. When I needed help getting the physical keys into the apartment, the host was supportive. The location is amazing - right in the centre but on a quiet street. The information about accessing the property and collecting the key was insufficient and unclear. First, I inquired about the possibility of an earlier check-in, but the responses I received were confusing. I had to send multiple follow-up messages just to understand my options. Second, I was not informed in advance that access to the apartment requires opening doors via a link sent by email. This information was only shared a few hours before check-in, at a time when I did not have access to my email. As a result, I was unable to enter the property and had to rely on the help of another guest. While I understand that digital keys can be a convenient solution, they are not suitable for every guest in every situation. At a minimum, guests should be clearly informed well in advance that: (1) access depends on a mobile device and email access, (2) how exactly the entry system works, and (3) what steps are required upon arrival. Providing this information ahead of time would prevent unnecessary stress and confusion. Additionally, it would improve the guest experience to include some basic kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, and matches. And beware of the plumbing - I could hear water running quite loudly when somebody was taking a shower or using a toilet.

Well worth the stay :) - Usually stay in a hotel so this was different but a nice change, I hadn't realised I needed to download the app...I'm not good with that stuff. But the staff were very helpful, sent over a link and I got my code which worked perfectly. Nice property, clean and spacious enough as we didn't spend much time in :) The walls are extremely thin! The porch light also stays on all night, the curtains didn't cover the window and I'm a very light sleeper so that was one minus.

- Michael (7/5): Nice property, but problems with hot water let it down. - Nicely decorated, spacious, clean, good location. The water was often quite cold, so we had to go without a shower a couple of the days. We complained twice and an engineer was sent, but it didn’t improve until the night before we left (e were there for 4 nights). The walls are also so thin, one could easily have a conversation with a neighbour through the wall, it felt like a curtain separated the apartments.

La única pega que le pondría es que hace bastante ruido si un grupo se reúne en el patio para hablar (como nosotros:)) y molesta a los otros viajeros (y hay que pillarse).Pero aún así se merecen un 10. Todo bien salvo que no se puede hablar demasiado en el patio y que hay tuvimos que preparar el sofá cama aunque sabian que íbamos a llegar a 3/4.
- Snyder (8/5): - Bed was comfortable, nice sheets. Nice overall decor. Upon turning the corner to the street, there is graffiti everywhere. It felt like one decent place on a rough, though quiet, street. Bathroom seems unfinished with no shower wall, door or curtain. Water from shower can splash everywhere. Also, a bit disappointed that the listing shows pics of all apartments and does not really differentiate which one you are getting. Luckily we had a blow up mattress for our second kid because it's too tight to squeeze two on the couch. Couch was a strange design and a screw was falling out so not the easiest to open and close.

- Onur Galip (7/5): - This was our fifth holiday in Málaga in the past three years, and our first time staying at this property. Its very central location and the easy access to the building were definite positives. We also really appreciated being allowed an early check-in since our flight arrived early, which was important for us. We stayed in room 1–5, which was quite small. There was no window facing the street; the only window was in the bedroom and it faced the building’s interior corridor. Due to privacy concerns, it was not possible to keep the curtains open. This made the room feel rather closed and lacking fresh air. In our previous accommodations, there were at least small complimentary items such as water and crackers in the room. We also expected to find basic cooking essentials like olive oil, salt, and black pepper. When we asked about these, we were told that they were not provided. On our first day, there was a very strong and unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It seemed that the room had not been properly checked before our arrival. However, when we reported the issue on the second day, they came and resolved it. As a family who loves Málaga, we will definitely return again. However, unfortunately, among all the places we have stayed so far, this would be our last choice next time.

Men det var lugnt på området. Varmt i lägenheten. Tryggt, kameror i trapphuset inga varken garderober eller hyllor, ingen klädställ även i hallen. Vi hade absolut ingenstans att lägga våra kläder och saker.
