The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything, with walking distance to the best restaurants, cozy cafés, and a bakery we instantly fell in love with. Despite being so central, it felt calm and relaxing. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtful and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home right away. We truly loved everything about our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

• Asta (10/5): Totaly recomend - Really enjoyed the stay! Comfortable, spacious, very clean, all you need. Photos correspond to reality. Easy and clear communication. Perfect location. Easily accessible transport and tourist attractions, cafes and shops around, sharming area. On the other hand, a very quiet place at night. Very grateful to the host, we asked for aditional service and got it. Totaly recomend! 🥰👌💝 no complaints

• Elodie (7/5): - Sa localisation, le calme et les équipements de la cuisine notamment. Quelques objets du quotidien manquent : lampes de chevet dans la chambre, un miroir supplémentaire et le canapé est usé.
• Guest (6/5): Nunca mas! - El piso es amplio, estaba todo bastante limpio. Exceptuando platos, cubiertos y tazas qye estaban guardados MUY SUCIOS. Se escuchan MUCHO a los vecinos, incluso si estan hablando bajo, como si no existiera paredes y cuando van al baño se emite un ruido que es extremamente fuerte y bastante incómodo. Como se la ducha o el bater estubiesen en la parede que divide los dos pisos, pared que debe ser de pladur, del tamaño de ruido que se escucha. Además,había platos, cubiertos y tasas guardadas sucias en el armario. Sin hablar del retraso de mas de una hora en entregarme el apartamento en el horario acordado. Cuando llegue a las 16h estaban todavía limpiando cuando te prometen entregar el piso a las 15h. Siendo que ellos te dejan muy claro desde el minuto que haces la reserva de que hay que entregar el piso a las 11h sino hay pago de extras, pienso que ese tipo de fallo no podria suceder.

• Pedro (8/5): - Very well appointed, and once you know your surroundings you feel comfortable with the place. Plenty of local shops around. The metro is a bit of a walk compared to other places but it was doable.

• Владислав Абакуменко (8/5): Учитывая популярность направления очень неплохо - Отличное местоположение, в тихом и очень уютном районе Барселоны. Рядом несколько отличных кафе. Квартира очень просторная и уютюна Рецепшн находится в двух кварталах от квартиры. Т.е. при раннем заезде нельзя оставить чемоданы сразу у квартиры.

I would have aporeciated a bathroom door because of privacy in showering and changing clothes as the windows were open to neighbours. (I did not want to close the roll-ups each time). Had problems with making the security deposit as the payment system did not accept my credit cards but the staff helped me and it got solved.

• najat (9/5): Agréable et à côté de tout . - Tout était mignon , propre et en plus plein de festivités durant notre séjour . Pour un séjour de 3 jours nous avons dû payer 160 euro pour le parking . Seul problème .

Staff communication was excellent,The apartment was very clean and aircon worked really well, I got my deposit back in a timely manner The property has no signage when arriving so it was a little confusing. The property is very pricey so what you get but it is in the heart of Barcelona.

The location was perfect—within walking distance of all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. A special thank you to the managers, who were incredibly friendly and always available from the moment of booking until check-out. Their support made the stay even more enjoyable. The online check-in process was also very convenient and hassle-free. I highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay here again!
• Anthony (2/5): This experience did not meet the basic expectations for accommodation, particularly for a business t - Spacious with a prime location. 1.The Wi-Fi in the apartment was consistently unstable, disconnecting every 5 minutes and often being unavailable for one to two hours. The property claimed the issue was with my phone and laptop, but I didn’t experience any similar issues elsewhere. 2.Customer support was slow to respond and provided no resolution. The contact number provided was never answered, and the issue remained unresolved despite multiple attempts to escalate the matter.It wasn’t until after I checked out that someone came to confirm the Wi-Fi issue. 3.Upon arrival, there were no clear instructions for locating the apartment, and the provided contact number went unanswered. Assistance was only provided after a delayed text message response. 4.I wasn’t allowed to check in until 3 PM, and when I did, the cleaning staff were still in the apartment finishing up their work

Finally, we were informed we must pick up the key at the front desk. It was a mile away from the apartment. It was awful since we had our carry our luggage. There should’ve been better communication Also, the front door lock was absolutely difficult to manage so we felt locked out many times.

• Ning (1/5): We are extremely disappointed with the dreadful experience and the irresponsible and perfunctory attitude of the staff, - Staying here at $380 a night is a total rip-off; the experience was absolutely dreadful. 1/ We prepaid 1750 euros for a five-night stay two months in advance, yet the apartment experience nearly resulted in us being stranded. Our flight to Barcelona was delayed by three hours, and we arrived at 11:30 PM. The apartment had instructed us to collect the keys from a reception area (a 20-minute walk from the apartment), only to discover that the reception closed at 7:30 PM. Alongside four elderly Danish women, we called the reception from the entrance, only to be met with responses in Spanish without any English assistance. It took three calls, with the help of a taxi driver, before someone finally agreed to bring the keys to the apartment in half an hour, but we ended up waiting for a full hour. 2/ The apartment entrance lacked any signage, lightbox, or directions – just a small, unmarked door. The exterior was cluttered with garbage bins covered in graffiti, and there were homeless individuals roaming the area at night, raising serious concerns about safety. 3/ Both the living room and bathroom of the apartment were infested with cockroaches. When we alerted the staff, we were informed that a cleaning service would come at an additional cost. 4/ For our five-day stay, we were provided with a mere two rolls of toilet paper, and each room included only two bath towels and one small towel. No cleaning service was provided throughout our stay. 5/ The soundproofing was abysmal. With the window slightly ajar, it felt as though we were in a bustling marketplace; the conversations from downstairs were distinctly audible.
