• John (8/5): - The house was excellent but it was not wheelchair friendly as our 57 year old daughter is in a wheelchair chair and could not shower and had to go back home to do so and return for her birthday other wise the house was excellent Only that it was not wheelchair friendly
• Karyn (8/5): Great spot, comfy and overall enjoyable. - Very convenient location for our needs, close to other family who live on the Island. Overall happy but could have been a bit cleaner. Cushions on outdoor setting were covered in bird droppings, dead cockroaches in two spots within the house and other minor cleanliness issues. Some kitchen mugs could do with replacing.

• Lynn (8/5): A nice relaxing stay in a modern, clean and tidy canal-side home. - The house was well presented with quality furniture and a very nice, well equipped kitchen. We particularly appreciated the large supply of complimentary goodies (tea, coffee, biscuits, sauces, Weetabix etc.). It was also great to have some milk to get us started, cold bottled water in the fridge and a nice bottle of bubbly! The keys were a little confusing - had to ask the local agent to show us how to unlock the screen on the front door but she arrived very quickly and sorted out the problem.

• Jones (10/5): Fantastic! Perfect Location! - This is just the perfect property for a stay on Bribie Island. A great location on one of the canals that provides a scenic and tranquil experience. I must say, this is the cleanest and best presented property I have ever had the pleasure to visit. It is immaculate and the attention to detail is amazing. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, the lovely kitchen is very well stocked with modern appliances and the bedrooms and bedding are fantastic. There is an alfresco/patio area that offers beautiful views of the canal and is the ideal spot for relaxing with drinks and an evening meal. Just a wonderful home!! Added is the bonus of supplied kayaks, fishing gear and push bikes. You will not want to leave! I doubt you will ever find a better property for comfort, presentation and location. • Lisa (9/5): We will be back as we didn’t book a long enough holiday!! - This property has everything you’d need for a holiday stay. Beautifully presented house, although I was unaware when booking that it was actually a duplex. Fully stocked kitchen with extras provided for a welcoming touch. Great, quiet location. Very spacious and tidy house. The main bathroom was a bit dark even with the skylight, obviously due to being a duplex. And there was a half-dead cockroach in the bath when we arrived which my son was not impressed about at bath time. Both of these are obviously very minor concerns and in absolutely no way impacted our fantastic stay.

• Christie (8/5): We’ll stay again! Beautiful spot with everything you need. - We loved the location, close to the venue we were attending for a wedding & also close enough to the shops, big and small. A great view being right on the water as well. The convenience of having everything we needed was great such as washer/dryer, cooking utensils etc. Comfortable living spaces, enough room for multiple cars. We were happy during our short stay. The beds were uncomfortable (very firm) & the master bedroom light/fan combo didn’t work. Thankfully there were enough blankets to make the beds more comfortable & an aircon & lamps in the bedroom. Mattress toppers & a quick fix of the light/fan would sort these minor issues out.

• Suzanne (9/5): Superb - Nice outlook over a canal. Easy to find & parking was good. Quiet neighbourhood. It was very clean & comfortable. We had trouble with the keys getting in the front door. There were a few keys & weren't marked as to which was which. Maybe suggest a tag on the main ones.
