- Jecelyn (1/5): Bad - I dont like anything from that hotel. Very bad and the chinese guy who's there in the reception was so rude. He doesn't care about us, of what we need and the worst is we need to put all our luggage in the corridor and leave it there. Every morning thats what we are doing before leaving. Even before we go, he will come to the room and take off the card to turn off the electricity. Don't come to that place. You will just waste everything and its very poor in cleanliness, smelly, lots of cockroaches and dirty place.. Very very poor. . Worst!
- Asdawut (8/5): Very good - very good location.convenient to travel from airport.close to shopping center and tourist destination.kind staff,he helped me to find ATM machine. this building has many budget guesthoust inside.it so crowded.somtimes you have to wait long queue for elevator.some common area inside building for people who didn’t familiar with budget resident may look nightmare.but inside guest house area is quiet and safe.I stay in single room with private bathroom.it far better than stay in dorm with share bathroom for equivalent price.room look different from picture shown in application.luggage service is not free.
- Irenecena (1/5): Our stay in this place is just like a nightmare…. promise not to stay to this place… Never Again! - Only the location since its near the train station Room is very small, towels are like rugs, shower areas drainage clogged it will take us more minutes to wait the water to be drained, we request to transfer to another room but Peter the in charge person didnt allow us.
- 6752777 (1/5): Bad - Location is in the city center This place is not safe. I would not recommend any solo travellers to stay here. The owner tried to give us the room in the dormitory instead of a single room, then tried to give us rooms without a bathroom. Starting from day 3 I was not able to stay in my room during the day (from morning until 8 pm). I was told that it’s due to refurbishment, though there were no signs of it. One day I returned to the room 1 hour earlier than the owner of the hotel told me because I was very tired walking the whole day and wanted to sleep. The owner of the hotel opened my door with his card without knocking, and pulled me in the hall. I even didn’t have any shoes on me at that moment. One day I decided not to pack my bag again and left things in the room. When I returned the room was empty - the owner packed my staff without me. Honestly it was a very scary experience. Not only this hotel, but Chunking Mansions in general has quite bad reputation in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, I didn’t know about that, I regret not booking better hotel.
- Kailun (1/5): Terrible - The location of the building is very convenient, and it is also very interesting in this location, for example, many famous cases have occurred. The photos are not the same as the room at all, there are horrible bugs in the room, and there is no 24-hour hot water for bathing.
