• Karina María (8/5): Práctico apartamento en Bilbao - La ubicación: cerca del hospital de Basurto y de Bilbao Intermodal. Tiene una Smart TV muy grande en la habitación. Cafetera de cápsulas. La comunicación con el alojamiento fue excelente, me dejaron entrar antes La limpieza era deficiente: sartenes sucias, sin antiadherencia, los armarios de la cocina por dentro con suciedad evidente. Al estar ubicado en un bajo, se escuchaban bastantes ruidos

• Salud (4/5): Plena ola de calor y sin aire acondicionado, se les olvida comentar que hay una avería, cocina falta limpieza - Lo mejor y único destacable la cama era muy cómoda. La llegada tuve que llamar por teléfono para que alguien me abriese, avisé con tiempo que llegaba muy pronto y ya que los usuarios salen a las 11:00 si por favor podían no hacerme esperar hasta las 16:00 y obtuve cero empatía. Plena ola de calor y el aire acondicionado y el mando no funciona y se los olvidó comentarlo , además de no dar opción de traer una escalera ( estaba muy alto)o un ventilador, me piden que me suba a una silla que es de mimbre 😔. La cocina no estaba limpia bien, había grasa en vitro, en sartenes y utensilios. Sofá no muy cómodo. La ubicación no es tan maravillosa como la pintan. La verdad es que descripción y sensación no tienen nada que ver, me parece caro y con bastantes mejoras.

• Brett (9/5): Enjoyable stay in Bilbao - We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very comfortable, the bed is excellent, washer and dryer work well, the kitchen is well equipped, and a great shower in the bathroom. It is walking distance to the main bus terminal, tram and metro station. There is an ALDI supermarket close by. We would stay again if in Bilbao. It is a little outside the main city centre but still walkable.

• Aske (4/5): We had to shorten our stay as we couldn’t live in the humid environment, especially traveling with a baby. Luckily the s - The staff were great and very helpful. It’s easy to get there by car and close to the stadium. The apartment was really humid, and it was so bad that the bed linens and sheets felt really wet. It had that humid basement smell and feeling. Also it didn’t seem clean and one of the towels had yellow spots on it. Again, the staff was nice and provided us with fresh towels the day after.
