• luis alberto (9/5): Perfecto para familias si vas a estás más de 3/4 días - Buen apartamento para 5 o 6 personas,nuevo ,cómodo,y muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos del metro y 3 minutos de ostiende,con tren directo a fiumicino en 30-35 minutos Lo unico a reseñar es que está al lado de las vías del tren y se oye a veces….dicho esto no molesta para nada y se duerme perfectamente

• Tamara (9/5): Limpio y cómodo - Muy limpio, cerca de estación de tren regional y de metro. Secador del pelo muy potente. Todo tal cual como en las fotos. Por poner una pega, ruido de las vías del metro hasta entrada la noche. Almohadas algo blandas (para mi gusto personal), pero cómodo en general. Eché de menos una cafetera italiana, aunque tiene de cápsulas y te dejan cápsulas de cortesía.

Zdjęcia na Booking apartamentu przedstawiają ładne wnętrza ale w rzeczywistości jest jeszcze ładniej.Nasza gospodyni Pani Francesca to przemiła osoba , dbająca o komfort swoich gości. Bardzo gorąco polecamy całą ekipą. Nie było takiej rzeczy

• Maria (8/5): Modern, Clean and Cozy Apartment - The apartment is in a strategic and quiet location in Ostiense which is pretty central and close to the metro station as well. Its in a secure location close to restaurants, bars , coffee shops and supermarkets. The apartment has been renovated well and has modern furnishings and it was very clean. It’s is easy to access and the host provided clear and easy instructions to follow. Do not worry about noise from the train which is close to the apartment. You can barely hear any noise from outside with the window and shutters closed. Unfortunately the wifi wasn’t working for two days and doesn’t seem like the internet providers are quick to resolve connectivity issues. So not an idea situation if you need to work or stream movies and shows. They are also not very flexible with late checkout.
• William (10/5): If you need to stay near Ostienzia Station say renting a motorcycle from the Ducati place around the like me. This place - The owner/manager of this place just understands people who travel! If you thought you could use it, it was there. So many thoughtful touches, it just had everything I could ever want in a studio AirBnb. I knew this before booking, they market the place accurately, actually it’s better than what they say, but it has a pullout sofa bed. It was actually way more comfortable than I could imagine, but it was still a sofa bed. Had I had not been solo…….. I still love the place!!!

Mi è dispiaciuto aver alloggiato solo per una notte perché ho trovato l'appartamento davvero bello e confortevole. Se avrò modo di tornare a Roma sicuramente sarà nuovamente la mia scelta!!!

Thank you - The host was very nice and helpful, our flight was canceled and she let us put our suitcases in the apartment before check in so we didn’t have to travel with it. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Easy check in and check out. We could hear the noise from neighbors sometimes, mostly during the day but at night it was quiet, so if you’re traveling during the day it shouldn’t bother you.
• Douglas (10/5): Exceptional - We were very happy having chosen palazzo sensi. we stayed for 8 nights. Obtaining keys is a breeze Francesca was there to help in the process. First thing we noticed it was more spacious than we thought. everything is squeaky clean and brightly painted. the sofa is really comfy (I want to get one) and the kitchen has just about everything you need. shower works great and everything was overall superlative. (always bring earplugs when traveling to Europe)it’s on the 4th floor and has rolling wooden privacy shades very ingenious! 1/2 a block from Ostiense station and there’s an underground pathway to pyramide which is on the subway to Coliseum, circus Maximus etc. catch the train from airport to ostiense not termini. great value and highly recommended.

• Andrea (9/5): Complete apartment - Very complete room. I liked the water left in the fridge. Good standard of the bathroom. Punctuality and friendliness at check in. Bed was a sofa-bed with a thin mattress, but honestly it was comfortable. It was very strange that police rang at the door in the night, they said a neighbour complained about noise, but actually it was very quiet (of course this could happen everywhere, I do not think it is related to property or host).

• Nicole (6/5): Pleasant - The location was very convenient to catch the train to the airport, only a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place was very clean. The check in was very easy and Mauro was ready for us and very helpful. The sofa bed was comfortable, for a sofa bed, but once opened there was minimal space in the apartment. The apartment smelt of cigarette smoke, coming from the neighbours apartment. The location is very residential and you would need to catch a train to get into Rome central.

• Knuth (9/5): Good Quality Apartment Outside of Mass Tourism - Apartment lies outside of mass tourism. Francesca is a fabulous host. She helped us enormously in an issue we had with booking.com over pricing. It is close to public transportation to the city center. The adjacent train-noise is cancelled by high quality windows. The legendary Eataly Food Market is only minutes away. A wonderfull Indian restaurant is just around the corner. The area is a little rough. They could invest in a nice welcome package, some fruits, a bottle of wine etc. Kitchen equipment needs improvement and enlargement.

• Claucimm (9/5): Very perfect stay in Rome! - Easy to check in and host is very kind House if perfect for 4 or even 6 Pretty close to a metro station Maybe just to have more stuff in the house, if the stay is for 1-2 nights only, for example sponge with soap to clean dishes (since they are few) and at least 1 coffee for each host or the classical machine in order to prepare ourselves
