• lauren (8/5): Central apartment. - Great location. Easy self check in. Comfortable bed. Well equipped. Nice little balcony. Sofa bed wouldn't have been suitable for an adult or older child. We did let the host know it was very unsteady.

• Grażyna (10/5): - Bardzo podobała nam się lokalizacja i bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.Czysto ....tylko ręczniki powinny być wymieniane bo 7 dni te same to nie było fajne, ale ogólnie wszystko super, że na pewno będę polecała znajomym 😍 Ręczniki powinny być wymieniane
• Alicja (8/5): Polecam na city break :) - Lokalizacja strzał w 10! Wszędzie blisko, na plażę, na promenadę, na przystanki komunikacji, do sklepów, barów. SUPER! Wyposażenie wystarczające na kilka dni pobytu. Wszystko działające i sprawne. Odwiedziły nas mrówki. Na szczęście tylko w części jadalni, nie rozchodziły się dalej. Głośno.... nawet powiedziałabym bardzo głośno. To oczywiście nie wina mieszkania tylko miejsca, ale z piątku na sobotę gwar imprez skończył się gdy nastał gwar śmieciarek i porannego rytmu. W budynku spokojnie, okoliczne lokale dają czadu.

• Olga (6/5): - Sam centrum, wszędzie blisko Bardzo głośno, żadnej izolacji dźwiękowej nawet przy zamkniętych oknach. Słabe wyposażenie , meble zużyte, kanapa nie wygodną. Generalnie mieszkanie stare i potrzebuję remontu

• TomaszT (9/5): Udany 2 dniowy pobyt w ALicante - polecam - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do najważniejszych miejsc. Czytelna instrukcja od gospodarza jak dostać się do obiektu i odebrać klucze. Wyposażenie apartamentu wystarczające dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Niestety nie działała winda - nie wiem czy to stały problem czy tylko podczas naszego pobytu.

Cucina davvero attrezzata di tutto, anche se non ne avevamo bisogno. Molto semplici check in e check out ed anche Hugo molto preciso. Nulla

Por parte del anfitrión excelente atención desde el minuto uno (1), siempre con buena disposición para ayudarnos ante cualquier duda. Recomendable al 100% Nada negativo que mencionar. Todo positivo e inmejorable.

• Rahelison (7/5): Grand appartement, très bien situé mais nettoyage à revoir. - Grand appartement. Très bon emplacement, proche de tout : mer à 10min, plusieurs épiceries dans la rue, des restaurants dans la rue avec de très bons choix, transports en commun proches. Château de Santa Barbara visité à pieds, la ville se visite facilement à pieds. Frigo et congélateur très utile. Salle de bain et chambre propre. Climatisation fonctionnelle, bel atout. Il ne manque plus qu'une machine à laver le linge pour que ce soit parfait au niveau des équipements. Appartement pas parfaitement propre : rideaux avec des tâches (déjà mentionné dans un ancien commentaire), la vaisselle une catastrophe : obligé de nettoyer avant utilisation (reste alimentaire dans les assiettes, couverts, tasses...). Canapé pas parfaitement propre, chaises en mauvais état. Penser à apporter ou acheter du papier toilette.

• Mirjana (8/5): Overall nice place. I recommend it. - Location is very nice. Close to everything, shops, restaurants, cafes, bus stops. Until 23-24:00 can be loudy due to restaurants on the street, but we didn’t have a problem with that, we even enjoyed in the nice atmosphere and laughter of the people outside :) Sofa in the living room can be replaced or cleaned better.

• Mary (3/5): Disastrous - Honestly nothing. the whole experience was a night mare and I have photos to prove it. The check in was very confusing. Its a difficult place to find and the instructions were unclear. Other people had the same problem. When I arrived there was vomit by the entrance and up the stairs. It is accessed from a dark ally and the taxi can't drop you outside so i was left with luggage in the street and the taxi coudln't tell me exactly where the place was. The bed was made with a sheet only over the most disgusting mattress I have ever seen. There were no duvet covers. The wallpaper was peeling. The curtain was off the rail, The mirror is not attached to the wall. One of the Perspex dining chairs had a crack that damaged my clothes and the only answer was for them to remove the chair. There was no iron though they did bring one when I asked The kettle didn't work properly and that had been noted by a previous cusotmer and still nothing had been done about it. The tiles in the bathroom need cleaning. The location is very noisy at night being right by restaurants so when they move the tables at night you hear scraping at 12-1 am. There were two light bulbs above the mirror in the bathroom that didn't match and one didn't work. The only solution was they removed one of them! The water tank only makes enough water for one bath. then runs cold. There is barely enough crokery and cutlery for 4 people . The most serious issue of all is that it is part of a Hostel There is only one fire escape from the 5th floor down. This aprtment is on the 4 th floor. There are proper fire doors to protect that escape route with push bars on them. But every single door is left open and the one on floor 4 wouldn't even shut. In a fire is would be a death trap and I can't believe that this meets safety regulations. There are no instrctions in the apartment about the internet passport or how to use any of the appliances. The chopping board was fithy.
• Ed (9/5): Superb - The apartment is quite spacious for two persons, with two small balconies and located in the heart of the city. It was clean and had basically everything we needed, although we didn't cook. Being in such a highly central location, I can see how it might be an issue for very light sleepers, but it wasn't a problem for us. I definitely suggest it.
