• Amin (1/5): - Le propriétaire nous a informés a la dernière minute qu'il ne pouvait pas nous accueillir sous prétexte que la femme de ménage est tombée malade à 15h00. Nous étions obligés de chercher une autre alternative beaucoup plus chère pour sauver notre séjour ! c'est vraiment inadmissible

• Strehlow (9/5): - Die FeWo ist nicht einfach zu finden. Parken kann man in einem Parkhaus, 22€ der Tag. Die FeWo ist ebenerdig und auch in der Wohnung keine Treppen

• Francisco Javier (6/5): Frío pero se puede arreglar. - La casa es muy chula y la terraza da la vida. Muy buen gusto en la decoración y está perfecta la casa. Sitio muy tranquilo. El frío. No funcionaba el aire para dar calor (ni pilas en dos mandos ni podías elegir calor). Y he pasado bastante frío. Me puse todas las mantas en la cama y así pasé la noche. Heladora. La casa está muy bien pero mejor con calorcito. Seguro que lo pueden arreglar para próximos clientes. Si arreglan esa parte o explican seguro que es una casa 10. Esta vez no ha sido así. Mucho frío. Iba con abrigo dentro de la casa.

• Daniel (8/5): Excellent - Location, decoration, cleanliness Couldn’t turn on heating in two of the rooms and no instructions. Toilet seems about to fall over as it isn’t attached. No freecoffee pods (most places give you enough pods for your stay)

• Ada (8/5): - L’allotjament està bastant ben situat (anavem a tot arreu caminant) i tot estava net quan vam arribar. Ens van deixar guardar les maletes perquè arribavem abans de fer el check in i van ser molt atents. Vam tenir un problema amb el telefonillo, que es va quedar encallat i feia un soroll tota l’estona. Al intentar-ho arreglar ens va marxar la llum. Al final es va arreglar sol però tot i així els de la casa ens van dir què podiem fer.

Нигде не увидела в описании, что ни в одной спальни нет дверей, и туалет расположен практически в одной из спален, что доставляло небольшой дискомфорт.

• Picolet (7/5): - Bien amoblado. Variedad de utensilios y herramientas. Juegos para los niños. No recomendable para personas mayores o con poca mobilidad, las escaleras son demasiado empinadas. El baño está en la segunda planta compartido con una habitación. Tiene problemas de luz. No puedes encender dos artefactos a la vez que la térmica salta.

• Hugo (10/5): - O atendimento é espetacular, sempre atencioso. A casa não é grande, mas o espaço é bem distribuído. A casa está muito limpa e organizada. Os quartos não têm portas e a cozinha não tem forno.

Aucun accueil pas d'effort pour faire la traduction et pas à l'heure surtout pas de PARKING PREUVE J'AI DU PAYER UN PARKING 28€ LA NUIT À 30 MIN DE l'appartement vraiment très déçu et sur 3 niveaux l'appartement qui est précisé une chambre au premier et faut traverser la chambre pour monter à l'autre pas d'intimité pas de toilette au RDC vraiment très déçu.

Nous on remboursé 45€ Clim ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, nous avons dû contacter le service plainte de booking. Nous avons trouver une solution seul pour la mettre en marche. Pas évident avec la chaleur de. + 40 degrés. Transat cassé sur la terrasse dommage. Machine à café cassée 😞 Produit contre les cafards a même le sol dans les coins et derrière les portes. Attention si vous voyager avec des enfants de bas âges. Parking très difficile. Logement sur 3 étages attention escaliers très en hauteurs pas évident pour monter les valises. Suggestions au Propriétaire en vu de l’amélioration continue : faire un état des lieux avant pour éviter de contacter les clients après leur départ.

• Bimal (9/5): It was a beautiful cosy place to stay in the central location - Most of the basic needs and few extra were taken care Most of the facilities were excellent. Washington liquid was missing in the laundry section. Also the bedrooms were on different levels were not mentioned on the website. It was difficult to lift heavy suitcases on up til second level.

• Jaromir (10/5): Exceptional - Very good accommodation in the wider centre in 3 floors. Like living in the tower :-), terrace upstairs. Well equipped. I have enjoed my stay there. Steep stairs. I was OK with that. This is not limitation for hale people, this is rather information for disabled or elderly people: I can imagine you would have difficulties there. Bedrooms in open area without doors (each in different floor). I count with that, just message for future guests.
• Silvie (10/5): We absolutely loved our stay! Amazing location, lovely apartment and great host. - We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is in a great area (probably the best area of Seville), with lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby, but the street itself is super quiet, which was perfect. The balcony is lovely and the place itself is great—really nicely designed with lots of attention to detail. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bathroom had everything we needed. The beds are also really comfy. The bedrooms don’t have doors because they have the stairs next to them, so there’s limited privacy, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Also, the bedroom is a bit bright, so maybe bring an eye mask. We had a great time. The host was quick to respond and really helpful. We’d definitely recommend it!
