• Yulia (10/5): - Location is great. All required room facilities are in place. Clean. Friendly atmosphere. Breakfast is excellent. Nice bar on the first floor. Rooms are too small which is of course typical for Japan hotels but for two people were a bit tight. Otherwise liked it a lot.

• Michael (10/5): Great stay - exceeded expectations! - Excellently located, accessible to many transit links but still in a quiet corner / spot. Very pedestrian friendly area. Premier plus room was spacious for Japan standards and a nice view! Also having a gym (albeit quite limited) was a nice extra. Breakfast was great - many options at the buffet. Hotel staff was very friendly and held bags for me on day of checkout. All in all 10/10 would recommend without any hesitation, well-done, Yotel! N/A.

• Sandra (10/5): Great value, good location, friendly staff. - Location, value, cleanliness, friendly staff. Rooms were efficiently laid out. Recommend booking First Class category rooms for a bit more space. They are at front ends of hotel overlooking street. Easy to walk around Ginza with tons of dining and shopping. Shimbashi station was quick walk both for getting around Tokyo and with our medium size luggage to transit to our next location. Breakfast was pricey for family of 4 as didn't book room with breakfast included in our rate. We only went 1st morning as we were tired from long journey night before. Breakfast was good and fresh cooked omelet was nice but we found other less procey options remaining 3 days. Lots of bakery/cafe options close (even Uber McDonald's delivery to lobby one morning).

• Agnieszka (1/5): Zdecydowanie nie polecam - Było czysto. Rozchorowałam się przed przyjazdem do hotelu, byli to na 3 dni przed przyjazdem. Zapytałam o bezpłatną anulację. Dostałam odmowę, na booking i na e-mail. Przyjechałam w takim razie. Zakwaterowanie na recepcji trwało 1h, mimo, że mówiłam, że jestem chora i zmęczona podróżą. Recepcja chciała abym zapłaciła na pobyt drugi raz. Mają duży bałagan na recepcji gdyż twierdzili, że mi zwrócili. Prosiłam o dokument zwrotu, gdyż nie chciałam płacić 2 raz. Nagle okazało się, że jednak była odmowa i niezwracali. Ich niedopilnowanie wprowadziło bardzo niemiła atmosferę. Miałam mieć pokój ze śniadaniem. Zeszłam na dół i na komputerku wpisałam pokój i okazało się, że nie mam. Myślałam, że może źle wpisałam numer pokoju. Pani kelnerka poszła sprawdzić na recepcji i te stwierdziła, że nie mam. Potem jak odchodziłam woła, że jednak mam śniadanie, ale przez całą sytuację, ja nawet nie miałam ochoty zostać w tym hotelu. Opuściłam jak najszybciej hotel.

• Christopher (9/5): Modern clean hotel - Location was good, close to Shimbashi station which has good onward connections to elsewhere in Tokyo. There are several restaurants and bars nearby for those evenings where you don't have the energy to walk far! Rooms were on the small side but clean and well laid out. The bed can convert from a bed to a sofa which was nice and there is plenty of room under the bed for large cases. Breakfast was busy some mornings but they had a decent selection of western and local options and breakfast staff very friendly. Check in is done using a computer at the reception, even if the reception staff are free/available. I don't like this as it feels rather impersonal and the last thing you want to do after a long flight is have to faff about on a computer to check in. I'm not sure it's great value for money but there was limited availability in Tokyo at the time we booked. There is also no washing machines available at the hotel, only a very expensive laundry service. This seems to be uncommon compared to other Japanese hotels we stayed at.

• Héctor (9/5): One of the Best in Ginza - Amazing hotel in the glamorous Ginza district. The location is fantastic. Ginza street is right around the corner; full of shops, malls, little cafés, and restaurants. Highlights are the Tokyo Tower, Mituskoshi mall with its Art Aquarium, and Hibiya Park. For eating, I recommend the Shiseido Parlour if you want a fancy dining experience, Sushi Itamae close to Shimbashi Station for affordable delicious sushi, and Ginza Kagari - Soba for the most amazing chicken paitan ramen. The staff treated me like family. I stayed for a little more than 2 weeks and everyone made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I received plenty of packages (even the day I checked out!) and the staff accommodated all my requests. The gym is small, but has a great set of dumbbells (all the way to 20kg), a bench, and a bunch of cardio machines. You will be hard pressed to find better hotel gyms in Tokyo, unless you go for extremely fancy options. I'm a bodybuilder and I was able to maintain my workout routine consistently. Breakfast variety is pretty good. From salad, fruits, scrambled eggs, on-the-spot omelettes, sliced bread (quite rare in hotels here!), croissants, and more. Breakfast can get a bit hectic in busy days, and finding a seat can be tricky. The toaster could use an upgrade. The bed is reclining, which is great. But it also bends the mattress at a certain spot, making it softer there when trying to sleep.

Small, there is no privacy in toilet and shower room is separated only with glass. If you are with someone else ou will not feel comfortable to go to toilet. The sink is in room and there you really don’t have privacy.

Sendo assim, é excelente se hospedar em Ginza, além de ser muito proxima de várias estações, e ter alguns Kombinis e 2 Donkis muito próximas. O quarto tem um tamanho otimo para Tokyo. Também, as amenidades do quarto como a troca diaria de agua e café é excelente. Travesseiros muito altos

• Zydre (8/5): Comfortable room, but staff members were not eager to help. - I booked it for location and relative closeness to the Tokyo Station. Beds were very comfortable, which is so important! :) I would say the double room we had was spacious enough for two people! When we arrived, there was no queue at all. Even when I came up to the counter for check in, staff member wanted us to check in by ourselves using the self-check in machines. Two of machines didn’t work, but she still tried to have us check in ourselves. If a guest comes to the front desk when there is no queue, I’d expect to be checked in, not guided to the self-service machines.
