• LIGUO (10/5): 房主友善，价格实惠，位置方便。 - 价格友好，房主知道我预算不足还给我升级了带窗的房间，还帮忙洗了衣服。🥰 离地铁站很近，火车站出来后可以直接坐地铁来到这。 离前往塞凡湖的bus站也很近，入住后可以立即前往塞凡湖。 而且市区不是很大，去阶梯等其他景点都很方便。 房间里甚至还有台钢琴！ 总体来说就是性价比极高。

• Mary (5/5): Adequate for a short stay- advert misleading - Location: close to Metro and supermarket, 15-20min walk to the Republic Square, the hosts were friendly. Some of the family spoke good English Up a few flights of stairs without an elevator This is not a Guest House - it is a room in a large apartment ( It looked as if it was the sitting/dining room ) a few generations of the family ( plus dog lives there ). There is a kitchen, but it is in the family's living quarters. I felt as if I was intruding on their privacy when I used the kettle. I was constantly aware that I was in someone's home. The pictures show a balcony and a washing machine - there are all in the area that the family is using , They describe it as having a garden view - so I expected a ground floor overlooking a garden - that is not the case , Its too high up to see the bit of garden on the ground floor - all you see are a few tree tops The advert is misleading !
