Hannah (10/5): - All amenities were excellent, air con with heat allowed for us to stay warm and enjoy the stay in colder climate.
Karen (7/5): Short pleasant stay. - The property is in a handy location for a Bussleton holiday. Walk to the beach relatively short. The back garden was secure, but we had to avoid it due to the large amount of pea gravel which resulted in a few accidents for our kids (under 3 years). But the garden space is large and would probably suit older kids. Small park across the road was a bonus for our kids. The rooms all had air-conditioning units and overall the place was clean and comfy. It was quite pricey for the 4 nights; although it was peak holiday season. It would have been good to have been supplied with more dishwashing cleaning products / tea towels (only 1 supplied) for the stay. This may have been an oversight as we were supplied with laundry powder etc. A few different pillow thicknesses would have been nice as all were too solid/thick for our comfort.
Arthur (9/5): - Peaceful location in a treelined quiet street. I was much like home. The cottage was well supplied for all our needs. There is ample space for entertainment and outdoor activities and the property looks well maintained It was a little bit tricky for me to get in and out of the bath as there wasn't anything to hold on to. A sturdy handle would be a safer option for persons who are older.
Mike (4/5): Disappointing. - Inside shower pressure good. The property was listed as two bathrooms (it is still listed as two bathrooms). There is only one bathroom (and it says there is a bathtub but it is only a half size bath with a shower over it). There is an outside shower and outside toilet. When I called the local agent who rented it I was, at first, told that this counted as a second bathroom. After a lot of to and fro the local manager accepted the error. Not particularly impressed with the whole thing. The property is okay. Tired and old but okay. But only one bathroom with a miniscule bath.

Lucas (8/5): Very comfortable, easy access, quiet spot. - Location was very central. Easy walk to the beach and town. Backyard was large and tidy - great spot for the dogs to run around. It was a little chilly and the fence palings were very loose in spots, so we kept a close eye on the dogs to make sure they didn’t go through to the neighbours.
Tegan (8/5): Great weekend away - Great little spot for a weekend away. Well appointed, clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Bit of a walk to the beach but got the step count up. Deck and yard were great to enjoy a wine while watching the sun go down. Easy to access keys.

Mark (10/5): Loved Park Rise Cottage - The house was lovely, in a great location 15 min walk from the beach 25 min walk to the Jetty, plenty of room for the 8 of us, comfortable beds, and some welcome packs for us. The outside shower was amazing 👏 Sitting out the back under the pergola the light was too bright it attracts flies and moths, a dimmer light or a coloured foil would help.
